Kin Wong: Shipping department took 2 hours to load 3 pallets. I am doing LTL so time is sensitive to my customers. When I asked the reason for delay, the lady at the window said, “I don’t know much how longer” after I had sit for an hour. I think that I need to talk to the purchasing department to avoid getting products from This company in the future. Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional.

I am 58 and have never been in a work place this bad.It is literally 24hrs of man vs machines, don't eat anything because you may have to use the bathroom, don't drink anything because it may create an unscheduled urination, you cannot leave the machine without another person taking over, it is a wonder they let this place operate at all,and they drug test at your expense, no normal person would not be on various drugs after working here a short period, I was on machine 32,could be the same machine Keith was on from the sound of things,my girlfriend asked me at 2 in the morning if we could quit and I was ecstatic, this after only 8.5 hrshr4

I been there 3 times to purchased the acrylic sheets from them due to Covid-19 we need it to do sneeze shield. The first time went smoothed, second time I called to checked on the price before I place an order the the salesman name Mike or Micheal tell me the price per 1/8” thick 4’x 8’ cost $79.00 I agree the price and give him my credit card information and went there to pick it up. When I’m there he charged me $110.00 per sheet because I just need 1 sheet I don’t want to argue with him. Couple days later I need 2 more sheet of 1/4” thick. Call and get the price again, the same salesman told me is cost $145.00 I written down on my hand and gave credit card information to him and when there to pick it up. When I’m there he charge me $191.94 per sheet. Even he sale the same sheet to my friend the one I refer to them just $120, something per sheet. This time I’m asking him he said acrylic is in high demand and the price is going up regardless he just give me the price 30 minutes ago with verbal agreement between him and me. I keep asking him why you do that? He answers take it or not?No more business with this company, it unhonor, unethical and unprofessional.
