Kelly White: I've been coming to Spectrum for years. They do a great job quickly for charge for big issues and no charge for minor fixes. This is a great place for repairs.Today I brought my glasses for repair to the arms as one broke off. They fixed me up in an hour. My only complaint is that when they returned my glasses, I had a new deep scratch on my lens towards the bottom INSIDE left lens as if during repair the tool was mishandled making the scratch.Normally scratches occur to the outside lens. Thank goodness it wasn't in my line of sight / view. I know that the scratch was not there before I brought it into the store because I had wore them all day with a missing arm and that scratch was not there. This is my word against theirs, I totally get it.I highly recommend taking a picture of your lenses before you drop them off. The lady left no room for me to dispute as if they were so perfect never to make a mistake. She could have checked with the tech and had a better discussion with me about what happened but that did not occur. I spent $65 for this fix and came home with deep scratch. I'm happy for the fix but disappointed in the customer and rude way I was not properly allowed to discuss review this issues.I will still come back because overall great company, but I will be more careful when I drop off examining my lenses taking a picture so I can prove what was what when I get there on the return side if there's an issue. I recommend you follow the same procedure in case this happens to you. I'm open for discussions with someone if they would like to talk to me. But a thank you note reply to me for my business really won't compensate me for this new issue.

They even offered suggestions on where to go for lunch after our visit. I felt very well-taken care of by both skilled opticians.The storefront itself is small and neatly decorated by books high up on shelves all organized by color. Love the aesthetic.
Jimmy Castillo: Very unhappy and frustrated with a black front desk woman who refused to assist me and give me my glasses! I ordered a pair glasses to be delivered to the store for more safe and easy to get them. This black arm tattoo woman is giving me hard time. I hope that I can get the glasses today as I need them! At this point it would have been easier and quicker and without hassles if I would’ve chose my glasses to be delivered to my home address! I would recommend have these people to deliver to your home address; otherwise you will be ending up with so much frustration from this black tattoo front desk woman! In addition this woman is giving wrong information to customers. She needs to be trained! She told me that dark glasses have anti blue light protections. I consulted with her manager and he corrected the wrong information! He told me that only clear glasses can have anti blue protection! I almost buy a pair of sunglasses, or dark glasses for this woman who doesn’t know well about the products! I would recommend to this manager to fire this woman, or at very least send her for training! I hope this help you to make right decisions and be assisted in the best satisfied way as we deserve as customers!

Honey Hilton: All I can say is WOW!! The most THOROUGH eye exam ever! Allllllll of the staff were so nice as well as informative, even the newbies! Picked up my eyeglasses and LITERALLY changed my life! No more running into glass doors! I paid over $2k for Cartier eyewear in St Louis and when I put them I skipped and fell down stairs and was told I needed to get used to them. After years of “getting used” to them, they actually ruined my vision. Went to Warby and not only had an exam like NONE OTHER, but the second I put on my new glasses, it was a life changer! The store was a little crowded, but I was still able to be helped within 30 minutes, including the time I sent browsing and trying on frames. Dealing with my insurance was super easy and the optician did a great job because when my glasses (Percey in Sugar Maple) came in, they’re a great fit! I’ll definitely come back to Warby Parker the next time I want to buy glasses.
