Skate King: what do users think?
Tracy drain: My heart. My dream job. Love me some skate king.
george l starks: Adult skating Thursday Night 7:00 10:00 PM
Bridget Howell: Very nice staff
Otorion Loving: The place is fun
renee bailey: We had a good time
Jenna D: Decent pricing, decent skates, no speed skates. Floor is wooden & looks like it hasn't been waxed in decades, at least. Main issue I have is the music they play is WAY too loud, and frankly it's pretty awful music. Even if it was decent it would be impossible to enjoy at the volume they have it at. Also this is a family place (allegedly) but uh, yeah, the music isn't exactly what I'd call "family friendly". Improvements can and should be made here
Benita Joe: When l say, this is the place to be!!!! Man, it's like you fit into a family of skaters ,non skaters and those it's been a while for. I want to shout to Bankhead, with his generosity and hospitality won me overvhe took his time and was very patient ☺️......it's genuinely good people still around. So if you know Zach you know you a true skater. He will take his makes you feel comfortable...Skate king is the place to be.
Samantha Caine: The history that they have hanging on the wall is incorrect. The skating floor has a bump in it.
Brad Washkowiak: Nice neighborhood skating rink. All staff were professionally dressed. The sound system is live sound quality. The floor is wood and is in ok condition with a few bumpy spots. Everyone was friendly and welcoming to me.
Melody Kennell: Kids enjoyed themselves slushie machine wasnt slushy and they had a couple leaks in the building other than that the floor was cool and the skaters were good cuz they were able to skate around the kids! I also heard they do skating lessons so ill be looking into that!
Verlencia Keen: My daughter took my grandchildren there on 3/18/23,at kids time 1pm -4pm and the music they plays for children is so disrespectful...COACH LITE would never!👎
Ahmad: Time they close and open
Amanda Hopson: I haven't been here in about 10+ years! Pricing is good compared to other skate rinks $6 with skates and $8 without skates or to rent skates. However, the rental skates are not in good condition. Size 6 and up skates convert to men sizes and low ankle skates. Very family friendly night except for the music. Just a tad ratchet for a family night. My son and I did enjoy ourselves and the atmosphere was very inviting from the start.
Ebunie Boyd: Skate king IS NOT the same !!!!! Those people are sooooo rude !!!! I went there for my niece and nephew birthday party and I had on a hat and they were yelling at me take it off and they started a whole argument. The guy at the front did not know how to count what so ever. Everyone there is slow and don’t know what they’re doing 0/10 DONT RECOMMEND👎🏾
Vernita Molina: Family night, we had fun & enjoyed ourselves. Thank you
Anita Starlite Watson: my happy place ..LETS ROLL
Elain Nunn: Music was Horrible, Just not the Same!
Crystal Watson: They call you off the rink, more than they allow you to be in the rink.
Sonja Landers: Fun
Patrick Cleary: An institution.
Barbara Toran: Love this place! I grew up skating here, great instructors.

St. Louis Skatium: what do users think?
Adina Grandberry: Been Tryin to skate here everytime we call he says “it’s a private party going on” so over this place definitely need more places to go
Jay Crabtree: I played inline hockey there my whole life I'm in my mid forties
Dylan Mullins: Great place to host a party. Old school and affordable.
Kirby Frost: Very retro and good place to go for enjoyment
Peter Crumpler: Uniquely STL
John Dunlap: Nostalgia straight out of the 90's!
Samuel Kehrer: Interesting place, fun… but needs to update severely
Jaiden jhonson: This place was amazing for my lil cousin’s birthday.
Jack Porter: Had a Birthday party for grandkids there. Big fun! Kid friendly! Overall,a great time!
Robert Branham: Overall great time. Some of the parts of the building are starting to get run down but the atmosphere made up for it.
sandyi richmond: Came here with my daughter and spouse and it was a few other families there we had a great time
Leyla Rose Bland: Always a fun time
Crystal Watson: Horrible...😔
Dellarese Black: It was clean
Millee !!!: Nice place and people but needs to fix the skate floors.
Kaylin Murray: It’s advertised as open and when we got there no one was there they let us go in, but AFTER we paid they said it’s a private party only night but they “fit us in” and we had only an hour. The people for the party coming up started arriving so they just watched us skate, no music no lights concession stand closed no other people it was so awkward we had to leave after like 5 mins. They should’ve told us this before taking our money.
Lovely J Renee: I Called To Ask A Question About They Hours And The Owner/Worker Was EXTREMELY RUDE ! If I Can Give Zero Stars I Will !
Derek Hudson: Great jewel in the city!!!!
Clarence Britton: My daughter enjoyed herself and grandkids
Dee Dee: Love this place and the guys who take care of it
Maia Gleason: I practiced with Junior roller derby (from Arch Rival Roller Derby) here from about September 2018 to March 2020. I liked doing roller derby but this specific place was kinda gross. I didn’t skate in the summer because they didn’t have air conditioning and the bathrooms were kinda gross. It was also cold in the winters (not sure whether they had heating or not but it didn’t matter much to me since I was exercising. My parents, however, were cold). They do have arcade games, which is cool, but I recall one of my teammates saying they just had them to distract people from the other stuff wrong with the building lol. Also, before practice, there was a group of people playing hockey on roller blades, which I didn’t have a problem with. What I did have a problem with was that they took their shirts off afterwards. It sounds kinda nitpicky but if I were a 50 year old man I would simply not take my shirt off if there was a kid right next to me (age range for the program could be 7-17 but most skaters were under 13). I’ve heard the city wanted to tear down or at least renovate it but the owners have gotten out of it. I suggest that the owners sell some of the arcade machines to pay for air conditioning. Disclaimer: I have only been here pre-pandemic so the building and/or it’s cleanliness standards could have changed since then. 4 stars bc even though the building itself isn’t great, I did enjoy skating here and the track worked fine.

Skate City: what do users think?
Elain Nunn: Awesone
Moromo Music: I really enjoyed my time at Skate City. It was obvious that I'm an ameteur, but everyone was cool and patient. The atmosphere was friendly and staff was very hospitable. It's a family-owned business. It's cool to have this right here in the city!
Gracie Adams: Went to a Fundraiser event.
Ronaldo Gordon Jr.: Very good experience of how to roll..Saint Louis Style
Sheritha Riley: ❤❤❤❤

Deaneah Harvey: This is awesome!
Lamont Sparks: One of the best skating rinks ever and the became my new friends love yall “Wise”
Tommy Bankhead: It was really good
Christy A: Nice rink to get your roll on. Convenient, easy access just across the bridge for STL’iens.Recession-free $7 cover charge.Parking is plentiful. Skates actually sold here as well as rental of course. Decent sized concrete rink for smooth rollers (like myself).DJ played a good variety of R&B / Hip Hop.Lockers available for $.50 to secure your items while you skate.Concessions available. Staff was pleasant. Felt safe…no brainer; I’ll be back.
M. “X” H.: I know that it is important for temperature checks upon entering any establishment but denying me my right to where I want my temperature taken on my body when I clearly state that I prefer a certain spot is outside the ramifications of control. The so called officer at the door was beyond uncompromising and rude. A temperature check yields the same result but with little indication on whether I have Covid or not. The space is small and cozy with real old school vibes. I enjoyed the variation in music selections.
A. M.: Great atmosphere!
Maurice Clark: Awesome place to skate wonderful owner n staff if your ever in town on Sunday night or Monday night from 7-10pm or Thursday night from 8 til 11 pm stop by great n friendly atmosphere
Lisa Boyd: THANK GOD FOR LETTING MR.WISE AND HIS FAMILY// OPEN THE DOORS FOR US TO BE ABLE TO ROLLERSKATE. THANKS FOR SUPPORTING YOUR ROLLER'S.

Rollercade Roller Skate Center: what do users think?
Zan Allen: So much fun!
Pam Bennish: My granddaughter loves skating here
Mark Cleveland: Great place to take the kids roller skating! Staff are very polite, friendly & helpful. The staff have my respect as this is usually a very busy place. Kids everywhere having fun. Some parent just drop their kids off & leave, I don't believe they're a kid sitting service but the staff seem unphased by it. They serve some food and snack items. We need more places like this that offer physical activity for kids with all that goes on in the world.
Steve Dugan: Always a rolling good time.
Robert Reynolds: I loved this place going there the first time with my friend but one time I fell I got up and was fine but my legs kinda hurt so I set up on something in the corner for like 20 sec and I got up to go skate again and some lady that works there goes thank you I was so confused 🤔 and I guess you can't sit on the thing in the corner
Jacob Ottinger: Rollerblades are rough. Had them on for two laps, 5+ blisters and some got infected. Suggest bringing your own skates. Great places to skate, nice floor and not crowded.
Major G: Great sk8ing sessions. Kids loved it, so did we.
Debbie Larson: We love coming here but no matter the day or time we come, it is so busy. We would love to come more but at times we can’t fully enjoy our self because of the amount of people skating. They also need to have more seats for when you are resting or watching your child.
Olivia Collins: My kids love this place. We there every Tuesday. The best thing about this place to me is I can drink and relax while my kids play.
Jennifer Womack: Clean facility, reasonable prices
silly: this sucked lol the bathrooms were musty crusty dusty and why are we basically just paying to watch little kids skate for $30 like... also the staff r annoying
Irish Racion: Floor needs new coat or needs to be polished. It's a bigger skating rink though. Would still come back here.
McCloud Boyz Muva: Love the vibe and very family orientated.
Mike Jackson: Best roller in STL. Went here growing up. Now drive all the way from downtown b/c this is where my kids want to skate.
Dom Velis: Good to skate but dumb rules and bad prices especially the food
Michael Macauley: Love this place.
Ivory Shynne: I Went here 11/27/22, I had the best time of my life there but i kept falling on rollerskates. I tried to keep my balance and it just didn't work well. Well atleast i had avery with me though, but at 4PM i fell and sprained my ankle causing pain for days.
Nikki Mcdonald: We love going skating here, we always have a great time and the staff is always friendly, but theor birthday packages are ridiculous 250 300$ for several kids all you do is pizza drinks and skates for kids that need them most have their own it's crazy your basically paying that price for pizza and 1 drink each not worth it, it's cheaper to pay for regular skate and have go boxes sing in the parking lot when it ends it's a waste of money not to mention their concession is sky high on prices 3.50 for a small cup heat in microwave macaroni and a Jack's pizza for 9$ save yourself the money but it is a decent place to go, clean and they make it fun for everyone!!!
Bianca Marie: Will not be returning...me and my husband are getting back into roller skating after years and thought we would try this place out for practice..got called off the floor 3 times for the kids only skate which I have no problem with my problem is not being informed of that before we paid..I'm not paying you to sit around and wait I came to skate
KaSha Long: Fun! ❤️
Cody Voellinger: This place rocks! The floor and rink are in incredible shape, the music is good and the people are great.

Coachlite Skate Center: what do users think?
Leanne Hudson: Don't like the arrangements for bday party they brought out food way too early but they cleaned up for us. The music trash for these kids ears sick
Harold: Do yourself a favor before driving out here. The website doesn't coincide the actual hours of operation. You have to call this place the day before, always!!!! This is the second time Ive come here only to be disappointed. Its closed. The website dosent mention a word about being closed on Mothers Day???? I pulled up and 10 cars parked outside. What a waste of time.
Joanne Gipson: I really hope they get a new D jay on Sundays. She/He will play music that absolutely no one vibes to. The floor will remain empty for 4-8 songs straight. You think it would signal a clue. She will just keep playing songs. A lot of which I’ve never heard. She is so lame and loves to interrupt the music to hear herself talk.
P Jamerson: Too cold
Ali Hamad: It is a fun place to take your friends who love to roller skate but sometimes people like to pour water on the floor for no reason
Shante Bradley: On April 15 my nephews had their birthday party here. The staff was friendly, food was great and we had a good time. Thank you all so much
Nina The Explorer: Took my girls here this past Sunday. Up on entry my daughter had to use the restroom both bathrooms was flooded and apparently out of order. The owner did not disclose this as we waited in line. They only had drinks an popcorn no other food. We had to drive to quiktrip to use the restroom. This place needs to be up to par for me!
Lisa Olsen Shrewsbury-vilcek-meyers-galati: Busy place!!!!
A Higgins: Very nice. Lots of people there. Multiple birthday parties going on. Kids as well as adults were having fun. No incidents. Food was good. Music was nice. Keep up the good work Coachlite!
Serena brown: The young lady giving skates should not be working with customers. Her attitude was nasty, furthermore this place has went downhill terribly. Don't recommend!
STL Vlogs: It is a great place to give kids something to do. It really does need some updating. The definitely need more bathroom space.
Gabriyel Israel: No complaints at the moment. So all good with me. Get ya roll on folks😁
Thomas Rhode: This was the worst experience I’ve had in my entire life at a skating rink. After an over priced party plan, we were still expected to pay to enter (even after having paid for a party package) the person at the door was rude and confrontational with me. The food was delivered late and the pizzas came with paper on top so all the toppings and cheese came off with the paper. This was after they had finally arrived after having to go complain about the food not arriving. The same person who was so terrible at the door was also the one taking pizza orders, and again was VERY rude when I asked for no paper on our pizzas. This place deserves to be shut down based on how the outside looks and judging from the inside, should be condemned.Save your money and go to Great Skate in St Charles
Kenneth Hill: Adults pushing pass and touching random kids need to stop . Some kids are new and need positive influence . Not crazy disrespect from Adults.
Latoya Lawson: Very very ghetto. I booked a party for Saturday 2-4:30 and the place was super crowded with no room to move around.Staff were young kids that wasn’t trained properly.I booked for a party of 10 and wasn’t told that the parents have to pay that bring the kids only to find out the day of the event..Food that i paid for didn’t arrive at my table until the session was nearly over.Oh and there were police when I arrive because an altercation had took place and when leaving there was another altercation with guns being drawn between the individuals. Not a good comfortable place for kids, none professional trained staff, overpriced and double charged.Everything about this place was a bad experience.First and last time I will ever patronize. The owner never came to check to see how things were going, he gave no care after he received his money.Worst experience ever.Everything about this place is a no for me.I wouldn’t give a one star
Latasha Rivers: Great spot
Ashanti Jones: Food good music. Great for kids
Tearia: Need more space and more organization
Danetta W: Great place to take your family
Kathy Knighten: Great atmosphere for kids
Antonett Jackson-Outen: Great place to go for like a birthday party i mean really fun place.

Rock Roll O Rena: what do users think?
Ken Wisniewski: So good
Chris C: Awesome people
Karla Bruck: The rink is nice and the food and game prices are affordable. The skating lessons are a huge incentive to go back.
Danni: The staff is very rude especially the older woman who works there. She had told me to shut up when I was explaining that the bathroom stalls in the women’s restroom do not lock and had ended up kicking me and my friend out because one of the staff had said my friend looked like she was going into the same stall as me when she had accidentally bumped my stall door open as I was getting ready to get out of the stall( the stalls do not lock you can literally lean against any of the stalls and it’ll open ) the place is very dirty and they do not regulate anything about safety or privacy ESPECIALLY in the bathrooms. They charge over price for food that should cost $5. This place is going down hill and all of the staff is just horrible I will never being coming back here and this is not a safe place to bring your kids. Multiple creepy old men have came in for example one time my friend was sitting at a table eating and a older man (40’s) had sat next to her and started hitting on her and the staff didn’t anything to protect her and didn’t even throw the guy out, they genuinely do not care about their customers. If I could this place zero stars I 100 percent would.
Robert Russell: Always a great time. Very clean and the staff is friendly.
Julia Pavlov: So much fun rolling skating. This place is clean. The employees are very nice. We took a class and the instructor was pretty good.
Theresa Elders: So much fun skating.
Amanda Holland: Great staff. You can trust them to watch out for your kiddos. This place gets crazy busy and they still smile and treat you kindly throughout your visit. My kids favorite place to go!
Chris Dell: TLDR great staff, floor, equipment.Great rental skates, the floor is well maintained and the lights are all in working order. The staff is great with kids. They have a designated floor supervisor that keeps traffic away from fallen people, with a child that is learning how to skate it's a really nice added benefit. in these days of everyone cutting payroll it's say a lot about their commitment to a family friendly rink. The food was fairly priced. They sold Gatorade which after skating was much needed. They also have a great arcade section that gives you physical tickets, the dopamine rush of the ticket spewing out is a great nostalgic feeling.
Officer Dad Life: Awesomeness!!Such a cool, family fun place. Very enjoyable for all ages.Great for kid parties too.
Jonathan Holt: Break a leg- literally lol
Amanda Houston: So much fun! Really loved the atmosphere. Family friendly. The workers really care about the safety of kids making sure they have a ride outside and encouraging them to stay in the building if they are waiting for a ride.
Pacific Blessed: They were yelling at me for going to fast the staff were mean and something got stolen and they said they couldn’t do anything about it so disrespectful.
marty manes: We had the kids school skate night here on Valentine's day. It's still a pretty neat place with good staff. The kids had a blast!
Chris Paul: Just like I remember when I was in middle school... which was many, many years ago. My kids had a blast, and all the employees were helpful and patient with them.
Megan Tripp: Staff was very kind, and patient with the evening class.
Matt Gyver: This is a nice place to skate. The staff is professional, friendly and provide a safe atmosphere to skate in. The skate guards did a good job protecting those that fall and the staff was very nice and made sure to greet everyone as they left. The place is packed and very busy with lots of very young kids learning to skate on the floor (this was Sunday 2-4pm). There are 4 entry/exits in the rink. This does cause a little bit of congestion when skating around as you have skaters darting in front of you to 4 different exits. Some re-designing or assignment on the entry/exits could alleviate some of these occurrences. I really liked the idea of bleachers when looking at the virtual tour on the website, but families there were using mainly the front row of bleachers and it made the pathway difficult to pass through. I would maybe entertain moving the bleachers back or replacing with a few benches or move the DJ booth which would make room in your walkway near the skate rentals. I'm 41 now and I can remember learning how to skate at the age of 8, I used the carpeting to practice and learn balance on the skates before getting in the rink. Here there isn't much space for that. A thought for all skating rinks in St. Louis, have a separate rink for beginners. I really wanted my wife to get out and skate more but she was worried she might accidently run over one of the many children falling down all over the rink. Also when children are on the rink, fluids seem to follow and that made this really nicely kept wood floor very slick. I had to catch myself a few times from sliding on wet spots. I hope these suggestions are useful to the owners and this review gives some insight to those looking to skate in a decent rink. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend going here to skate. I'm looking forward to an adult night here in the future.
Lora Turner: Updated their entire building, new skates, new floors, new carpet, prices are still very low for the inflation rate! My kids always have a blast!!!!
Rochelle: Love this place!
Alexandria Jones: If hosting a birthday party here “and having extra guests” I would not recommend. They charged us $18 per extra birthday kid when genereal admission is $11… when asked for an explanation they said it was due to seating. We paid for our own food and drinks for the party separate so it wasn’t that. I would understand that but the seating was designated to one middle table that seats 8 people. We shared a small area with 2 other birthday parties. Plus the kids that were there for open skate took tables and seats. While cutting my kids birthday cake I had a kiddo that was here for open skate start yelling at me for throwing his soda away.. it was kind of funny but for the record I did not throw his soda away. Just very crowded and chaotic! The staff was honestly very kind but just too busy to really explain or answer questions, pizza was good, area was nice just not somewhere I would recommend for a birthday party. We ended up spending almost $500 for 19 people.
Butch Sigg: I'm sitting on the parking lot during my grandkid's birthday party, due to being handicapped, with a walker and nowhere to sit. All of their booths are made for 150 lb. humans! My wife walked out by the front door where two male employees watched folks file through and asked one of them if she could borrow a folding chair. They told her that when they got everyone inside, they'll see what they can do. We'll, hence I celebrated my grand kids' birthday party from inside my vehicle. Thank you very much, Rock Roll O Rena, I will never, ever come back, and I will spread the word of how ADA non-compliant you enjoy being!

Great Skate Roller Skating Rink: what do users think?
Glenda Noriega: Un lugar para compartir en familia, y divertido muy increible
Super Sayin Solid Snek: They have a pretty good composite floor. They aren't super strict on rules as long as you aren't crashing into folks. Friday can be a bit raucous and probably isn't the best night for beginners, things are much more relaxed on Saturday and Sunday. Their rentals are in good shape and the facilities are decent. The snack bar has the typical frozen pizza and hot dogs and they even serve 3 dollar beers.
Zyra Glee: I recently hosted my daughter's 10th birthday party at Great Skate and overall had a great experience. The kids had a blast skating and so did the adults. However, I must admit that I was not a huge fan of the pizza. Despite this, I would still highly recommend Great Skate as a fun and enjoyable party venue. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was lively and energetic. Thank you, Great Skate, for making my daughter's birthday party a memorable one!
lisa devonshire: This was my first time there because I grew up in north county and we had spinning wheels but we had great time! It was for St. Andrews Cinema to fundraise. I loved that place ❤️ The guy at the skate rental was great! Super nice people, not enough color but unfortunately St. Peter’s is whiter than a star bucks line 😒🤪still would recommend for skating!
Stephanie James: Floor was a little dirty but a good value for a lot of fun
Rachel Goddess: **detail review **Went to lessons in the AM on Sunday, was so nervous. Shout out to JJ and DJ they helped me beyond my expectations. DJ helped me get my balance and helped with putting my skates on, I had not put on skates in over 23 years. The lessons were great as they had drills for more knowledgeable skaters and trainers for those like myself to help to balance. JJ was so understanding about being nervous/scared. They gave me confidence to know if/ when I did fall I would be ok. Lessons were about body core, balance, moving feet and how to get up if fall down, and even at the end had some skating games. The played clean music, lots of kids- birthday parties are popular. For $15 for skate lessons and public skate afterwards very much worth the price. The only thing I would change is have taller trainers for adults, not allowing cell phones on the skate floor (people are too distracted), and have a water fountain to refill bottles. If they do have a fountain did not know.
jacob kliethermes: Great skate lives up to its name! The kid had a blast, fun games and a very nice team of coworkers.
Seth Rogers: I have had many fond childhood memories of coming to Great Skate for mine or my friends birthday parties. Now as an adult with children of my own I can share a piece of my childhood with my kids. Great Skate is a St. Peters staple and an easy pick for your familys birthday parties or other family events!
Jaime Breckenridge: Taking youngest son, 10 yrs old, for skating lessons. It's a waste of money. They basically show them how to get up and tell them how to safely fall. 4th lesson so far and he's yet to be shown how to properly skate. They let him basically walk/scoot.Forget the lessons and just go skating.
Daniele Pathenos: It was a lot of fun, kind of pricey but fun. I found it kind of odd to had to pay 4 extra dollars for the kids who couldn't skate well to usre the tubes to help them skate.
Tommy V: I'll give it 5 stars just for still being there. What a fun place. Would be nice if the little skate trainers weren't extra to rent but oh well.
Jacques Malone: Nice atmosphere for kids
Jennifer Hart: Fun place for the little kids and kids at heart! We were there for my daughter's classmate's birthday party and it was my family's first time going. The rink itself is easy to skate on with regular or inline skates. The games were fun and my daughter somehow managed to win the jackpot for tickets on one of them! We didn't eat any food there so I don't have anything to mention about that. The only thing I disliked about the place was the lack of seating. Otherwise, a great place for the whole family.
Annabell Wallsmith: There was a lot of people there, especially little kids, but besides that. Pretty nice. There's food and some arcade games if you don't feel like skating. I haven't had the food so I can't say for certain if it's good or not, and some of the arcade games weren't working. However, I was there to skate so I wasn't too concerned about that.
Ashlea Chesebrough: Always a good time.
jane murphy: Went to a birthday party for my niece. Cute little place. Kids had a great time.
Miss taun: Appears to be hockey rink transformed into a skating ring. Nice rink to skate but minimal seating. For the capacity of people that this location can take in there is definitely not enough places to sit. Clean bathrooms which is a plus.
James Carlyle: My son went there for a birthday party and broke his two front teeth skating. No worker’s helped or even noticed. So we had to leave early.
Heather Bridegan: Great time. Brought back lots of childhood memories. Celebrated my daughter's birthday. Employees are super friendly and nice especially JJ. So professional and friendly. Appreciate your hard working employees. I thought she was the owner bc she took pride and had a professionalism not many employees have.
SHINES -DET: Fun place for the kiddos
Mike Coonce: Took my son for a party and he loved it
