Amy Peach: Ok a little odd leaving a review for the health department but this was such a great experience I think it warrants one. Every single person we encountered was helpful, kind, and clear about where to go and what to do. The building is like a breath of fresh air and we got what we needed quickly and without a bit of trouble.

Annah LaJoy: I received care at the health dept today and I couldn’t have been more thankful. Everyone was really nice and easy going. I felt so well cared for which is always a relief. (We’ve all had horrible experiences I’m sure that stand out, but today stood out in the best of ways) The phlebotomist was so good I would have trusted her to draw my blood blind folded lol The nurses were great too. And I can’t speak highly enough about the NP that saw me. She went above and beyond taking care of me and I’m truly so grateful. She was so easy to talk to and be honest with and I never once felt like she looked down on me. I appreciated all her knowledge and advice and wish I could have her as my PCP! All in all I was really impressed and so grateful for the amazing care I received.

LupieWarrior Italiano: As a licensed healthcare professional, the specialty clinic was professional, thorough, clean, caring, nonjudgmental, and courteous beyond my expectations. I have since fired my OBGYN and will see the Nurse Practioner for all my GYN needs at the Murphy clinic from now on. I would rather my medicare dollars go to an outstanding community health center than to some money hungry doctor in private practice. Good job EVERYONE! Keep up the good work.

Lydia Padilla: Just called for help after a bat was in our home overnight as we slept. In ER now and they said call a critter removal company. They gave no tips besides passing the buck and acted like I was calling just to annoy them.

jerika morgan: the girl i spoke to, erica, had an attitude the moment i asked her what she meant and placed me on a ‘brief hold’ and i already knew my call was going to be ignored and it was. call went silent after 5 minutes of waiting and was silent for another 5 minutes. missouri has the literal worst customer service agencies.if you can’t work in customer service, don’t.
Erin Siemer: Tried to get an appointment for TB test. Told to go to Affina but I informed them that Affina would not accept me unless I was a patient. Then told to call another number for the “TB nurses”. Had been trying that number all day and informed the representative of this. She just kept giving me the same number for the TB nurses. Worthless and a complete waste of time. Instead going to STL County DPH where I work. Better service and treatment. No wonder their COVID response team is so poor. They can’t work the basics of healthcare. Go to the county. They know what they are doing!

Trisha Mcginnis: Cannot stress enough how good this place was. Got free STD/STI testing with no judgement (as it should). No wait, but even if there was I wouldn’t have minded it. Plus free condoms. They just want people to be safe! Cannot recommend enough.

Zhi Yun Liu: Thanks to workers in TB department (Sarah, Jennifer, and TB department manager), I need to get my TB blood test but the workers on the first floor turn me away. I have an appointment before I went there, but they turn me away and didn’t bother to check with TB department. TB department manager follow up with the case and have me come back. The manager make sure I got my blood test done and worker Sarah is really nice she walk me to the phlebotomist! Very professional TB team!

Monica Maples: Wow. If I could rate it even less, I would. I would wish the care I received here on my worst enemy. Shame on Dr. Bilyeu. I was nearly 9 weeks pregnant, and was supposed to get my first ultrasound. I woke up that morning, spotting, but my ultrasound was scheduled first thing so I was relieved I was going to be able to make sure everything was okay right away. Wrong. Her office never sent the order for the ultrasound that THEY set up for me 3 weeks prior. So the imaging Center tried reaching her or SOMEONE from her office for over an hour. Nothing. So I tried reaching for a while after that too.... Nothing. I FINALLY got ahold of the supervisor from another health dept (she was incredibly sweet, the only decent thing about my experience here) and SHE found the order and sent it over for me. So 3 hours later, I was finally able to get my ultrasound. During which, they couldn't find a fetal pole. They told me my doctor needed to get ahold of me within the next few hours, and if she didn't, I needed to call my doctor instead to find out what was going on. Nothing. I never heard from her. I couldn't reach her. Go figure. I finally gave up, and called my nurse hotline from my insurance. They told me to go to ER. Long story short, after leaving several terrified voicemails about the possible miscarriage and trying to figure out what to do, she never bothered to even call and check up on me. My miscarriage was confirmed 3 days later. Still haven't heard from her. Had an appointment with her on the 9th, but I do not plan on returning. Again, shame on Dr. Bilyeu for not bothering to respond to a terrified mom losing her baby. Shame on the health department for not having SOMEONE there that could have helped me reach her, or help me at least figure out what I should have been doing.

Therese Reichardt: The staff was friendly, nice and informative. We didn't have to wait too long. Not crowded at all.
Scott Knubley: Poor and incompetent workers. They never send a bill and send it directly to collections.
Ron Powers: The clinic posts is saying they are open but this is a lie. A sign inside says they will be closed 4/10/2023 to 4/24/2023. Very ignorant people work at this location on Lindbergh.

rob Austin: Dr Wally as I stated before is one of the best doctors anywhere. Unfortunately he is no longer there. If you have physc issues don’t go. I was in Mercy hospital for a long time. I was close to dying, long story. The doctors at Mercy got me much better and wrote me medication just enough to make it to my appointment when I got there they informed me that they don’t write anything scheduled on the first visit. They would of rather let me go back to the icu before writing me the proper meds. Totally inhumane

Humble1 God1st: My family and I have been going to the south county location for years and for the most part haven't had any major issues. As of recently I have noticed a change at this location. Staff doesn't seem as motivated (most likely overworked and underpaid) miscommunication between staff and patients, website and signs on the actual building should be updated. I am sympathetic that we ALL are still processing and overcoming the pandemic, however the professionalism at the south county location has gone down hill. I am hopeful that this location will return to high standards it once had.

Pat Moxley: I have had 4 COVID tests here over the past year and it has been easy to schedule and test lines moves pretty fast and efficiently.
Charlotte Grider: I went for a covid test today (I am sick). There were no signs for drive-thru testing, just some orange cones. A MASKLESS employee with her hand under her shirt, holding her stomach, approached me and told me they were closed for lunch. I said I didn't see that on the website. She said, "I never get on the website." (Am I really the first person who didn't see that and mentioned it?) It was noon. I later looked again at the website, and it said they are closed from 12:30 to 1:00 for lunch, so they should have been open. (I also called to confirm that they were closed before checking the website again, and the operator confirmed that they were closed. She also knew nothing about the website or who might be responsible for updating the information. She was rude and basically like, "Not my job. Idc." I am sick and had driven half an hour to get there. Like a lot of other people in St. Louis these days, they don't seem to care much about people or about meeting any standards.Maybe she was maskless because she was leaving for lunch, but she really didn't seem to have any empathy about the fact that I was sick and had driven half an hour to get there. They were going to be closed for an hour, so I couldn't just wait around. It would make sense for them to have visible signs and to update the lunch hour information on the website. In general, it would help if people had some compassion and understanding. Something ugly has gotten ahold of the metro area these last 5 or 6 years. People are bloody awful.

STL STL: On 05/10/2021 I phone and asked if they can give a birth certificate. After a long phone wait on the phone I was told 'yes'! I drove to this south county location and was told at the information desk 'we do not do birth certificates and you would need to go to the Berkeley Mo location. Gezzzz
Millee !!!: I loved my visit to the south Lindbergh location. The ladies were nice fast and professional. Thank you for all that you do.
