SANDY WILLIAMS: I’ve been trying to schedule a new patient appointment since 11/22/22, unsuccessfully. I’ve called several times a day, no answer. I’ve left a voicemail message and a email thru MyChart, still no response.
Donna McCall: The office never contacted me when they closed for the snow—I left message after message—twice a day for three days—I HAD TO GET MY FOREARM WRIST AND HAND SUTURES REMOVED. (Was important since cast needed to be removed) …No manager who would take calls through a forwarding system—AND the hand surgeon’s exchange # was no longer in service!! Seriously? David Strege is surgeons name.
Ryan McGahan: Dr. Hobbs is a very experienced doctor who did a minimally evasive surgery on my elbow. I was back it quickly. I also had a shoulder issue and he was able to get it back in shape with just physical therapy rather than recommending surgery. I highly recommend seeing Dr Hobbs if you have injuries and want to get the best solution to heal your pain.

pat finn: Went to Dr. Hobbs. Great bed side manner, nice and handle my problem to perfection. My surgery went great. I will refer every one that I know to him.
Linda Guhe: September 4, 2020 I met with Dr. Glen Johnson for knee pain, expecting knee surgery for replacement. Xrays showed slight arthritis (I am 72 years old). I was diagnosed with slight arthritis with physical therapy recommended to loosen and strengthen thigh and hip muscles. I was delighted with no surgery. I followed through with physical therapy at SSM and was delighted after 2 weeks the extreme pain in my right knee was reduced. (As it turned out my physical therapist was also a patient of Dr. Glen Johnson for knee surgery. My P/T told me her spouse and daughter also are patients, as well.) After 5 weeks of physical therapy I am doing well and determined to keep up with the physical therapy exercises prescribed. I highly recommend Dr. Glen Johnson
Beth Starkey: After an injury that left me unable to put any weight on my left knee, I saw Dr. Johnson at this facility. He looked at my X-rays and manipulated my knee for less than 5 minutes. He diagnosed me with arthritis and sent me to Physical Therapy for 6 weeks even though I told him over and over that I couldn’t put any weight on my leg... My second opinion actually listened, and after an MRI, I was scheduled immediately for knee surgery to repair a complex medial meniscus tear. Now, Dr. Johnson’s misdiagnosis has cost me extra money with the insurance and extra weeks of pain waiting for my second opinion and my needed surgery.
