Arlene OConnor: These guys were incredible! It was not an easy move with three floors of turning stairs on one of the hottest days this year so far but they were troopers, always ready to answer a question or do a favor. Their prices were fair and they worked hard and quickly. I was not wrong to pick them and I highly recommend them to everyone looking for a mover in the Saint Louis area!
Matt Blodgett: Extremely impressed with Adrian and his team. I don't think I have ever seen a moving company and the movers display the level of professionalism that I experienced. The online appointment scheduling and quoting tool made it very easy to schedule my move and someone contacted me right away to confirm the details. The owner, Adrian, even came out to help one of his new crew members at no additional cost to me. Great to know that I now have an awesome moving company I can work with in the future. Blake Bell: Ghosted me. Scheduled a week out for a friday pickup and delivery. Day came, nobody showed. Called for 2+ hours but all calls were forwarded to voicemail. Finally got a call back 3 hours later and was told it was unfortunate. They didnt have me in the books. Promised to try another day. I hung up. Went to uhaul called some friends and did it myself. Would not recommend.

Nelda McFadden: The first experience with them they refused to move the t.v.'s. I unfortunately was not able to stay for the entire move( someone else was there and had trouble from the movers) so some of the construction guys complained to the moving business about how they had not moved the tvs and they preceded to help move them. No big deal right. We'll the next time was roughly three weeks later when the updates were finished and we were moving back. They were very rough in handling our stuff. They put wholes and dents in the walls twice and broke the filter on the new furnace. They were rough with the washer and now I have to have it fixed. They dropped several of our other items. Zachary was one of the people I complained to about the walls he took pictures of two areas and did not do a walk thru afterwards with us. The list goes on really buy I wouldn't deal with them again. I see there are good reviews on here so maybe it is not the entire business but I had two experiences with them and neither went well I originally tried to be understanding but they were really just bad.

Tyler, Tyler and Billy handled all of my items with care and I could tell they knew their stuff. We were shocked with how quick it all went from pickup to final delivery. Also, Adrian, who coordinated the whole thing was very responsive and easy to work with! I’ve had horrible experiences with other companies and a bit of PTSD because of it but Sebastian had NO hidden fees or weird up charges at all!
