Shannon Marie: Had no clue this place existed and so happy to have found it. Darryl and Claire are AWESOME!!! Been doing dry needling with Claire for a couple weeks and already see the difference. Adam Keune: I was treated by Claire at the south city facility for a knee injury and I couldn't be more impressed! Not only did Claire help to completely heal my injury, she was extremely kind and caring. The facility itself is clean and the staff is very friendly. This is my 2nd time doing PT at this facility for 2 different injuries and I would definitely go back if I ever need to again.
Nita Givens: They have a wonderful staff at the South City starting with the young lady at the desk name Aris she helped me for several weeks until we finally got the correct order for my physical therapy my therapist name is Michael I've only worked out with him a couple of times he pays a lot of attention to my pain and focus on the areas that I need done so I can return back to work I think everyone here is just as awesome glad to be a patient.

Abigail Heinz: I’ve been to a lot of PT’s before and Molly is really good. She respects what I know I need while adding her wisdom and a healthy dose of laughter and fun. I love the warm, friendly environment - a lot of places lost that with COVID. I’ve spent enough time there to see that the whole staff genuinely cares about doing a great job for their patients.

She established a plan for me and explained everything including a home plan for exercises now that I am finished. All the staff I encounterered were very courteous and professional, A shout out to Darryl and Abby. I was also impressed with all the Covid-19 guidelines being followed--social distancing, cleanliness, masks, etc. I would recommend this location for physical therapy.

Courtenay Montrel-Smith: I've been through therapy a few times with the S. Kingshighway crew and each time they've been very welcoming and considerate of my needs. The front desk is efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I've had the chance to have two therapists work with me and they both paid close attention to not only my doctor's orders, but to my needs as they put me through the paces. The atmosphere is inviting, the condition of the equipment is in good shape. All staff are dedicated to the cleanliness of the facility and tools used to help make recovery safe.
Lauren Gamache: Athletico South City is a great place for physical therapy! I have been a long standing client of Athletico for over 10 years! Each and every time they make me feel at home, they encourage me with my therapy, they are very knowledgeable, and very professional! The entire staff is very dedicated to their patients. Molly and Julie are great resources for physical therapy! They have always maintained a very safe and clean environment and have really gone above and beyond during this Covid pandemic!
Joseph Lehne: Was referred to Athletico by my primary care physician. Convenience was not the issue, nor was the friendliness of the staff. The massive issue I do have with the services that were rendered is how they were billed and falsified to my insurance provider.I paid my copay on the first and only appointment, to only have my insurance be billed in excess of $350 for a list of services that were NEVER provided. I sat in a room for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to help me. When someone walked into the room I was in, they proceeded to ask me a lot of questions and have me attempt a couple stretches to make an evaluation. After completing said “evaluation”, I was given a folder with printouts with stretches that I needed to do and was instructed to come back for my next appointment.However, what was claimed & billed to my insurance was much more than that. Upon trying to dispute and escalate the falsified charges with Athletico, I was told that my attempts to do so had failed. I went to another physical therapy provider and over the course of 10 weeks, I paid less for more/better services rendered than I did in one visit to Athletico.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU THOROUGHLY EVALUATE YOUR DECISION WHEN CONSIDERING ATHLETICO.
