Katie Proffer: I left Leon’s and started using Ed Roehr. This place is horrible. Every time I have been here I have had bad experiences. My orders always take 4-6 months and they don’t call when it’s ready. You have to stay on top of them. They’ve lost my orders before. One time they called and said my order was ready so i went up there and they said they don’t have it and would call when it’s in. Then another month goes by so i go up there and they pulled a shirt off the floor and I waited for patches to be sewn on. They have got my order wrong on multiple occasions so I’ve had to make several trips back there. I am finished with Ed Roehr and will be going back to Leon’s as well as my department.
Stephen Berra: I've been waiting over a month for my outer carrier , and nothing. They said it was there and that they would call me, and still nothing.
Carlis Liddell: Spoke with Steven about a Blauer Silent Partner Backpack (which no one had in stock) at noon on a Monday, my backpack was at my house the next day. Great customer service and will be doing business again!!!!!!

CardinalRed 76: I've conducted business with them several times on my own personal purchases outside of my place of employment. Each time, nothing was ready as promised. To this date, I am still waiting for items I purchased, already paid for since October 11th, and they are still not ready. I have made two phone calls inquiring about them and was told they would call me back. I'm still waiting.....Worst customer service out of ANY company I have ever dealt with.
Dr. J: The customer service sucks and place is a mess because they don't care about you wee little order, they have a contract with Jefferson County for $40,000 for one year and who know what other counties he contracts with.
austin davis: This place is a mess. Customer service sucks. I've ordered uniforms and they lost the order. I've left messages and never got a return call. I have no idea how this place stays in business. I'd rather pay Leon's prices than deal with them.
Patrick T: Security personnel can't buy safety products because it ALL has a police logo. We don't have anything that does not have a police brand [tag] on it. Started as another attempt to say it was a contract with manufacturer. His story changed several times. "Its MY policy".
Kevin Cummins: Andrew, Duane, Miguel and crew are the best. They always have your order ready and complete when promised. We've done business with them for decades; I appreciate their professionalism and customer service!
Jacob Lewis: This company is incredibly incompetent. They sized me and most of my cadets wrong. They delivered the uniforms on the day of graduation, leaving most of to look sloppy with poorly fitting uniforms.Also, they only gave me and two other cadets one shirt and one pair of pants, with no word as to how long it would be before our other uniforms were delivered.Ed Roehr LOST my uniforms twice. And that was after I personally came down to the store and spoke to someone. I gave them my phone number twice, and never received a phone about the uniforms. It wasn't until months after wearing one shirt and one pair of pants, that I overheard my order number while at their store, and had to argue with someone in order to get my shirts. They told me my pants would be ready in a few days and took my phone number, again. 4 weeks passed and no call. So I stopped by after work, only to find my pants were lost. This place is a JOKE!!! I wish the city would break their contract with them.
