My nails always look amazing(I get a full French dip.) Tina was my artist last visit and she was fast, skillful and had a great sense of humor. I appreciate a great sense of humor myself. e g: Hands-down, my favorite nail salon in the city. I have been shopping around for years to find my go-to nail salon. I finally found it. Nothing is cheap anymore, but they are reasonably priced. Service is great. They make you feel welcome. There is also a parking garage right next store, so you don't have to worry about metered street parking.

Taylor: If you can actually get in, they will do a very pretty dip set. They do not really take walk ins - I’ve gone in on a weekday morning and a weekend afternoon and been turned away both time. Its a waste of time driving out, so book an appointment. That being said, the last time I was there, a couple with an appointment waited almost 2 hours to ge trheir nails done. Frustrating experience and not worth it - go somewhere else you can get in quickly
Jermeha Williams: I made an appointment for 3pm and was sitting there for 30 minutes until I left. No one did not apologize for the wait or even gave an explanation of why i was waiting for so long. Unprofessional.
Leslie Steward: I had to return the next day because the gel polish came off a couple of my nails. Then, the overlay came off my nail. Good service, but the quality of product not so much.

Another woman who had an appointment at 5:00 too was seen after 15 minutes. Even though I was there before her.

Melike Altintas: It took 3 hours for them to do a pedicure and a classic manicure. I even had an scheduled appointment at this place. I had to get out and renew my parking meter that was a block away after two hours. I messed up my newly painted toe nails while I walked there and back.While the lady worked on me did a good job and was nice overall, I was regretful that I decided to try this place and wasted 3 hours of my Saturday.There was another lady who also waited even longer than I did. She finally complained to them.They have plenty of people that work there, but they don’t coordinate well or schedule people correctly.I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
