Austin Wilmot: Chris and Bob are amazing w helping me secure a competitive rate mortgage with a "2-1 Buy Down". They were able to advise me at the appropriate time before making an offer to ask the seller for $4500 in closing costs. This money went towards "buying down" the rate for the first 2 years of the mortgage--drastically reducing my payment while we wait for rates to come down from the current economic climate. I am going to save $223 a month on each mortgage payment the first year and $114 a month on each payment the second year. This money sits in escrow and can always be used in the future if I decide to refi when rates come down. As everyone knows, rates are high right now, so this was the perfect solution to not waste money on buying "points" at this particular time in the market. Chris and Bob will monitor rates and let me know when is a good time to refi and then this money can help reduce principal. They are very organized and easy to work with. They are very skilled at working with self-employed and W2 combined income streams, etc. This is my second time with them.
Jeff Cobb: Hands down the best experience I have EVER had with a financial institution! Mine was no ordinary home loan. Another company that had been working my loan for almost 2 months and then pulled out TWO DAYS before closing! The seller told me that if I could not close on the loan by the following Friday (9 days later) then they were going to pull the contract. My realtor put me in touch with the Team at Pinnacle at 5:30pm on a Thursday and immediately I was emailing and talking with Chris and Bob until 10:00pm that night. I was blown away with the knowledge and professionalism I experienced. Everyone I had contact with acted like I was part of their family and it seemed like they were challenging themselves to get the job done. To my complete amazement they were able to close on my loan in less than 96 hours and at a lower interest rate then I had with the previous company!!! I can promise you…a more efficient and enthusiastic Team does not exist! They will be the only company I use or recommend in the future.

The second one took place April of 2020. The newest one is just finishing up now. In 12 months time, we have lowered our rate twice, and taken 8+ years off the term of the loan, which will save us thousands of dollars. I highly recommend Mike for all of your mortgage needs. 5 star all the way!previous:I called Mike to see about a cash out refinance for my home. He took a lot of time educating me on interest rates for that type of loan as opposed to a straight re-fi. After a lot of discussion, it was decided that what he had to offer wouldn't benefit our needs. What I loved the most about the process, was that Mike was honest and told me that if he couldn't help me out he would let me know and that's exactly what happened. He even went on to let me know that I should reach out to my bank and see about a home equity line, as the bank rates would be less than what he could offer. I also found out thru Mike that I was most likely paying too much for my home owners insurance.
