Will @ Probate Advance: One of the worst process serves I think I have ever hired. I hired him 2 weeks ago and he gave sub-par service at the time. When I proposed ways to remedy the issues I just got excuses and attitude. I wanted to wait some time before writing a review-- I'd hate to hurt a small business because I was in a bad mood or hungry at the time-- but that just isn't the case here. It was just bad service and in the end it cost me a client.This guy was inattentive, dismissive and unprofessional. I deal with process servers often and Bob and his company are incredibly disappointing, to say the least. I just hope he gets better, and his good reviews will one day overshadow this bad one.
Real Life: Outstanding service. Robert is friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive to detail. Excellent and the price is excellent. This the process server you want and I'm near the DC area so finding a reliable process server out of state like this is a relief. I should add that he is very responsive. Work was done April 2020 and I just contacted again for a resend copy (case delayed on my end by another defendant) and his response was very quick. Well done.

O O: I called this process server. This process server asked me to send document by email, which I did. They wanted the money up front before they completed any work. This was on Friday, I was busy at the time. Come Monday I asked if they accepted pay pal because I was uncomfortable giving car details by phone. They refused to answer my calls and said they refuse handling my process. You don't want to handle my process because....... they didn't even do anything sides receive an email. Well long story short I found another process server same day in the St Louis MO area. They took my documents by email and served them 30 mins later. I then then had to pay and had my affidavit in another 30 minutes. Also guess what? They were $5.00 cheaper as well.Don't act like you're doing me a favor by receiving an email. When I spoke to other process servers they said you shouldn't pay to after the document is served, not before. Lesson learned. I personally won't use this place but this is just my situation. Others can try their own luck here, results my vary.

That was a major relief!!! Everything was done quickly and efficiency and the USPS got served the very next day. Also was super easy to get everything done unlike other companies such as One Legal where it takes forever to set something up and then they farm it out anyhow and you have not single point of contact. With MPS it's the exact opposite. So if you need to serve the USPS or anybody else in MO these are the people to use.
