The help they provided and time they took following the sale to make sure I was was taken care of was above and beyond. Neil Smith: I went into this store today to look at playground equipment with my son. The sales rep was incredibly condescending and rude. Without getting into too many details they have a $5 pay-to-play program that is not open on the weekends, but they let potential equipment purchasers try out the equipment anyway. So the sales rep's job on the weekends is to try to figure out which customers are going to buy equipment and which are there to try to play for free. There were a couple kids playing on the equipment, presumably because a sales rep or employee deemed them likely customers. My son started looking at equipment. The sales rep ask me why I was there and I said we were next door and decided to look around. I didn't want to tell her immediately that I was planning to buy a $10,000 Rainbow set, just like I don't walk into a clothing store and announce immediately that I'm planning to buy two new suits and four shirts - it's just not an intelligent way to shop in my opinion. But she basically told my kid that he couldn't climb on anything, when there were two or three other kids climbing on equipment right next to him. She assumed we were wanting to play with no intention to buy. I just said thank you and left and my son started crying. I recommend Bergfeld Recreation on Manchester. We bought some expensive equipment two years ago because when we went to look the owner said, "sure your kids can climb on anything - have fun." I didn't even plan to buy anything beforehand, but the owner was cool and my kids could try all of their equipment.

Shannon Laible: Took my son here for their "free play", was informed that we would have to wait ten minutes until 2:00 pm when it started since "they are a retail store and have to tend to customers". There was no one there and the lady told us we would have to sit and wait or go outside until 2:00pm. Keep in mind that we had two very anxious toddlers with us (now if they had customers our were busy that would be a different story). We waited until 2-and then started playing, we were watched like a hawk by the same lady and the "rules" states that only one can jump on a trampoline at a time? Yea that's a whole lot of fun. While my friends son was getting down and my son was getting in the same lady says "one at at time please". Why did we sign waivers if they aren't even allowed to have some fun? Now granted I'm all for safety but this was ridiculous. We stayed for less then an hour after paying $5 a child because we felt we needed to at least get some of our money out of it. If you want a place with lots of rules and rude employees then this is your place! Will not be returning!
