Nathan Palm: Found them on Ebay and they were instantly helpful, I spoke with them 4 different times and they were still very happy to answer all my questions. The engine was amazing with no flaws ready to install with all gaskets, water pump and oil filter. I had a couple of broken bolts and a cracked valve cover they fixed every cheap for me. I would definitely purchase again and wish the very best for this business. Very quick turn around.

Mark Dinsdale: Terrible company to deal with and poor customer service. I asked before I purchased a recon exchange engine what the lead time was. I was told a few days turn around. I sent them my engine and after two weeks called to be told I was 67 in line for rebuild! After I questioned this I got the standard, see our ad for COVID delays etc but the ad was changed after I ordered. I just got the same excuse week after week and it took 6 months to get my engine back.I followed the procedures they set and did the oil pressure test and break in runs. After that I test ran the engine for about 20 minutes until it just stopped with no compression. When I contacted them I just got standard answers like it was copy/paste. They even said do the break in again…. Even though it does not run with no compression. I decided to take the valve cover off as they recommended and the valves were operating. After that I just got the standard responses with no help so I pulled the head. The valves were not closing as there was foreign materials on the valve faces, one head bolt has the threads stripped and a pushrod was bent. When they painted the engine they didn’t even bother to put paper on the inlet or exhaust and so there was paint inside the engine.A machine shop took the valves out and recut the seats and re ground the valves for me and this company will not issue any refund or send me a new pushrod. Poor service, poor quality and an even worse attitude. I do not recommend using this company for anything as I have had to rebuild the engine and have wasted loads of hours removing the engine again and waited 6 months for it.

Jeffrey Tyrrell: Purchased a rebuild for$1345.00 on a18 hp motor sent in my motor and a core of a second motor still waiting this has been paid in full at a price of $1521.40 plus the second core $200. More since sept 2 2020 I no covid-19 has slowed it down but come on i asked about canceling they start with office fees shipping and other stuff so I've got a hold of ebay and the B.B.B. along with reaching out the the chamber of commerce. I hope we can come to a reasonable resolution 2yr warranty and 4months and still no motor it a 2 cylinder 18 hp not a viper motor

I did have a problem with my motor after it was reinstalled and my mechanic was sure Precision had done something wrong. Precision went above and beyond offering advice and service after the sale to locate the issue. Which, in full transparency had nothing to do with their rebuild and everything to do with a bad throttle cable that my mechanic didn't diagnose. Highly recommend Precision Engineering StL

Kevin Thompson: Bad experience as I thought I was getting an engine for the price they were asking, found out it was a piece of paper with all the extra expense that I could possible be charged above and beyond the money already spent when I opted out of the engine as it was going to be much more money than I wanted spend, they only reimbursed 682.15 of the 864.06 spent, and all I got was a piece of paper. Beware of your purchase first good luck.
