Jada Mutic: These guys are so nice and they do a great job. I have brought a couple of very small pieces here over the past couple of years for them to chrome and I could not have been happier with the results. One piece was an 80 year old door latch for a bathroom linen closet and the other was a bathroom vanity/ washstand fitting and screws. Both small jobs but they gladly completed them.

345hp SSCamaro: I Had the same issue with these people as the last 2 Reviewers from 2019. I had sent pics to them to get some estimates along with phone calls and messages as well. I even left it with a girl that answered the phone and told her I had tried to reach them. No response. I would look else where.
Laura Agee: Sam helped to breathe new life into a pair of candelabras that have been in my family for many years. In addition to putting a beautiful finish on them, he went above and beyond to fix a structural issue that was keeping one of them from standing straight. We were very happy with the customer service and quality of work.
Bernard Maxfield: Drove over from Illinois to get an estimate on some pieces to be plated. The person that does the estimating wasn't around so I left the pieces there and was assured I would get a call with said estimate soon. Three days later I called and had to leave a message which was never returned. After a week I went and retrieved the pieces which were still laying on their counter and took them to their competitors. Don't waste your time with this group.

Trinity Fastener: Have they gone out of business? Spent last three days calling and emailing with no response. Shipped product there month and half ago and not heard from them.
Dale Roberts: Wonderful polishing job at a reasonable price, extremely happy with the results I got from bringing a locomotive whistle to American Plating Co.! As Ah-nold says: "Ah'll be back!" June 12th, 2019 this should be a second review because as I said after the first time there, I did indeed come back to get some more work done. I was just as happy with those pieces as I was with the first time. I had two antique fire extinguishers polished this time, and they look great!

Bill Birmingham: Overpriced and under performing. I had 88 plates, 4.25x0.200" electroless nickle plating. Plates came back with fingerprints and smudges in the plating. Turn around was quick, but who needs quick without quality?

Chazbakka: By far the worst customer service of any company I deal with. Whatever you do don't call them more than once to ask about your product. I get nothing but attitude when I call over there.
