Jackie Duchon: I scheduled an appointment for 2pm on a Tuesday (physical, fit test, blood work), because it was the only one available by my deadline the next day. At 1:10pm, I called and asked if I could come in earlier because I was in the area; the associate told me to stick to my scheduled time. It’s currently 2:53pm; It took me 50 minutes to fill out the designated paperwork (so I could have come earlier, based on the amount of time it takes), and I still haven’t been called back. I had to cancel another appointment I made for 3:30pm that I will be charged $100 for. The lack of communication and efficiency leaves vast room for improvement, and I’ll know to go somewhere else next time.

Sylvia Baker: First of all PT should not be a hour long. The therapist has multiple clients and leaves me to attend to another person. That's annoying. I've had PT before and the therapist stayed with me for 30 minutes three times a week. When I first came to get checked from a work injury I waited a hour in the exam room before the doctor came in. Today after a hour PT I'm waiting on doctor 30 minutes in exam room and after she puts info in computer she left out to get papers off printer and has not come back yet. I am tired. I was at work at 4am and I am ready to go home. Next time I'll go see my own doctor. And the exam table has butt prints from someone before me. They did tear off the used paper. Nasty.

I went to see a doctor about pain in my lower neck and left shoulder, and the doctor didn't do any extensive testing despite saying she did. All she did was ask me questions and pressed on my left shoulder once. I left feeling like my concerns weren't taken seriously and that the doctor didn't care about finding a solution to my pain. To make matters worse, the doctor sent me back to work without any restrictions, even though I was still in pain. Overall, I would not recommend Concentra based on my experience. All the negative reviews are correct. Please stand clear. If you have don’t have to come here please don’t.

I had to come during peak hours and despite being busy, everyone was so pleasant and caring. I was here for about 40 minutes but I prepared for the worst and brought something to read so it was no big deal. Really appreciated the staff!

Dawn G: My son had an appointment here for a drug screening bloodwork and audio test for preemployment. The wait was not very long so that was probably the most positive part of our experience. When he completed his testing we were almost all the way home when they called us and told us they forgot a portion of the test that we needed to come back.... so we turned around and when we were almost back at the testing site they called us and said they made a mistake they didn’t need us to come back. That was two days ago and today we received a phone call saying they forgot to do the audio portion of the test that we need to come back. Very disorganized! People take time out of their busy schedules to come in there for testing and if they had a better system in place....They would not forget to do portions of the test!

I had a workplace injury and after showing no improvements at my job’s occupational health they referred me to Barnes Care.The staff were welcoming, professional and organized. The greeter was meticulous with disinfecting the lobby chairs, pens and clip boards. And she was friendly and SMILED. The Practitioner , Molly, was fantastic! At this point I had received multiple imagings, but no one examined my as thorough as she did. It was in-depth. She asked questions, listened, gave me a plan and follow up. Each visit I left knowing what to expect, instructions on how and when to apply heat/cold therapies, when to return, and.what the end game would be. It was what I needed to give me a peace of mind. I wish this was my starting point. Donna, the LPN, also provided excellent care. She was kind and concerned. I wish I could remember all their names. You’re in good hands when you go here. Finally, the Physcial Therapists, Lisa, help to restore me. The exercises, tubi grip, heat ultrasound, and the electrode circulation device(?) all work to remove my leg swelling. Thanks all of you for a job well done!

Sally Terranova: I had a great experience here today. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The woman at the front desk was very compassionate when I had a family emergency and had to run out. Natalya was also wonderful and even double checked that a vaccine was safe for me. I was a walk in for pre-hire vaccine, physical and drug testing. It took about a hour for me to complete all that and I was seen very quickly after signing back in.

I had an appointment and was taken back five minutes before. They followed all safety protocols. My nurse Dora was the absolute best and sweetest. I was in and out in a record amount of time. Frank Markovich: Staff is friendly and they deserve 4 stars. Went in for a DOT physical and drug screen. Drink only water the night before and before test. They test urine for sugar, so an innocent soda before a drug test will show up. The doctor will auto diagnose you as diabetic.
