Leida Pickett: We love St Louis Montessori! They have been a home-away-from-home for both our littles, since they were 3 and 4 months old, respectively. Our son has just finished his kindergarten year in public school and he was well-prepared, well-socialized, polite, and confident, thanks in part to the curriculum and the love and support he received from the staff there.We'd recommend them, any day.

Myrrah Naunheim: I cannot say enough about how grateful I am for this school. Oh my gosh, I LOVE the teachers and staff. My eldest son is a late talker. We had him in speech therapy for almost a year before starting in the preschool room and he couldn't/didn't say more than a few words. They got him to talk AND SING! They met him where he was and helped him blossom. I can't tell you what it's like to wait years, literally, worrying that you will never hear your child speak and then with in a few months have him start singing and saying 'I love you.'He had a rough transition but they worked with him. Comforted him. Even loved on him to help him adjust. They were so great with our big boy that I begged them to take our youngest before he was born. I honestly can't say enough about how much I love this school. They are like family. I'm already dreading my kids becoming school aged because we'll have to leave this warm wonderful place. They offer dance, gymnastics, Spanish, and yoga in addition to a Montessori based curriculum. Great school, great staff, great place. 😊

Charles Raddin: So glad we found this school. It has not only benefited our daughter, but our entire family. Our family enjoys listening to her and watching her count, recite her ABCs, and organizing items into like groups. I am always a proud father when others comment on the degree of her development, both intellectually and emotionally. She is challenged academically and thrives in the environment provided by St. Louis Montessori.

Amanda Raddin: I love this preschool. My family has moved a lot in the last couple years and my daughter has unfortunately been to 5 different daycares / preschools. The one thing in common with all of these facilities was that she would cry when dropped off and throughout the day.When my daughter started St. Louis Montessori her whole attitude towards school changed. It was the first time she looked forward to going to school. I drop her off and she runs toward her "work" saying, "bye momma!" When I pick her up from school she tells me how fun Yoga class was, or what she did in ballet, what words she heard in Spanish class , or tells me what type of "work" she did. St. Louis Montessori is NOT a daycare; it is a preschool. My daughter, while having a very fun time, is constantly challenged academically. Friends of mine are always impressed on how much she knows for her young age of 2.5. I honestly could not be happier with this school. I am so thankful to be part of the Saint Louis Montessori family.

Mary Cooley: Originally we found St Louis Montessori by luck. We came from out of the country and didn't know a single person in St Louis. Keith, Carri and all of the teachers have become like family to my daughter. She loves coming to school. This is a place of learning and education as well as childcare.

Leneia Weston: We had a phenomenal experience with St. Louis Montessori. In particular, Carri was a staple in the growth and development of both my girls. We were lucky to find a place with a familial environment where the staff always showed genuine care and concern with our kids. They recognized early high academic potential in both girls. Even when my children weren't perfect ... the delivery of the message was always kind and professional and fostered a voice of growth. The inclusion and harmony among the kids and parents made it a magical place. We enjoyed our time with them and continue to refer friends and family members. People ask me constantly who we used because they recall our positive experience. We love St. Louis Montessori!

Rebecca Cummings: The owners of this Montessori lack professionalism. Our son, who just turned two and has only ever attended daycare 2 days/week, had a hard time adjusting to their program after only being there 1 month (he was only able to attend 4/8 scheduled days due to holiday and weather closure) . They were great in the fact that they worked with us and let him go full time for a week, then tapered down each week until we were back to our regular scheduled days. However, at his third week, we received a text message asking to pick him up 1/2 way through the day because he kept crying and didn't want to nap. Later that evening, we received an email stating it was not working out. We never even got a phone call, or an in-person meeting to discuss the situation. Everything was text or email, which I feel is very unprofessional. We were not given any period of time to locate other care for him, resulting in me having to take 2 days off work since we didn't have anything else lined up. The worst part was when I went to go get his stuff the next day, they had everything piled up by the door! Not even in bags, just chucked in the corner without even a word to me. My heart sunk at the position they left us in and the manner that it was done. I understand that there is a curriculum to follow and it's not easy with an upset toddler. However, I do feel that the situation could have been dealt with in a more understanding, and professional manner than what we received.

Kathleen Blackorby: My daughter is almost 3 and has been going to Cornerstone since she was 8 weeks old. My husband and I are not from St. Louis and I was very nervous and selective about who we chose to leave our daughter with. I am so grateful we found Cornerstone! Every single teacher we have had was/is outstanding and they truly care for my daughter. They have a number of employees, mostly teachers that have been there for 10 and 20+ years and I think that says a lot about the organization. This is the best daycare around and I recommend them to everyone I know!!!

Mike kerckhoff: We send our son here and we our proud to be apart of the cornerstone family. He has made strides since he has been here. They are not like other daycares they don’t just watch the kids the teach them and it starts in the infant room. We can’t say enough about them. They treat you like family and truly care about your child, it starts from the top down. Classroom are super clean. The playground is huge and safe. There is enough teachers in each room they even have floating teacher to give breaks. It also is well diversed. All in all if you are looking for a place to send your child I would look no further this is the only place I will send my children.

They make sure your child is learning to the best of they ability & if they are not help them to get there in any way possible. My son currently goes there (he's 3) & he loves it just as much as I do!

Francesca Ingino: Amazing daycare!! My daughter is 2 1/2 and been going there since 6 weeks old and absolutely loves it, the teachers and staff and so do I. They know us by name, greet us everyday and take such great care of my Princess. I highly recommend this center for your child.

Amy Bommarito: I cannot say enough positive things about this daycare. We were only there for a short term (2 months) but it was the best experience for our family! We were transitioning between homes and needed a temporary set up between selling our old home and moving into our new one. They were extremely flexible and understanding of our situation and made our baby a priority so I didn’t have to worry or stress about his care or safety with everything else we had going on. Loved having access to the cameras and the brightwheel app helped so much with communication between my sons classroom teachers and myself. They were vital in ensuring his development from 5 to 7 months of age and did lots of fun activities, crafts, etc. I HIGHLY recommend this daycare to anyone in the Oakville area.

Mark Haefner: Top notch! This is not a daycare, but a preschool! My son has leaned so much there, and everyone has always been so nice and professional. Jana, the director, is amazing, and the teachers could not be better. The facility is always clean and the playground is wonderful! I would highly recommend First Steps to anyone.

Hannah Jeannot: I meant to write this review a long time ago but forgot! My daughter started here when she was 2 and was here for over a year. The only reason we had to leave was because of our super early start times at work. I wish we could’ve stayed. I used to work in the field for years and I have seen many care facilities. This is BY FAR the BEST daycare/preschool I’ve ever experienced. They are communicative, nurturing, kind and honest. Their food menu is super healthy! Plus, they handled Covid with so much care. We loved CNAP!!!

This place is clean, wholesome, healthy meals, awesome director, awesome staff, awesome parents and children! There is really nothing to hate about CNAP. Andrea Albert: My son just turned 3 and has been going to La Petie since he was 2 and a half. This place is amazing! The teachers are super sweet and take good care of all the kiddos in their care. They provide them with lots of play, educational and learning so it's the perfect environment for anyone looking for a preschool for their little ones. My son has made so many new friends and has learned so much from them. I highly recommend such a great preschool! They also have an open area which is nice instead of the separated closed off rooms. They have an app where you can check up on your child to see how they're doing throughout the day which I feel for me gives me a sense of relief to see how my kiddo is doing. 😊

Cheyenne Ray: My son went to La Petite for 2 years. If he was not going to school this year he would still be there. He loved going here and made so many friends and had amazing teachers. It was awesome to see him grow in his education and his love of learning. I never had to worry about him while he was here. I knew he was being cared for and having a blast. I cannot say enough good things about this school. After months of searching I am glad we found La Petite so my son had a safe, fun learning environment that he was excited to go to everyday.

Alex Ethridge: Our daughter has gone here since she was 9 months old and we couldn’t love La Petite and all the teachers there more. We had a very bad experience with our first daycare setting and we were very scared and worried to send our daughter anywhere else, but La Petite made it so easy to trust them and made us feel like we were right at home. They also send us pictures and updates throughout the day that just put your mind at ease.My daughter has learned so much, I am amazed every day when she comes homes because she has learned something new. Everyone there loves and cares so much for each of those kids. Even our daughters past teachers still show her so much love when they are passing through her classroom. We absolutely love la petite and everyone there and could not be happier knowing our daughter is somewhere safe and loved.

Emma Jean: It’s with a heavy heart I write a five star review for my favorite daycare and preK facility! My children have learned SOOO much in such a short time. I was nervous because my children have only known me and they got my youngest son to loosen up and get comfortable and he even stopped throwing tantrums for nap time. The Director at the time and the new Director, Jessica are and have been so kind and gracious! I wish we didn’t have to relocate but I can say my oldest son Maher is ready for kindergarten and the year isn’t even over yet. Thank you all for everything! Brandy Alonso: After visiting with several daycares, La Petite was hands down the most accommodating, friendly and appealing for our daughter. The director has gone above and beyond for us while transitioning our daughter into daycare. I was nervous for sending her to daycare for the first time, and the staff updates me on her progress with pictures, emails and phone calls. Not only does my daughter adore her teachers and new friends, but I enjoy helping out for their fun family events as well! The staff is so attentive and friendly...they greet every child by name and always show an interest in their life outside of daycare as well. I know that any concerns I have are always taken seriously and addressed immediately. My work schedule constantly changes, and La Petite has patiently worked with us to plan our daughter's days as daycare. She went from being shy and nervous to be dropped off to hurrying to get ready in the morning and see her teachers and friends. I am beyond pleased with the choice we made and grateful for La Petite making us feel like family. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a daycare that is friendly and genuinely cares.

Mrs Ellie Roche: It has taken me a year to finally type this review!My daughter and son attend La Petite Academy. My daughter joined when Katie was the Director and Lejna was still the Assistant Director. Thanks to their upbeat bubbly personality, I trusted this facility to care for my children. I am SO GLAD I DID. Since then, there has been changes and they have all been for the better. I am difficult parent to deal with, honestly. I want things a certain way, I expect a lot and its mainly because my children spend 9 hours away from me on a daily basis. I feel like they spend most of their time there than they do with me. It's a VERY difficult feeling to wrap your head around, but eventually you have to. Lejna was an amazing influence in the facility when she was there. She knew how difficult it is for me to leave my children every day. She comforted me with pictures and updates via email on the daily. She called my office on days she noticed I felt extra terrible for leaving my children. As a parent, that is HUGE. Brittni D. is now the school director. I had my guard up from the beginning. It is difficult for me to transition with care for my children. She has a lot of dedication to what she does. She is very different compared to Katie, but she has turned out to be one of the most amazing individuals to run a child care facility. She understands the importance of keeping parents involved while at the same time keeping the facility running smoothly and professionally. She has taken the time to connect with the children more and more each day and has built relationships with them. It is such a heartwarming feeling to know that someone genuinely cares for the children attending her facility. The teachers; Ms. Elizabeth, Ms.Dawn, Ms. Miranda, Ms.Dana and so on are the cherry on top!! Most day care's or learning centers have individuals who went to school, got certified and work with children because it's their job. Well, not here. These ladies LOVE children, they really CARE for children and are striving each day to do better. They are raising little minds to be independent, loving, caring, joyful, powerful and well-mannered. I will never part ways from La Petite. I do want to say this; GREAT CARE is not cheap. It never will be, so it really depends on how you look at it. You can either pay more money for exceptional care, or pay less for intermediate care. Me? Money does not compare to the care and attention my children get. It is costly, but in the long run, no amount of money can repay the amount of education and care my children received from attending La Petite. Their meal plan is always something healthy and universal. They also do not mind accommodating your children's needs. It's all about communication! Pamela Braasch: My children began attending La Petite last September and I can't say enough good things about this daycare! The director- Brittini is wonderful and very accommodating when I need to change the schedule. My boys love their teachers and talk non-stop about what they did that day at school. Their curriculum is great and I feel they really take the time with each child to make sure they are reaching certain milestones. Although, this facility is a little expensive and puts a strain on us financially, I would not take them anywhere else for I feel it is money well spent!

Kathleen Jenkins: I have a 3 1/2 year old and a just turned 5 yr old. My 3 1/2 is in the preschool program and the 5 year old is in the Pre K program. Neither one had been in a school setting before and eveyone at La Petite Academy made the kiddos feel comfortable from the 1st time they went. The Pre-K program has really helped the 5 yr old adjust to a classroom setting. And my pre-schooler has learned so much in the last 5 months. I cannot say enough about the teachers and the staff!! They know how to handle the kiddos. Miss Katie and Miss Stephanie are just amazing teachers. As director and asst director, Ms Britni and Ms Layna keep the parents informed with what is going on at the school. They also keep up with the education of the staff. I feel as it is a big family there.

Sarah Spaulding: Our family has L-O-V-E-D being a part of the LaPetite family this Spring 2012. It was the perfect place to help us transition from our son staying home with momma to him going to "school" full-time. This was my first semester as a full-time student as well, my husband just graduated with his associates of arts in teaching and has two more years to go! So, with us all three officially students LaPetite's professional and extremely helpful and loving staff made the difference for our success. We are all looking forward a great Summer together and then coming back to LaPetite for a wonderful Fall!
