Spring the pandemic shutdowns, we were able to order online and pick up at the loading dock. Even then I could call or text and get prompt answers. Even on how to know if a 2nd hand kiln I was looking at was indeed never fired. We love it!

I don't know anything about pottery or ceramics personally, but I after we shopped, I compared prices and this shop was very reasonable, especially since we didn't have to wait for things to be shipped.

Rick Saunders: I wanted to stop by MMP at Grafton, IL, for many, many months. Finally, I did pull off the highway and visited the store. I liked the authentic and creative pottery wares. However, I expected greater variation in the art works offered throughout the 2-story building. Apparently what I saw on the shelves and walls is what sells best and fast to tourists. Or, maybe the higher-end ($$$$) and one-of-a-kind "Mississippian" pottery was already sold. I dunno. I'll stop by again in 2022 and see what's changed.
