Delores Caldwell: Sorry folks but this is not a good popcorn. I ordered a lg. box with 4 bags in it. An excessive amount of unpopped kernels in the first and only bag we have eaten. It tasted old and had way too much salt and not enough butter. Not at all excited to eat the other 3 bags. We are big popcorn fans and I usually buy from the movie theaters but of course they are closed because of the virus. I would never buy from these guys again.

Teh01: Got one small bag and a few minis for my sons to try. They didn’t have the flavors I wanted for the minis, but they put some bags together on the spot with no problem (so they were super fresh!). All were loaded with flavor. I especially enjoyed birthday cake and cookies n cream. I have tried other places, such as pop pop hooray, and I feel this place, while less choices, the popcorn has much more flavor.
Rondasue: I bought 4 different bags of popcorn and 3 were really good but one was completely stale..I highly recommend adding freshness labels to you're products.

Suzanne Esselman: We have been very happy with the quality of popcorn and flavors at Kirkwood Pop Co. We have purchased the sampler for a couple of summer parties and it has been a big hit! I would be giving them a 5 star review if I didn't get the feeling that I am right on the edge of annoying the people who work there when we shop there. Again, the quality is always good, but we won't go back as much as we'd like to because we just don't want to keep feeling like we're bothering them. If they don't like putting the sampler boxes together, they should probably take it off the menu. Also, they don't offer any "try before you buy" samples in-store, so customers just have hope they will like the flavor they choose.

Disappointed in a landmark.

James Hulsey: Terrible Customer Service - Their insert in the order asks for you to contact them to try and resolve any issues before writing review. Sent an Email that received no reply. Contacted them by phone 1-4-23 and the girl that answered said she would have to take a message and they would return my call which was never done. The lid to the tin container of the popcorn had several dents and one side of the canister had a serious dent although the exterior packaging the item arrived in had no damage. Expected a replacement of the tin or at least an adjustment to the $70.00 plus cost of the item. Severely disappointed and will not order from this company again or refer to any of my friends or family. Had I known I would not get a response we should have returned the item. Did not realize the item was damaged until the recipient opened on Christmas since the outside of thebox did not show any sign of damage - hadn't taken the itemcompletely out of the box to check it.

I never got loud with him however the way he was talking to me was not right at all.
