I don’t have much of an arch to my eyebrow and when I went in I was going to tell her I don’t want it to drawn on and too big. She did all the placing herself and I thought ok let’s see, I’ll tell her after I look in the mirror..I didn’t even have to tell her! She knew to follow my natural line and it was incredible. Nancy Collier: I was referred to the Brow Spa by the idiots at Deka Lash because they couldn’t get the job done correctly as I payed for a certain service but they took it upon themselves to do whatever they wanted to do. And I am SOOOO glad they directed me to the Brow Spa!! When I went for the first time, I felt so welcomed by everyone who worked there! They all really know how to connect with their customers, and they absolutely know their stuff! They worked with me and did their best to correct what Deka Lash messed up. And they did an excellent job! I told them I was going on vacation the next day for a week, and they definitely understood the assignment 100%. So as soon as I got back from vacation. I headed straight to the Brow Spa again. And because I’m very new to this, of course I made a lot of mistakes, but they taught me how to take care of my lashes and brows. And even when I messed them up & had to go back to get them fixed, they were very gracious and helpful without a problem! gerlinda Ralliegh: I went to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted the Tuesday night before the Thanksgiving holiday. I only went because where I get my eyebrows done at was closed. She didn’t allow me to see my eyes before she tinted them with Hindu tint. She stated that it was supposed to stay for a month and it didn’t a week after I got them down the tint started to rub off and I was able to see my actual brows in which she threaded the hell of them. But what’s so crazy that I paid extra for the tint and when I went to pay she stood there to see if I was going to tip her. Like you left me in the chair with this tiny on my eyebrows for 45 mins to an hour and gave me a fan to fan myself. Smh never again.Service:Eyebrow threading
