A P: While delivering shingles they damaged part of our house as well as had damages to a chandelier and had pictures fall off of our walls. I went out to let the delivery people know that they were throwing the shingles too hard and throngs were coming off our walls and our ceiling fan has damages and they laughed and started throwing them harder causing more things to fall. When I called to speak to someone about it I was told I was going to be transferred and was hung up on. I called again and they just hung up on me a second time. It’s extremely frustrating.

Anne Becherer: My contractor ordered windows during install the contractor noticed a issue with one of the windows. Contractor called immediately to have it reordered. Followed up a week later, they had no documentation window was reordered. Asked them to reorder again. Followed up again a week later, the same run around, they did not have a reorder. I finally had to cut my losses and reorder the window from another company.
