WAIT to get served with a numerous amount of other customers in front of me. I really wish my job would give employees the option to choose another uniform company. This place only has one location very inconvenient.

I understand supply chain issues... what I don't understand is every time I called to check one person would say it is in and needs to be tailored. When I call back to see if it is ready for pick up this person says it is not been received and still on back order... maybe next week. Call again and it is in then not in and the story continues for over a month. Then I am told to pick up next day. Not ready as told. Call the next week and they say maybe sometime this week. No one knows what is going on at this business and they always say well you didn't talk to me so I don't know what you were told. Is this how we do business?

Most of the employees seemed very nice the associate that I got seem to be having a bad day once my pants were altered they still did not fit correctly I bought 5.11 police shirts and pants which did not fit well they're definitely not worth the money unless you take them to a real tailor which cost a ton of money. Everything they sell you can order online for either the same cost or in most cases even less expensive so I would shop around before paying their high prices and I've been there several times the last time the service was pretty good although the shirt still didn't fit correctly this time I got pants that did not fit correctly unfortunately I cannot take them back so I'm not real happy I would shop online before you spend money here and you just never know if you're going to get good service or not it's hit and miss and overpriced.

Brad Thomas: This company stole nearly $300 from me by claiming that an order I submitted to them was never transmitted to the product manufacturer. I requested either my money back or a guarantee that the order would be placed immediately, and I received no reply. They don't answer their phone or respond to emails. I've contacted the BBB who also cannot contact them. The whole ordeal took so long my bank will no longer dispute the charges, so now I am out $300 thanks to Responder PSE.
Snakeyote: I ordered a custom lighthead and waited the estimated lead time (3-4 weeks) plus a few more weeks.upon emailing for an update they stated that the lighthead was not allowed in the configuration I wanted and that they "dropped the ball by not contacting me" and offered a different configuration or a refund.(stated directly by the president Michael Netherton)I replied the same day stating that I'd like the refund (8/11/20), as of today (9/7/20) I have not received the refund nor a reply to any email I've sent since that date.

John Colwell: I have had zero issues with online orders before. I have used this company for several years. This past year we purchased a new truck for our fire department and we contacted them for purchase and installation of the emergency lighting and equipment. We were given multiple false promises on dates. I realize it all depends on when items get shipped out however we were promised it would be done on this date several times. Once the project was completed our new truck had two dents that "they have no idea how they got there". One month later a module in our light bar went out. According to their website and Feniex's website, they are Authorized dealers of the product, however they will not fulfill the warranty work and it is going to cost us out of pocket to have it fixed. They will never get our business again and I do not recommend them to do any install work for you as well.

Charles Ambuehl: I bought my father's business which in short was the inventory and equipment. He owns the building and I rent it. I assumed the business under a new legal name but kept the same name on the sign. Apparently, Clean Uniform had a contract with my father which expired in 2022. On my birthday March 17, 2022, the driver had a deli worker ink a 6-year contract unbeknownst to me. 6 months later a competitor stopped by and offered me 3x the service for half the cost. Knowing I had never signed a contract with clean i accepted this offer. Now clean is trying to charge me 15k in damages. I will forever tell this story. It is unscrupulous to acquire unauthorized signatures.

After he left I called back to local office and asked for a supervisor, did he apologize, quite the opposite he informed me that the employee was one of the best they have and then said that he wanted proof of the sale of the business not how can i fix this, the only thing I wish is I could leave less than 1 star the customer service is very poor and the uniforms always came back in need of repair, do yourself a favor find someone else to do your cleaning.

Keisha W: This company is ridiculous. The cleaning towels we receive leave so much lint that we have to use paper towels to clean behind it making the towels they provide pointless. All the rugs we have received are cheaply made and do not soak up water people track in from the rain. The uniforms are not made of comfortable fabric and the exchange service is horrible. I have a jacket that I was given the incorrect size and have returned it for an exchange several times. It has been well over 8 months of them sending me the incorrect size again and again. I am paying for a jacket I have not been able to use and it’s ridiculous. I strongly suggests to any business to not use their services. Cintas is a much better company with quantity products and services. Sometimes saving money isn’t always the answer.

I have been a customer since 2008 and just recently I get a letter saying I am liable for liquidated damages of $5,852.48 because we quit using them for service that was terrible. I haven’t signed a contract since 2008 so I know I wasn’t in contract still. They also will not send me this supposedly signed contract . You would think being a long time customer they wouldn’t treat you like this. I tried talking to management and no luck . They are saying an employee signed a contract in 2017 who had zero authorization to sign anything and if he did he probably had no idea what they talked him into signing. I will now turn this over to my lawyer and pay them whatever it takes to not give Clean a dime. Horrible experience with this company doing business this way and I will make sure they never step foot in any of my businesses ever again and I will also be letting everyone in the surrounding counties know how they do business. They have not provided service for months and yet I paid the monthly fees. They want more money after we try to cancel the service. This is to cover what?
