I then received a call from Tim Woodburn with Gateway Investigations I explained to him my situation and he told me what I needed was a lawyer to reopen my divorce case. This man was Extremely nice and he won’t take it vantage of you. That is the way he made me feel when I was speaking with him and then he offered to give me names and phone numbers of divorce attorneys. He didn’t have to do that he could have just taken my money but he didn’t. I appreciated how he spoke to me and the way I felt when I got off the phone with him. La Chawn Wright: I worked for this Company 2 years ago and gave them a 5 star rating before I really knew about how this company used their officers to steal from. Everyone that has worked there has the same complaint, they refuse to pay you for the hours work. I tried to work with them but when you work 25 hours of overtime and get a $195.00 check I was done. I went to an attorney, who stated that this company owes me money. My assignment was working for the Metrolink. I am working to sue. Please don't work for this company if you want to be paid, and not be treated like a slow idiot while they get over on you with a with a smile. The owner is a ex police chief "St. Louis City" It's disappointing to believe he thinks that it's okay to treat people like this.

Carol Stopke: I have used Wilcorp twice since Nov, 2020. They were like SPEEDY GONZOLAZ on getting the job done!I had the occasion once of going into their office. It is very professional and EASILY accessible close to the court building in Clayton MO.No offense, but the county sheriff office DOES not get the job done. Wilcorp KNOWS the system and all the laws and how to get the job done right in serving someone papers to show up in court. They keep excellent records to show proof the recipient was served properly.Wilcorp prices are justified, they keep in touch with you to let you know what is happening when. I highly recommend their services.When I was searching for a special service processor, Wilcorp answered the phone immediately. Everybody else I called before I reached them had answering machines.The one time I did have to leave a message for Wilcorp, they IMMEDIATELY called me back.I tell everybody I know to call them, if they need a service Wilcorp provides.

I then recommended them to my husband who wanted to find his sister who went missing 25 years ago. Success!!! Wayne Lewis: Did not use them. Called them and their process server service was $75 per attempt. Others recommended by the STL Co Courts (as of 2021) are often listed at half the cost.
Mel Owns: It is $40 for 3 attempts at one address. If you give more addresses, it costs more money. If they are unsuccessful and need more attempts to serve the respondent, it’s more money.They can “Rush Service” at a location without your authorization for $150.Then serve You with the bill for the added fees and you have 21 days to pay it.Nobody explains this to you. Their website doesn’t have this information either. I also called and asked about the process and I didn’t get the information I know now when it’s over.And the information you get from the court for how much it will cost is minimal. The officers and legal advisors tell you to give the Process Servers and much detail and addresses as you can... but nobody tells you until it’s over that more details = more $$$You’re basically in the dark with the process until it’s over with a big bill. It’s kind of taking advantage of frightened people in distress just calling the number the court tells them to call and Pro Serve can do what they want with you because you don’t understand what’s going on during a time of crisis.- which is illegal to enforce a contract when someone doesn’t have a clear state of mind.Tried calling and explaining to Kathy and didn’t get anywhere.The whole process takes advantage of you.
