jamil jackson: I have been an Extra Space customer since 2016, but since I have moved back to Missouri the customer service hasn’t been what I was used to in North Carolina. However, I spoke with Keith at this location last week because my location was closed and let me just say…. His customer service skills are AMAZING!!!! He was soooo nice and extremely helpful!!! He really helped me to get a better understanding on a few things regarding my unit and he was just extremely knowledgeable in general! By the end of the call I was begging him to work at my location instead! lol Extra Space if you’re reading this Keith needs a raise! And he needs to be the one to train all of your other employees! I promise if this location wasn’t so far from my house I would definitely move all of my belongings here!

Cynthia Chapple: Keith and team was very pleasant. I left one facility to come to this one and both team within Extra Space Storage has been tremendously helpful and available to answer all my questions.
Leah Williams: It is a very easy process you can do everything on their app until after you rent a space online. Even when you go to the gate you can either punch the code or use the app to open it. The key is in your unit and you have two spares. Move out process is easy as well and all you have to do is call for a follow-up and they will work with you depending on the things you need there. Highly recommend this place 10 out of 10

Karen Reis: Especially if you’re in the St. Louis area, Keith will take care of you! He’s been with them for years, has a pulse on several of the properties, is always friendly, he listens, and wants to keep the customer happy! Wonderful customer service is harder and harder to come by, so greatly appreciated when I experience it!

Gn997T2: ExtraSpace Storage on Forest Park Ave is a great place to store your items!Great Management, Reasonable Prices and the Convenience of being located directly across the street from the Salvation Army was the deciding factor for me from the others less personable national storage brands in the area. Oh, did I mention it was across the street from Salvation Army- super convenient to quickly drop off items no longer needed; I can’t tell you how convenient this was to me.Most importantly, I would like to personally mention Anna Klitzing, store manager for making my experience memorable from the first call to the many times I have visited my unit. Having run several high end luxury businesses focused on service, Anna always went out of her way to make my experience at Extra Space Storage…..EXTRA-Ordinary!!! Thank you Anna!
Curt Balding: Large facility. A lot of floors with different size storage spaces. Large elevators for moving stuff in and out.

J Quick: I was able to start and end my rental completely online within less than 24 hours and no hassle. However, the elevator is slow and pain to use whenever anyone else is there. And the storage units were not temperature controlled. There were a couple of heaters on the first level but otherwise the building was cold in the winter, hot in the fall, and humidity was high. I had several books get damaged by moisture. Luckily, I didn't need them long or else I would have worried about my furniture more. Not to mention, they raised the rates nearly 70% after a few months. Likely to lock you into a high rate after your stuff is already moved.
Mike Bartlett: Nice facility, extremely friendly young lady that works in the office...I'm a little concerned about the guy living out of his storage unit that now knows my schedule and exactly what I keep in my storage unit.

Kristen Green: We love iStorage of St Louis! We’ve stored our daughter’s college items there two or three years in a row. The staff here is top notch, second to none!! They are some of the kindest, most professional I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with!! The first time we went I was a little concerned with the storage options, but it was secure, always staffed and everything was perfect when we picked it up months later. I’d recommend a drop cloth to cover your things as they get a little dusty. This year we brought some cheap plastic tablecloths from the dollar tree and they worked perfectly! I’d recommend iStorage STL over and over again, no questions asked!!
