Overland License Office: what do users think?
Elaine Durning: Got what I needed
Betsy Reed: Wow not many in there .. fast and easy to get my tags..
Sheryl Lowrey: I walked up with a smile on my face asked her how she was doing never got a smile nor she never answered me back. Was there today very snotty rude girl . If she dont like dealing with customers go get another job ! Bad customer serviceShe talked to the gal.sitting next her more then me didn't bother asking me if I wanted one or two years she just gave me two years what if I didn't have the money or just wanted one. It's changed and not to the good . Won't be going back to the overland with my other vehicles I'll go further to Olivett or the one in Bridgeton much nicer there !
Jessica King: The new dude is horrible. Has a terrible attitude problem!!
Scott Behlmann: Was in and out very quick
Tina Whitney: In and out
Ria Goncalves: The staff was attentive and courteous.
Ronald York: Great experience and workers. Plus, they try to get you in and out in quickly as possible.
D S Briggs: Very quick, friendly, and efficient. Love that I am able to get in and out with minimal wait.
flashlilman: Good
LaKeysha Baker: Smells horrible. Rarely looks clean. Terrible customer service. Wait times are unacceptable for working class ppl. Staff non friendly & very rude. Ghetto place to do business. Would not recommend.
Kyle McArthur: Grace is amazing! She helped us when we didn't have something exactly right and got us everything we needed and was super great!
Alpha_ Black: I have one dmv close by my house but i don't go to that location except this one they are so good in their job always helpful and friendly
Joe Henderson: Had a great experience at the Overland DMV. They were very helpful and professional.
Kim Moore: The workers are friendly and nice. But the place needs to be cleaned up, looks filthy!
Shane's Stang: Absolutely best place someone can go. I was able to update my ID on a lunch break! Also the system they have in place is so much better than others. They have multiple seats and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes they can have a line but I’d much rather sit there than any other DMV.
Deloria Warbington: Drove all the way across town and got to license office at 12:00 to be told there closed and the sign and website stated they closed at 1:00 pm.. only in North County
Bernie: Theyre quick here. I was 16 numbers behind, and they still got to me in 45 minutes. Fast and friendly people.
Echo Tayon: I was there on March 23rd after waiting three hours at the Bridgeton location to renew my license. The gentleman who helped me was incredible and had me out in 15 minutes. He was by far the most pleasant person I had dealt with that day.For sure a hidden gem of a DMV!
Wikly Bad: Thank you, Joe, for providing amazing customer service. I absolutely love this DMV because of its excellent services and the friendly, efficient staff. I arrived an hour before closing today and was pleasantly surprised to only have to wait less than 10 minutes. I hope the Maplewood DMV can receive some training from this location.
J. R. Boedeker: Don't go here. Not because it's terrible, but the opposite. I don't want anyone clogging up my favorite license office. This might sound weird, but I always have a good time here. As in, all of the people are fun and nice. But at the same time, they're efficient and knowledgeable. Not the prettiest decor, but they get the job done.Quick add on: I know going to the DMV is stressful. But not one of the people behind the counter made any of the laws that you're complaining about. Cut them some slack. They have one of the hardest jobs of all.

South Kingshighway License Office: what do users think?
Janell Irving: I found the workers quite helpful.
Curt Balding: Long line expected during the first week of the month
Brian Turnbo: Early morning visit, lines were minimal. The clerk had a very neutral attitude, but was super effective in getting the proper paperwork in order and getting me out of there. Lost a star due to building cleanliness. I can't imagine why it would so dirty so early in the morning.
Derek Testorff: Don’t have it that you’re open on your sight when you’re not open. Noticed three other people try to get in as well. Thanks for the hour drive out here. Maybe leave a voice message system that you’ll be closed on the holiday weekend… just a thought.
Alexis Flanigan: Workers in the motor vehicle side have the nastiest attitudes ever. If you don’t like your job get a different one. Don’t be rude to me if I’m not being rude to you!
Sherri Thompson: We were very pleased with our experience at this DMV. It was fast and no hassles. Professional and super friendly. We will definitely go back to this location.
Emily Hough: Second time going to this branch. Great experience both times. Today I was in and out for a DL renewal in less than 15 minutes. Customer service was great and no waiting on a Tuesday around 3:30. Pleasant surprise!
Marcia Sindel: We had a delightful time, surprisingly, at this DMV. A young woman named Toni waited on us. She was great. She was careful and thorough and wonderfully friendly. Thank you, Toni. And she had only been working there for four weeks.
Katie Ineich: Every time I come here, the experience is fairly quick and efficient, and the people are friendly.
Donna Sims: Ms Kim was a delight fast and efficient
Ben Schwenke: Each time I have been there I have always had a great experience and finished faster than I expected. Staff know what you need and will process your docs quickly if you brought them.
Adnan BOSKOVIC: So this is what happened to me and I really don’t wish to no one else I got to this dmv to get my driver license in Missouri because I have one from Florida but I only head one letter to prove my address here in Missouri so the lady that works there told me o I can give you a ID card this way you can go to bank and open a bank account and come back when you get that second proof of residency I can give you a Missouri license well my Florida license is a cdl license so I went on the road after a week come back and they said your cdl your driving privileges are taken away which she never told me they will be or to read the small print on the bottom of the screen where are you? Confirm your address to make sure it’s correct when she typed in the computer I figured it was only to look at that it was correct my name and address so I signed it well.that’s not what I signed i guess so now when I called the Jefferson office, their response was, sir you signed I told him who in their right mind would do that to sign their driving privileges CDL my career, my job everything’s gone .
Scott Wanager: No waiting. Friendly service. I was shocked, I went in expecting it to be a nightmare.
Spike PoochimusMaximus: I’m a decorated Navy veteran and I’ve held licenses/tags in 7 different states: CA, FL, GA, LA, OH, TN, and WV. This Missouri DMV is the worst “customer service” organization I’ve ever experienced in over 60 years on planet Earth. The women who waited on me was beyond rude. She took it to a whole new level. She wouldn’t answer any of my questions (I moved here from FL and I’m trying to get tags). She actually told me to “Get out of line because people are waiting.” I told her she wasn’t being very helpful, and she just grinned and enjoyed it even more. I was the 4th person in a row who left without Missouri tags. They removed all the seats during COVID, so you have stand there regardless of age or infirmity until these people are good and ready to “help” you and the lines move at a snail’s pace. Trust me, these folks could care less if you ever get tags. Add the insult of her awful behavior to the injury of a broken tag/licensing system and you get this DMV, it’s useless. My advice (1) Go to any other DMV, any other DMV in the state. Don’t bother with these folks unless you have a high tolerance for pain. (2) Someone should fire the person in charge here because they obviously don’t care if anyone gets help. EPIC FAIL. (3) If you come here from Florida, just give up and sell your car. Florida is an electronic title state and Missouri only accepts paper titles (welcome to the Stone Age). I'd give them zero stars if Google would let me.
Dashawn Haney: Terrible place of business, Slow paced and employees have terrible attitudes. Wouldn't recommend
Ay G: I really like the hours. However, there are no chairs inside and looks super beat up. It would be nice to have your customers seat and get a ticket…? They use to have chairs and tickets here… now it’s just completely empty lol
R S: The customer service was horrible. The clerk was unprofessional and rude. She joked with her co-worker, made several mistakes on my paperwork that I had to correct, and yelled at the other customers in line. This location only had 2 clerks to assist customers and I waited in line for over an hour. I will not visit this location again.
Jackson Jackson: I went on a late tuesday morning and it wasn’t very busy at all. The staff was also very proficient and got me in and out. My only complaint was that there aren’t any chairs so standing up and waiting the whole time was a little uncomfortable.
Dyor Zamorano: This place doesn’t deserve a single star. Horrendous customer service, the staff are extremely rude, they’ll mock and belittle you any way they can. I came in today because of a mistake made on the DMV’s part back in January. I took time out of my day because of your negligence to provide you with “lost” paperwork. It is your job to be diligent, to educate, and to help people in a kind and friendly manner, ALWAYS. This place needs to be wiped clean and start anew with friendlier, educated, and helpful employees. 0 stars if I could.
Brian R. Hook: There is no longer anywhere to sit while waiting. Not one chair in whole facility. Is this even legal?
Roger Speede: Filthy (bordering on disgusting) office, and rude but powerless staff. Just like every other office run by the State of Missouri.

Creve Coeur License Office: what do users think?
Jennifer Vehige: The person who helped me was very friendly, but I had a very long wait as a walk-in customer.
Mark Wetzel: Great job on my DL renewal! Samantha was very courteous, professional, thorough, and quick!Samantha was very pleasant and helpful, and everyone was nice 😊
john H.: UPDATE-IMPORTANT-READ: Total clowns! After getting my plates from Maplewood DMV today I learned a couple of things that this DMV needs to learn as well because they are denying customers the proper service that they claim they are doing. First, when you have a check from a dealer that will be used to pay the sales tax in Missouri the state CAN and WILL issue you a refund if the check is over the amount that you owe. I was told they can't at Creve Coeur and yes at Maplewood. Maplewood took the time to fill out a form which I signed and will receive my refund in a few weeks. Second, when you buy a car from out-of-state you DO NOT pay the same sales tax that you would if you were to buy from another state. They tried to overcharge me by doing this. Again, this was verified by Maplewood as I will be receiving a refund at some point. This place is like dealing with a bunch of clowns. Gave me WRONG amount to collect for taxes and then said they couldn’t accept the check bcos it had a Kansas City, MO. address. Like anyone pays attention to things like that. Sounds to me like they were trying to shift the blame back to me once they realized they made a mistake. All this after I had the manager double check the amount that I owed. Totally incompetent circus being run up at this place. I’ll gladly take my business to Maplewood from now on.
Tim Trace: Every time I’m here, I’m out in 15 minutes. They’re efficient and polite.
John Tompkins: So helpful, and a hidden gem , no line DMV
Larry Goldstein: I had already paid for my plate renewals (2) but one never came through despite the state charging me for both. For my trouble, they charge me another $16.50. What nonsense.
Alex: By far the smoothest DMV experience of my life. Queue system is very well organized. Enough representative to help so that wait time is really short. DMV clerks are very polite and make sure you get good service on time.
Santa Sirna-Loane: I was in and out quickly. Very polite and knowledgeable employees. This is my fo to place.
Larry Chervitz: When I arrived, I was directed to sign in using an electronic key board. I found it very challenging. There were half dozen choices, but no choice for renewing the license plate. So I just entered my name and took a seat. There were 10 to 15 people ahead of me. Well to my surprise, I was called within 5 minutes. He was able to look up all the info he needed and was extremely nice.
K Whitney: By far the best experience I've ever had at a DMV. In and out in less than 10min to get a non driver state ID. Cheyenne was so pleasant, welcoming nice and friendly. Took care of everything I needed. Thank you for the A1 customer service!!
Jeff: System doesn't except the listed documents for license renewal
Raptex Gaming: called six times, they cannot even be bothered to answer the phone
S C (FS01): Horrible. You have to go at least once a year and they change the goalposts every few months just to make sure the process is as painful as possible.Apparently, they decided a month or two ago to stop accepting any documents off your phone . That might even make some sense if it was for a new drivers license, but they have the old one with the picture and address, they know they can look up my tax records, and a passport also isn’t good enough. But, unfortunately they can do whatever they want and you still have to give them your money just to be treated like a pest.
Luke Gordon: Granted I only go here every two years, but if you have an appointment I've never needed to wait more than 20 min. On a couple occasions I needed to come back the next day without an appointment and there was hardly any wait time (though that was two years ago, and I've heard things are much busier now). That staff is nice, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommend
Quinn C: As DMV offices go, this one is exceptional!! Made an appointment before heading to get my new car titled and legal, walked in a few minutes before my scheduled appointment and waited under 5 minutes to be called. Wonderful customer service provided by Miss Jada, she was thorough and detailed and patient as I dug through all my paperwork to find the necessary documents. Highly recommend!!
B Jean: Got in and out quick with no appointment. They know what they are doing here.
Kevin Helmsing: Less than 3 minutes getting plates renewed! Seriously! 2:45 pm yesterday
Steve Scott Chaney: This place is an absolute mess. I sat there for an hour while people without appointments got checked in. One after another. I wasn't the only one waiting. I was 10 minutes early for my appointment and ended waiting an hour before I finally left to get back to work. Zero respect for peoples time. They need to get it together.
Ala Hari Pavan: Their service is so fast
Katie Wolfram: Best DMV experience you could ask for. They are nice and work to get you in and out quickly.
Tanveer Siddiqui: i visited this office for a change of lien in the Title document. i was in and out in 10 mins. love the way the customer experience and paperwork was handled

Des Peres License Office: what do users think?
R C: Efficent
Henry Duke: The manager of this location is very trashy and not very intelligent. She looked very disheveled and was wearing what looked like rags for clothes. Not sure why there is no degree of professionalism at this location. Employees are constantly eating in front of customers and audibly complaining about their job. The manager incorrectly told me I did not have the correct documents. After verifying with a knowledgable source, the MO Dept of Revenue, I was able to confirm her incompetence. Too bad she sets such a bad example for her employees and for women in general. Have some self respect and present yourself with dignity and respect. Possibly take some continuing education courses or seminars to help you understand your role better... just a suggestion.
Brian Hampel: clean, orderly, prompt service. Friendly and helpful staff.
Dharmesh Sharma: Best DMV places. Staff is very friendly and helpful. So quick and easy process. I got my renewal done in less then 4 min.
john H.: Sign reads “Effective immediately our new hours are Monday-Friday 9AM to 5PM”. Showed up today (Monday) at 3:45 and the door was locked and dark inside. Did you all forget it was Monday?
Terra Miller: I was in and out in no time! Richard was very friendly and efficient. I used to go to the Chesterfield office but that has closed recently. I've had several unpleasant experiences at the Ballwin DMV so I decided to try Des Peres. I am glad I did!
Roy Metzger: Was a good fast& efficient experience. Re-registered vehicle.
Maryann Bailey: Swift and efficient service
Erik Johnson: The Des Peres office was everything that the Millwood office was not. Short waits, friendly people, and efficient and knowledgeable service.
Shannon Duncan: DO NOT USE THIS DMV!!!!I found this office to be extremely rude and disrespectful!!! I was trying to get a handicap placard for my mother and had all the information they requested. She was not able to be with me so they wouldn’t put it through. I went to another DMV and had no problem. They were kind and very understanding of the situation. Des Peres employees should take a class on basic manners.
Chelsea Lancaster: I always have such a great experience at this location. Kind and efficient staff. I renewed my driver's license and plates in less than 10 minutes! Won't go anywhere else!
Derek Voges: Friendly and efficient staff, I came right at open and if you have everything you need they'll get you sorted in no time.
Scott Bernstein: Very fast & friendly. Super helpful.
a shah: Friendly and professional. Great experience.
Chris Claywell: Very fast and easy.
Jim Ohara: Very nice and polite and know their stuff
Person OfPiece: Amazing office. Quick service. Welcoming staff. Really great place quickly do what is needed.
Reema Gibbs: I needed my license plates renewed and I was in and out in under 10 minutes! The staff was very pleasant and helpful!
Zoe Lesley: They never answer their phone. Either you get an outgoing message directing you to call the state with any questions, or an automated message saying their mailbox is full. Finally drove over there yesterday at 3:00 PM and they were closed-despite the sign on the door saying open until 5!
Courtney Wolf: UPDATE YOUR HOURS. You now open at 9? Put it on here people think it’s open at 8:30 and need to get this done and have other places to be and don’t have time to wait an extra 30 minutes
Linda Snyder: Very friendly service and efficient !

South County License Office: what do users think?
kerrie: 3hr wait. Horrible
Gayle Mofilco: The staff at this office are outstanding! They were clearly understaffed on a Saturday morning (June 3, 2003), yet they were efficient, courteous and very helpful to a handicapped woman who had been called before me. I promised them a good review because they are awesome.
B.J. Duke: Today 6/2/23 these people were rock stars in the face of misinformed and unprepared customers and of course it was not the customers fault but the DMV team. This is a thankless and high pressure position and environment that they function in and no wonder staff get burnt out. The hourly rate $18.50 should starting pay and employees can only grow. SHAME ON MISSOURI CITIZENS! GROW UP AND SHOW SOME COMPASSION AND GRATITUDE.
Michelle Collignon: AMAZING! Eyrene, Veronica and Jessica are the BEST! No one wants to go to the DMV. However, with these three ladies it was wonderful! I bought a brand new car and the dealership put my address incorrectly on my Title Application. Veronica was so kind and told me exactly what I needed. She also put me back in the queue since they were extremely busy.I had to go back to the dealership and get new paperwork. When I came back, Eyrene took care of me right away. She not only took excellent care of me, she was so nice and pleasant.I know it can’t be easy working at the dmv. There were crabby customers and all three ladies had respectful customer service to each customer.Eyrene gave me great news! Since my address was incorrect, when she did correct it she told meI was getting $600 back because of the address change being in a different area.I can’t say enough about these three ladies. I know being short staffed and constantly busy is not easy to maintain excellent customer service. These three are such a breath of fresh air at the dmv.
Thomas Schulze: Always a good ecperience!
Don Sextro: Time to renew D/L and so I arrived around 2 pm. yesterday. Registered for spot in line on the computer screen as I entered office, its a little under the radar, but it turns out to be pretty ez. Expected a wait but was surprised by delightful staffer who was joking & pleasant. We completed all checks & eye tests in about 10 mins. Wait was 1:30 but didn't seem as long with first class treatment. Highly recommend this office!
Jason Keilwitz: Short time to wait and quick and easy
David Gaut: So pleasant, and this is a DMV office. After getting fed up with the office closer to home, I decided to try another office. It was a world of difference, with polite personnel.
Matt Ikemeyer: Took 2 hours to get my tags. Manager kept disappearing. One new employee spent a half hour cleaning and sweeping. 30 agitated people waiting with no explanation. Couldn’t have been a worse experience. Doesn’t matter because nothing will change.
Austin Johnson: Awful employees not willing to help with anything - did not have title for my car (never received) and rather than let me have a form to apply for title I was turned away and told I needed to print it myself and bring it in
Tom “VernicusCorpse” Gowen: This is THE example of absolute power currupts absolutely. The one service rep keeps telling us its her job to yell at people all day, its not my problem that people wait to saturday to come in. If this peaon was in any industry besides goverment service, and she didnt have the power to keep us legal, she would never have a job! This is the kind of person that makes all government look bad. I yelling especially at the old folks and people who clearly had english as a secind language. Those poor souls tried to get an understanding... but the just walked out after her intimidation.
Mike Kilian: This is one of the layers of hell. 3 hour wait, one person doing all tag renewal. Don't go here if you can go somewhere else. Not sure if anywhere is better
Cory Lenz: Renée was great there, texts about line placement was also useful.
Beverlee Maschek: The worker was very friendly and courteous. We needed a disability placard for my husband as his Neurologist wanted him to have access to handicap ♿️ parking
Aimee Soboleski: Renee at the South County License Office handles customers like a boss! She is extremely friendly and very helpful. She got everything processed quickly and accurately. I was in and out within minutes!
Erin C: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I sat for an hour to wait my turn after only having one employee working. She kept telling people how they have no employees. Finally when it was my turn she lied to me when I asked if a plate renewal or transfer was cheaper and she said renewal. Later I find out that was a lie. She then refused me after I told her I didn't have my most recent personal property tax receipt. Turns out I don't need it if I'm transferring but she failed to tell me that. Oakville office earned my business. They have several people working and even a person at the door checking your paperwork before you sit and wait. Only waited 15 minutes there. Also they might have more employees if they paid more than $12 an hour. White Castle pays more than that.............
H. Oldham: This location is great. Particularly was impressed with Faith Page.
Eric Quach: Old man there was absolutely rude. Not only did he actually talk like the sloth from Zootopia, but looks down on you when you're talking or asking questions. He didn't even hand me my papers back and just tossed them at me. I'm sure the other associates seemed fine, but this guy has to go. Horrible experience.
Tamika S: I went in at 4:30 and they didn't get to me till right at 5 p.m. which is when they close and I was there to get a new license picture and the guy snapped the photo and processed it and when he let me look at it it was too late to change the photo. I felt like if I have to keep this picture for 3-6 years it's least let me see if I want the picture or for him to take another picture.
Stephanie Parker: They took people out of order. We spent two hours sitting in hard chairs. For five min at window.
Kickett Korporation LLC: Took too long. Everyone is on lunch at once. They need to hire more people. Only two people working. 40 people in the lobby
