The staff is always so welcoming and kind, very thorough too! I also cannot rant and rave more about Debbie and Missy Monterubio in the Med Spa y'all!! Debbie is so precious, she does wonders for my skin and keeps me feeling young and gorgeous!!!💃💞

Kathleen Jefferson: The level of customer service in the aftermath for my services at this establishment was completely unprofessional. My procedure was a month ago and they sent me another bill after I had already paid them twice once for consultation and second time for tooth extraction. Their reason "oh it was only an estimate we charge you before". Dental surgeons try to nickel and dime you even a month after service. Ridiculous they are never again. The procedure actually was very adequate and I was happy with them until this. Also the young lady I talked to was condescending and rude. Talked down to me and had a demeaning tone.

And also they did all of the work called to remind me of the schedule. I have been coming to this Place for years .The procedure went so smooth I was in Good hands and the Assistance from Mrs Deane It was Like being at home the motherly treatment .Doc Graham was so nice and walked me through each step .I would recommend everyone Here if you want good treatment and people who actually care for you even an after vist call Thank you all So much .

Lexi Summons: The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. If they allow the first person you interact with to treat patients like this, it tells a lot about their business.

Mimi Mudd: I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Monterubio and had a great experience. I was nervous for the surgery, but was put to ease by the kind team. Dr. Monterubio and his team told me what to expect and answered all my questions. I had a very smooth recovery post surgery, and the team at Monterubio and Herbosa called to check in on how I was healing a few days post surgery. I truly appreciated that!

Jasmine Webb: Front desk staff are completely rude and awful. The representative Donna laughed at me when I was giving her information from United Health Care. I would totally not recommend this location at all!

Dion Johnson: Romans 12:19. If you have surgery done here, be sure to call the police when you wake up and go straight to a hospital immediately! You may be surprised at what is found in reference to your mouth. I wish I never came here to have a surgery done. I wish I could go back in time and tell myself to go to a hospital instead. Instead, I must help others in the community from making a similar mistake. I don't believe the nurses that know will ever come forward to speak on medical malpractice issues. I know that the nurses that know can go to St. Louis County PD, report what they know even if it's anonymous and put an end to all the lies. I have given my situation to The Most High and I hope someone comes forward with the truth before it is wished that they did before. Romans 12:19. Love ❤️

Stacy Welu: Horrible your are offered to schedule a appointment with Dr Grammer absolutely refuse decline GO somewhere else! She doesn’t have a clue what she is doing and it was absolutely awful experience she broke my tooth and gave me the worst novican shots and my gums and face remained numb for many days! It was a simply tooth pull! Dr Grammer made it the worst experience ever!

Mars DeClue: Had to come here for 5 emergency extractions at once, which is terrible in and of itself, however my experience with this office has been a bit of a rollercoaster. The first phone call I had was pleasant and the desk assistant had verified the address I gave her, comes time of my appointment and I show up to the address that was verified only to be told that one day the office up and moved out months prior to my appointment. I then called, enraged, and was given the wrong address a 2nd time, almost missing my appoint until a different desk attendant gave me the correct address, apologized, and ensured my appointment slot was still available. Upon finally getting there and being rather angry with the office, I was greeted by everyone I worked with kindly and my appointment went seemingly smooth. I had gotten home only to realize I wasn't given aftercare instructions, and after calling the office they simply told me to look online, which led to very little information. Came day of my check up, was again greeted by the friendly team, and was given a very short time in which Dr. Monterubio failed to answer my questions. However his assistant, and I regret not to remember her name, made my experience more comfortable throughout the time spent in office. I dont want to say not to go here, but I can't say I'll being giving this office out as a referral either.

Chen Sun: Dr. Monterubio is awesome. After the nitrous oxide took effect, it only took him less than 15mins to pull out all my four wisdom teeth. The whole process was less than one hour. Highly recommend this place.

I had a great Dentist Dr. Scott Klor help me immediately & Crystal got me in to see Dr. Monterubio due to an absess THE SAME DAY!!!! This was obviously nothing I had financially planned for. The girls in the office worked with me patiently and very courteously. I Thank All of you !!!!!

Holly Ball: Dr Monterubio did a fine job with my son’s wisdom teeth removal. The only problem I had was they charged per tooth and the poor kid actually had 7 wisdom teeth. I am not kidding. You would think once you are in there it would not be a big deal to take out the other teeth. I had to pay almost twice what others would pay if he had only had 4. It’s time for my 2 other kids to get theirs out and I am looking elsewhere.

ZARIR VAGHCHHIPAWALA: Our daughter was referred to Dr Frank Newman for her TMJ issue and we have experienced the MOST POOR service from his office in terms of replying to our questions and requests . It took them over a month and multiple phone calls to set up for an MRI which they continuously lied to us about the doctor having ordered it and never got around to it. I arranged it at another hospital on my own and the doctor called and cancelled it and did not even inform us and I get to the MRI and no service. I finally got my daughter's PCP to order it at Mercy and we got the MRI done. I have sent the results to Dr. Newman's office and its been a week plus and still no reply on how to do anything further. We have become sick and tired of dealing with this Doctor (and his office) who spent a total of 90 seconds on our second visit with my daughter , said she needed an MRI and walked off. I will not recommend anyone to use him.
