Cheryl Gadeken: Ed worked hard to ensure that we were in a home that had as many of the features we wanted as possible. Since we were moving to St. Louis from another state, we relied heavily on him to screen properties for us, and he did this willingly and well. In fact, we made an offer on a property before seeing it in person, based on his recommendation. Ed has a useful knowledge about the structural soundness of a property and has a large network of professionals he can tap for needed repairs, etc. He called on one of these firms to help us get the carpets cleaned the day of closing, prior to the moving van's arrival. We would definitely use his services again, and wholeheartedly recommend him to others.

CA Westerbeck: Be extremely careful doing business with Saint Louis Investments. They claim to fix up properties and sell them to OUT OF TOWN OWNERS with tenants in them and they tell you no need to go see the properties. The properties they sell are complete garbage, the property management they recommend is terrible (can't even collect the rents) and the prices that they charge for these homes is WAY OVER MARKET. This is a LOSE, LOSE, LOSE. STEER CLEAR UNLESS YOU LIKE LOSING MONEY AND HAVING SLUM PROPERTIES WITH CONSTANT PROBLEMS.
