Wind Napol: This seems to be a recommended stop by the locals. It’s a small shop that is kinda cool. You can see them making fresh pretzels right there in the shop. We got the twist and the cinnamon sugar endz. The twist is good and flavorful, it was not a huge pretzel that many places sell but rather more of a personal size which is perfect. Plus it wasn’t dry like others. But the cinnamon sugar one was just okay in our opinion. It wasn’t special or different from others we’ve tried and was a bit dry but maybe it was just the one time incident. Anyways we did like the visit and thought it was a cool, good and beloved place to visit.
SimplyJanay: Visiting from Detroit and got some great pretzels just before close last night. The staff was super friendly, place was nice and clean and everything was delicious. The brat with spicy mustard was excellent. I’ll be back before I leave to try those cinnamon sugar ends, thank you!!

Christopher Slater: Can't miss hand made pretzels in St. Louis - you can watch them being made. This is the mainstay pretzel place near Anheuser Busch brewery. Gus' has been serving pretzel sticks, twists, (and ends) for decades. Pretzel wrapped hotdogs, brats, Italian salsiccia are all delicious choices. Hot cheese sauce is offered as well as numerous types of jarred mustard. On the go yellow mustard and ketchup packets are also offered. Frozen pretzels and bottled water/soft drinks go well with your selections.

Gavin Moyich: Wow. What can I say. This is the best pretzel place in stl. My only critique is that they don’t sell vitamin water anymore. It used to be my go to drink but it seems like they stopped to selling it. My favorite is the Cajun Chicken wrapped pretzel. The pretzel compliments the spicy flavor of the Cajun chicken. 5 out of 5 I would highly recommend this very yummy pretzel place!!!

I decided to wait since that was the only reason my daughter and I drove to the mall in the first place. 20 minutes later I got them. (My pretzel was slimy)Never once did anyone say sorry for your wait. They also only gave me one of the two sauces I ordered and it was cold (cheese). I had to walk back in the mall to get the other one they forgot. The girl didn’t even think about saying sorry about that mistake either. I’ll never go to that place again.

Was going to be 20 minute wait for the mini hot pretzels, OK no problem.I initially walked away with 2 originals and pepperoni pretzels and waited at the dining tables for about 15 mins.Walked back waited a few minutes and picked up the rest of my order, sweet almond, mini hot dogs and large lemonade. Only received the pretzels. I asked for the large lemonade was told (with quite an Attitude) "I gave you your drink!"I simply said "No ma'am I just received the first bag of pretzels"Proceeds to tell me "I have you your drink with your food" while frustratingly going to the drink fountain.I avoid confrontation like the plague, I said "No you didn't" and I walked away. I will not put up with such rudeness.If you have cameras installed, take a look at them.I will not be back to this location.
H s: I ordered a combo #2 which is a regular nugget with a dip sauce and med soda. Price shows $5.86 then I wanted to add another dip sauce for $0.99. They tried to tell me my total was $10.54. When I asked them to explain why the registers showed $0.76 tax where the other money was coming from. The workers were rude and kept saying it was tax on each item but even still the tax shouldn’t be $3.66 for $6.85 in product.
Mr. Kentucky: I’ve had countless problems with this location. From pretzels not being cooked all the way through,cheese not being hot, and orders not being right. Also, they almost never have what I want. Nextly, they open late and leave early @7 pm (mall closes at 9 pm), and sometimes not even open like last Saturday 10/2/21.

I respectfully asked her if my order was ready, and she didn’t remember my order until I reminded her. I only gave 2 stars as the pretzels were fresh and warm, but otherwise highly disappointed. Auntie Anne’s, do better with hiring more positive and dedicated workers!

Smith: Whenever I go to the mall I always get a pretzel from Auntie Anne's for the drive home but on this day there was a not so long line (3 people ahead of me) which moved extremely slow, the young man at the register messed up my order, once he fixed it he did not reimburse my change, and my whole experience was spoiled!

Follow 'em on the gram (Not sure if they're on facebook - I'm not), since they occasionally run specials or fun combos and such.Staff are always friendly and quick to take care of you. Ordered two softies and two pretzel wrapped hot dogs (pups) - AWESOME! The dogs aren't little, skinny things but likely 1/4 lb'ers. They aren't super close to my house, but I definitely enjoy every trip here.

Scott Perdue: I live nearby and walk here almost once a week for lunch. Their regular pretzels (softies) are good but the pretzel wrapped hot dogs (pups) are my favorite. They have various other wrapped meats as well as pretzel bites and cinnamon-sugar softies, which are very tasty. They also have three cheese dips – Jalapeño, American, and Cheddar. I always go with the Jalapeño. They sometimes have specials and special menu items so be sure to follow them on social media if you’re a frequent customer.

Jessica Wiley: Sooo, funny thing about this review is that we were actually headed to Boardwalk Wafffle and Ice Cream, but for some reason they were closed and since they're in the same Plaza it only made sense to try something new. When we walked in, we were greeted by the cashier while we checked out the menu. Now, I don't eat pork so I automatically wanted to try the Philly Stuffed Pretzel, but what was explained to me( by the cashier) is they aren't selling it because the price of beef became too high😳🤣😲!!! Yoo, what!? Even if that's the case, some information shouldn't be divulged to customers(especially if we said it was our first time), but I went with the 15 piece Nugget Combo w/Jalapeño cheese and hubby had the St. Louis Style Pepperoni Melt Combo w/Salsa Con Queso(no pics bc he absolutely demolished that thing before i had a chance🤣🤣)...the cheese dips are WINNING, especially bc I can actually taste and see the Jalapeño cuz most of these dips only smell like it. I couldn't finish all my nuggets tho, not because too much dough but the salt😳-even after scrapping some off, it was still hellas left...I will say that I'll recommend you go especially If you eat pretzels and pork cuz the food was fresh and hot for sure, I was limited

As I was getting a larger bill the young lady that was waiting on me said if you have three dollars I have fifty cents. I asked her what planet she was from. I then said this is the sweetest thing that I could imagine. She restored my faith in the younger generation.Thank you.

Mike B: So, we were there on 4/6/23. We all know these pretzels are the salvation at the end of a shopping trip. However....the folks making these delicious pieces of clouds could do better. This worker was in such a hurry to get to work she forgot her shoes. Then, got to work and thought she'd work her shift in the socks she rolled out of bed in. Maybe this is normal, but I've never seen it. Life is like an Auntie Anne's. You Never know which dogs you're gonna get...and yes, I still ate those pretzel bites.

Tammy Hanson: I never write reviews but I feel compelled to share the absolutely awful customer experience we received today (3/1/2022 at 5:30 pm CST). As a business owner, I would have fired my employee for the behavior displayed. No one in line, plenty of pretzels available, and as we walked up the female employee was filling even more cups with pretzels. Instead of acknowledging she saw us or even saying something like "Be with you in a moment" she just kept filling more cups of pretzels. She saw us, we saw her, and there was nothing said. We spent 8 minutes waiting for her to finish. She now has an entire warmer overflowing with pretzels and 3 more groups waiting behind us. When she decides our business is worth her time, she walks over and says nothing...literally just looks at us. Since there were no more pretzels to make we assumed we could place our order. She bags it, hands it to us, and never speaks a word! As we leave, she goes back to filling even more cups...mind you we only bought 2 cups and the warmer is stuffed with 3 groups of customers waiting to be served. Sad part was the food was good but with that level of service we will not be back. That employee needs customer service training.
Another Sunrise: Worst place ever. Always out of staple items, often burnt, employees are beyond rude if they speak to you at all. Increase pay do you can get employees that aren't AWFUL.

I said ok, I'll pay after they are ready so I could download mobile app. I stood right by the cashier for ANOTHER 15 minutes. Cashier then tells me to wait in the long line again since I didn't pay first. I said"what are you talking about, I already waited in line and been standing here in front of you for too long". Asked 30 minutes for nothing!!! . So unfair, I left.
