Chelsea H: Sorry but the quality has gone down. I have yet to get a good imagine of my child, I'm 8 months pregnant and there has been plenty of opportunities as I watch. But Its like pulling teeth to get a good image sent to me. They don't print them anymore either. They are always in a rush to get you in and out, it makes it a less special experience. Today they rushed because they were closed and off work.
Andrew Barnes: More importantly - Susan Jones was extremely knowledgeable, patient, proactive, and organized. She answered every single one of our many questions, gently corrected some misunderstandings we had, emailed us several days before the appointment to prepare for it by finding out our reason for visit, and carefully read everything on our patient forms before we began.Less importantly - the waiting area was bright and welcoming and staffed by two very pleasant members who helped us to get our forms and insurance taken care of.Excellent experience all around.Update: I regret that I have only 5 stars to give. Dr. Jones tried calling my wife multiple times to inform her of test results but couldn't reach her. She persisted and eventually was able to reach me instead. Fantastic effort - many many thanks to Dr. Jones.
Hailey Morgan: It was nearly impossible to get in contact with someone to make an appointment. Two nurses told me they "didn't have time to schedule my appointment". One nurse told me that my high risk pregnancy is "not urgent". I would like to smack the s#$t out of that nurse. When i finally did make it to an appointment the Dr asked a nurse to prescribe me a medication. It's been 8 days, and my medication has still not been called in. At my next OBGYN appointment, I'm telling my Dr to refer me to MOBAP. I suggest you do the same!
Infinity Trips Travel: I dnt have a review but I couldn't figure out how to ask questions. There only 3 reviews and 3 stars so can someone speak about their experience? I imagine lots of babies have been born yet there are no reviews.
Ari Elle: They take literally FOREVER. Most of the time no one is at the front desk to greet you and get you checked in, as well as in the back when it's time to schedule your next appointment. When you finally do get back there, the service is okay with the technicians. However last time I was there I guess since I had a late appointment, the doctor who came in and spoke with me about the fetal monitoring was very short and rude, barely had answers for my questions and was pretty much rushing me out. I am going to go maybe once or twice more and after that I won't be returning.
