Michael Menenger: We are a very happy tenant. We have recently renewed our lease; renting from them has been a dream come true. We have been in business since 1992 and after having a series of slum lords, we moved into our current location. Intelica worked with us to meet all our needs and they stayed true to the contract. We have been amazed, the parking lot is meticulously maintained year-round; snow removal, salt, and the maintenance has been incredible. Speaking of maintenance, whenever we call, they are usually at our front door before we hang up the phone. We cannot say enough positive things with our experience with them. Highly recommend Intelica.

Rae English: I have never had such a terrible experience in my professional or personal life as I did with Intelica. What relief I felt to discover I was not alone in being treated so dismissively, disrespectfully, arrogantly, condescendingly, or with such obtuse superiority. Karen Bryne-Jones is utterly unprofessional and so terribly represented Intelica that I and many others left and gladly spread the word by mouth to discourage others from engaging in any lease with Intelica.Karen repeatedly ignored emails, would not return phone calls, and delayed as much as possible the legal lease transfer.While I imagine it is possible to have a different property manager who behaves with professional courtesy, the assignment of property manager for 7750 Clayton Road seems to be her. If a space at that location is one you must have, be weary and be prepared to expend extra time and energy trying to get Ms. Bryne-Jones to respond to anything once you've signed the lease. My deepest hope she has either moved on to other work or has had a radical change in her personality and behavior.

Keya Hobson, associate property manager, is kind, available, and very responsive to any of my needs.I personally know both Dan Merlo, co-owner, and Joel Meyer, Sr VP. Keya, Dan, and Joel are not just good real estate managers, they are kind and good people.These are long term contacts, therefore long-term relationships. I chose wisely.
Alen Ibrahimovic: Usually don’t write reviews but I haven’t been this appalled by unprofessionalism in a long time. My business partner and I found a property leased by Intelica, so we did what anyone would do and contacted the people listed on the brochures. The first response was immediate, we received a response telling us the owner would not like us to open our potential business in the plaza we inquired about, but the plaza next door was available. We emailed back asking if we could view it and asked about rates and other information to where we got no response. A month later we receive an unexpected response asking if we’re still interested. We had another property lined up but this was our dream location so we responded again, asking for a showing. No reply again, the property we were initially gonna go with got leased & the property they had up is now leased. Usually don’t write reviews but the least that could have been done would have been a short and quick response letting us know the situation. Thanks Intelica!

She partnered well with our construction project manager, was responsive, attentive, and provided informed guidance at every turn. Susan Skinner: Bonnie Hahn and Tina Ripple truly are wonderful to work with. We started an expansion project at the same time Covid arrived and the building was sold to a new owner. They spent an incredible amount of time coordinating the ownership transition and construction management while looking out for our best interests. I received excellent guidance from them and despite much chaos at the time, our project was completed to my satisfaction. They really cared about us as a tenant and were very hands on with project management and customer service. Intelica is not the biggest in their field, but they are the best!

Our first property manager, Tina Ripple, was very friendly and professional, always taking care of our needs in a timely manner. Since Keya Hobson has taken over our property management, we have also been well taken care of. Intelica CRE does a great job maintaining their properties and thankfully their are very few times that we have to contact anyone with issues. I would not hesitate to recommend them as landlords.

When there is something that needs to be done she gets right on it and handles it. She is always there for her tenants. She is a great property manager.
Ricken Financial: We have been a tenant in Ballas Place for the past 12 years. For the first 10 years, the building was owned and managed by a firm other than Intelica. Two years ago, the building was purchased and the management thereof was assumed by Intelica. There is no comparison between the two firms. We find Intelica very responsive to our needs and our building is virtually unrecognizable with the updates that have occurred with the new owner. We are proud to call 425 N. New Ballas Road, Suite 207 home and are very pleased to have Wayne Houk assigned to us as our primary Intelica contact.

We met with the person, Don, and we really connected. It was incredible. He talked to us a few minutes then he took a tour of the house. He offered us a cash as is offer the next day. Within 30 days we closed. He exceeded expectations. Very honest. Very nice. Very patient with our questions. I could not believe it. And we did this with two trustees who live out of state. Andrea Newell: I received a random letter from Manor Real Estate five months after my mom passed away offering their services for her estate. It was gross and insensitive. I have no clue how these people got my contact information. Either my mom’s estate attorney sold our information to Manor or they’re the “ambulance chasers” of the real estate industry and comb through obituaries to “offer” their services to the relatives of those that have passed away. It’s a disgusting business practice. Your letter went into the trash.
Greg Newell: Don Cherry (DC) sent an unsolicited mailer to my home offering to help sell my mothers house after she died. Not sure how this shyster obtained my name, it's been long removed from all the public and local government websites. Regardless, this was totally classless, insensitive and disgusting. Don Cherry has ZERO shame. Go pound sand DC

H T: Good luck trying to get a hold of any of these guys (mostly Evan and Patrick) they just don't answer their phone. I've never dealt with a company like this before in my life. I don't know how you represent some of these landlords and do not call any prospective tenants back. Just mind boggling. If I were the boss or if I as a landlord knew this what's the type of service I was paying for, I would fire them on the spot. Many many phone calls and many many text unanswered. WOW

I’m busy too and don’t have time to keep following up with him constantly. I’ll just look elsewhere. He really doesn’t need to have the listings he has if he can’t even manage his prospects appropriately.
