A very nice guy named Eric assisted me and I watched the monitor as Nicholas changed my oil under my car! Tynia Brewer: I want to thank Amanda for her excellent customer service. She was able to assist me on three separate occasions. The one event was with a rental car from Enterprise on May 12th. This vehicle had a flat tire with a nail. Amanda had the tire replaced along with the other three tires. Amanda stated to me that all tires on the Nissan Altima were bald. She did not want me on the road with one tire replaced and the other tires completly bald which would cause me to have to come back. I appreciate her honesty and her being thorough. The second time I had to bring my own car in to replace a tire. Amanda was able to provide me with more information about services and products available in order to replace all four tires May 15th. I left the location satisfied as a screw entered one of my tires upon leaving. I discovered the screw in the tire and contacted Amanda immediately upon arriving at home. Amanda did not have another tire on hand so she placed an order and went to another location to pick up the tire. The next following day I arrived to have my tire replaced to only discover it would just need to be sealed at no charge to me. I am truly grateful and appreciative of her customer service. She is amazing, thorough, and informative. Thank you to the mechanics as well I am truly satisfied.

Ockham Arzt: Follow-up to a phone call to TireChoice customer service: the rep asked me to show documentation that their shop did not balance my tires. I did it and they called me back and started to process a refund of the tire balancing work.I was ready to recommend this local shop for their solid work in the past five years but now I hesitate! Two months ago, I had two new front tires balanced and installed by them. The wheels installed were shaky and steering was unstable despite new alignment. Recently I found I found the balancing was extremely poorly done.Look at the photo uploaded. Their tech did NOT remove the old weights at all before balancing. Instead, they added new weights on the old weights on the wheels! The location to stack weights was also wrong. The imbalance reads were 1.5oz and 2.25 oz, which was way greater than common. What they did was super unprofessional and unsafe. If you do business with them, make sure you look at what they do before they put things back to your car.

Brad Matthews: I took my car into this shop because I had nails in two tires, which led to replacing both tires. We agreed to the price over the phone. When I arrived at the shop the bill was substantially more, and I was told the additional cost was the installation fee per tire. It's certainly the most expensive installation fee I have ever seen.Later that day, I noticed the passenger door made a weird grinding noise when we opened it. Some investigating revealed that the shop used my front quarter panel to jack the car up and bent it out of shape in the process so that the door rubs against it when opening and closing.I contacted the store and the attendant initially tried to suggest they didn't do anything, but asked me to bring the car back in. When I went in the next day, a different attendant looked at the car and very kindly acknowledged they had bent the quarter panel. I was told he would talk with the manager and someone would get in touch with me to make arrangements for a repair. That was two months ago.I just tried to go by the shop again to speak with someone, but the doors are locked and lights off at 8:30am even though it is supposed to open at 7:30am.

Madison Baer: I took my car in last Thursday around noon to replace a flat tire. When I didn’t get a call all afternoon, I went up at 5:40 (shop closes at 6, per internet and on the shop doors) to pick up my car. When I got there, my Kia, which has already been broken into twice this year, was sitting on their lot with the window DOWN, and the shop was closed, locked, lights off, no one home. I called the number to see if someone was inside, no answer and no answering machine to leave a voicemail. I went home and wrote a note with my name, phone number, and the situation, and specifically asked that someone call me in the morning to discuss why my car was left unsecured, and payment. I got my spare key and brought my car home. I left the note in the overnight key drop after calling a second time just to be sure. (It’s also important to note that when I dropped my car off, I wasn’t given any kind of authorization form to sign, no receipt, no paperwork whatsoever.) It’s now Tuesday and I haven’t heard a word from the shop. Not to ask me to come pay for whatever was done to it, and not to say my car was missing from the lot. This is absolutely the worst and weirdest experience I’ve ever had with a business of any kind, but especially one that I trusted my vehicle with. So I guess now I have to be the one to pursue action with the shop, instead of the people who’s job it is, so that I can get my key back. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and absurd.
