Lori Robinson: This company is GREAT to work with. I cannot say enough great things to say about James K. @ the Arnold, MO location as well as the company as a whole. He's the quarterback of the team & he knows a lot about the product & the process from pre-order all the way through delivery. James made several trips to my home to help with determining a location & type of building to build.We had a holdup from the local building commission in the issuance of the permit, but once the permit was issued, the job completion only took about 2 weeks. From scheduling the placement of the piers with Taylor, to Jake digging & pouring the piers to Nelson the installer, these folks were really on the ball & were great about communicating the timing of each step. When Nelson was completing the installation, he commented on what a good job was done on the pier job by Jake.If I could give more than 5 🌟 stars. I'd probably give them at least 100 🌟 🌟 stars🌟 🌟!!!! Even the county building inspector remarked on what a great job was done & how well the building was built. He's wanting one now! Of course I gave him the contact information for James @ the Arnold location. Kudos all around & thanks for a fantastic building & job!!!!!!!!

Today Joe and his wife came out to repair the porch railing (replace a piece of wood and repaint) and a screen/grid on one of the windows. They did a great job! I had spoke to Joe (warranty guy) who was doing some warranty work at my parents new cabin about them. He told me that he would send me some photos of what they have. Long story I went with the Heavy duty ones and he came out and installed them last week. I've used self storage units before , but by the time you pack up all your things and lug them over to the place , pay for that and then be constrained by open and close times, Its cheaper to have the shed, just as much if not more space,I go in and out whenever I need to and its cute in my yard. They do sheds and garages and come more custom than you would find at a box store. They even offer to do any permit requirements for an additional fee.

They contacted me to apologize for prior issues, are training their staff to prevent these issues from repeating, and gave a partial refund for the challenges. After talking to the new management I'm confident that the issues with this Tuff Shed location have been fixed and they will be able to match the amazing Tuff Shed quality with exceptional service.After advertising 7 weeks (9 with permit) for install the local team took over 10 weeks for just the permitting -all of my paperwork was submitted within 24 hours of requests.Local team offers permit services but on multiple occasions asked me to call city offices to ask logistical permitting questions.Double outswing door was not properly noted in contract causing a delay in install.When door was finally installed over 7 months after Tuff shed took full payment, my keys were not delivered so the lock had to be replaced.Upgrades and discounts were offered for the inconvenience however were never provided.The product is amazing, but the lack of project management made the entire process upsetting given the price point of the product.

Tara Ervin: Tuff shed in overland MO is ridiculous. I Put a payment on my shed in Feb . It is now about to be May. All they keep saying is everything takes 2 weeks, 2 weeks 2 weeks🙄🙄 How many more 2 weeks do you need to get me my shed? If I wasn’t lied to and told that I should receive end of March beginning of April, Heck I could have just ordered from another place that will delivery to you within a week or 2 and not 3 months. This is false advertising. They tell you what you want to know when their getting the sale and when you pay your fee then all communication cuts off. They are liars and I hate I even purchased from them. I still have not received anything as of now. It doesn’t take that long for a permit for a 10x16 shed. It’s not a house geesh🙄 I even went far as having a concrete slab poured for the shed which was not cheap btw. I will never tell anyone to go here. I had plans for my shed in April . I’m so mad and irritated.

Kevin Misiewicz: I purchased a shed from them, one already built. Took months for them to deliver it. Was damaged upon delivery. They slam it on the ground from a truck that just backs it up. Forced many boards loose. Now it leaks, boards are moldy from being saturated with water, and no one will come out to fix it. They always say they are short staffed. Don’t buy. The customer service is lousy too. Never return phone calls. It almost like a scam.
