Latoya Phillips: So on April 26th 2022, my son and boyfriend was in a bad car accident on their way picking me up from work. As we were looking for lawyers to handle our case we were referred to Bradley law firm. The paralegal that they had on their team and assigned to us name was Mary cope, she was great...she kept us updated as much as she could about our case, and if not and we called she was giving us the best update she could at the time. Our lawyer was Micheal Langella at that time too. As 2022 closed out we are now in 2023,. A couple months passed and we hadn't heard any thing , we called and still no response from Mary. So after a few more attempts we were able to get in touch with someone and was told Mary no longer works for the company anymore. Ok cool, but why was we as clients notified of the changes that were made? Now or new paralegal name is sergio and we no longer are working with Micheal now its Ryan Bradley which we didn't find that out til they told us about Mary cope..smh. since the new changes we haven't really gotten a straight answer from any body . The little info we did get today was because it's been going 13 months with not any solid info.. My boyfriend has been doing all the talking but no one has emailed me with any updates about my son case at all! It's really frustrating when you have no clue about anything. I am just as lost today as I was when we were looking for a lawyer for our case. The women who referred us started her case 3 to 4 months after is and has been paid already!! Is it a way to take this case to someone else because I truly feel like we were placed on the back burner.

Steven Stump: Mr. Bradley took my case. He actually answered his phone on Christmas Eve day.(Dec2020)I was impressed! Told me my type of case was so important he was handling all these cases personally. Made me feel like I was important and I would get taken care of. Now he won’t take my calls. Ha Lisa call me back. He also takes a big % of anything he wins. He deserves to get paid for sure but I found out after he sold/traded/gave my case to a bigger better law firm in NY that other attorneys were taking 20-25% which is half or slightly over half what he is taking. And now I’m a number at a huge law firm and I have had 3-4 paralegal handle my case and quit at this larger law firm. Emails unanswered is how I usually find out the paralegal has quit… yet Mr. Bradley and his firm get their $35-40% while I can’t get the rest of my settlement. I feel All they did was gather my info and sell me off to the bigger firm. I recommend you talk them down in their share of the settlement or just move to the next Lawyer. The bigger firm in NY takes less and actually settled my case! I have lost wages $1,000’s in medical bills and after the lawyers fees aka % is taken out I’m %40 shy of even and still waiting on the rest of my money (June 28 2222)
