Kenzie Collier: Our sales rep was extremely unprofessional and unorganized. We had to remind him what our budget was multiple times and still would come back with a something twice as much. Had to remind him multiple times to change the address on our loan and never told us what was going on at any time with our new car and old until we had to ask multiple times. Then I felt like if we didn’t want to pay that much or needed some time to think about everything or get a certain warranty that the sales rep and business manager would give us some sort of attitude and felt like a pressure sale. Seriously this place has gone down so much in the last few years since we bought our last vehicle. Do better.
