Kim Richardson: I purchased a headstone for my son who passed away in September 2020 I was very upset in the beginning because we didn’t get the stone right away but then I had to remember that it was during the pandemic and things where moving slow but I kept in touch with Erich P whom also kept in touch with me on the stone and I can say that they did an amazing job on the stone when I received it I was very satisfied I referred a customer to them this year and it didn’t take long at all for there stone to come back it’s all about patience…the company is amazing

Alpha & Omega Labs: My daughter passed in 2020 and the height of the pandemic truly impacted all businesses. Her stone ordered was stuck on the barge and didn't arrive until September 2021. I understood that and accepted that this was something out of their control. Erich kept me informed on every little step and in the meantime, coached me on the importance of sending a high quality picture. I kept sending pics which were screenshots, selfies and they were not great quality. People need to understand- GET A PROFESSIONAL, FRONT-FACING PIC OF YOUR LOVED ONE!!!! SELFIES are not the best pics for high definition engraving on stones. Once I found the right picture of my daughter, they provided a mock of the pic on a small tile for my approval. I was so happy with the outcome and cried for hours holding the image. I am happy I chose Classic to prepare my daughter's final mark on this earth. PLEASE- don't rush this process, and please understand there is an intricate process into making a tombstone for your loved one. This is your loved ones final mark on the earth in creation, please be respectful and patient. The employees deal with grief and sadness all day and all they hope for is a final product that will bring you joy and peace. EVERY SOUL deserves a quality tombstone to mark their time on earth and grave. I will be back later to produce the final picture once her stone is laid. -Yulonda Brown
C Mough: Classic Monument NORTH did a stellar job for my brother's monument. Joe was a special person, & deserved a special stone, & they delivered it! GORGEOUS! I'm a newbie to all of this, but Erich was there to help. He ALWAYS returned my calls, & news wasn't always good, there were delays, there were hurtles, some of which, I think even surprised him. Covid has changed almost everything, especially getting custom monuments! I guess I needed to learn a lesson in patience. It's a new world. You always know when people are upset, but I for one, want to recognize when something is right, & this stone was perfect! Thank You Erich of Classic Monument North! All my siblings agreed it caught the essence of who Joe was! From the bottom of my heart, Thank you!
Nicole Barnes: Update -- After posting my original review, and being told I would be issued a credit, I was not refunded. I was told today, OCTOBER 17, 2022, that the design I was promised by July 4th was mailed out in September. Save yourself heartache and hassles and go elsewhere. DO NOT USE CLASSIC MONUMENT COMPANY on W. FLORISSANT AVE. -- providing a design in September, after I contacted my credit card company, still means Classic Monument Company did not provide services within the initial time frame quoted (july 4th) or the revised time frame given as an excuse for not completing the task.
Angela Evans: We entered into a contract with them 02/20/21 and we were told due to Covid-19 delays it would take 4- 6 months for the monument to be completed. Now that we are almost at the six month period we are trying to inquire about the status. We have emailed and called to find check the status of the monument. There have been no responses from the company. We are not sure what has happened. Maybe you are out of business. We are very displeased with the customer service. We advise anybody dealing with this company to be proceed with caution.`After writing this review I was contacted within minutes. Erich Press apologized for all inconvenience and assured us that they were working to get the monument completed. From that point on they did exactly what was promised. The monument is complete and was placed at the grave site in September and it is beautiful!

Mary Thomas: Erich genuinely cares and was not pushy at all. I wasn’t pressured into anything nor did he make me feel like I was less than because I couldn’t afford the best headstone. The experience I had was all about what I wanted for my mom. He was very transparent, knowledgeable, and helpful. On top of that he beat the previous quote I had somewhere else by $300-$400. I would highly recommend this place!
Justina Lodato: Eric was just amazing. When I requested information, he called me. He answered all my questions and did not make me feel rushed or pressured. He then emailed me information allowing me time to review the information. When I went to order the stone, he walked me through all my choices and there were far more things to decide then I realized. Eric was polite, and he made sure to make me feel like I was a priorty during my appointment. I found Eric to be very professional and compassionate. I highly recommend this company.

It is now almost August and the job has not been completed. I’ve emailed back and forth several times with Gary, and I keep getting told that the weather has been bad (for three months)?The job I paid for is simply adding a name to an existing headstone. I’ve not requested any specific font or style or even placement. I simply went with what was recommended by them. My relative has been cremated and buried for three months now.I agree with the other reviewer. Frankly, It would have been faster to engrave it myself, Andy Dufresne style.
Adam Berry: The only reason they get 1 star is because there wasn't an option for zero stars. After several attempts to get my dad's headstone they still can't make what was asked (they said they could but it's not even close to right) They keep sending the same wrong picture over and it's nothing like what was agreed upon. After several attempts to speak to their stone etcher he doesn't return calls either. This has been going on almost 5 years and there's still no stone. At this point I want our money back. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Gidon Nitsun: Rosenbloom Monument did an outstanding job on my mother's Monument. From start to finish they were most efficient. The sales representative that our family worked with, Mr. Jonathan Usprich, was extremely easy to work with. He pleasantly & professionally directed us throughout the process. We asked for a lot of wording on my mother's monument and their workmanship came through beautifully. I wouldn't go anywhere else, especially if you're looking for quality and accurate Hebrew wording.

Aliza Trevino: We only have positive things to say about Rosenbloom Monument! We were provided clear information about the different options we could choose, and the costs involved. We were informed about material delays (due to COVID), but were very happy to hear that the stone was in earlier than we expected, and would have no issue being completed by the date we had set for the stone dedication.Mr. Usprich was very easy to work with. He responded to questions over the weekend (unexpectedly!) and allowed us to come in and view their showroom even during COVID, so that we could pick out a headstone that we liked, as well as afford.We were very satisfied with our experience, and while we hope not to have to use them again soon, we would recommend them in a heartbeat.
Miss Barton: This company placed by the wrong headstone on my late grandmother's resting place. When we brought the issue to the attention of sales manager Jonathan Usprich, he slammed the door in my mother's face. Not only are they 3 months late in producing my grandmother's headstone; however, the one placed on her resting spot in the cemetery was of an individual who passed months after my grandmother. Finding a stranger's headstone over my grandmother's resting place was terrible, and the experience was magnified tenfold due to the cruel response we received from Jonathan Usprich. I pray no one ever has this experience again.
Edward King: DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! Save yourself the heartache. To start, Rosenbloom put the wrong headstone on my late mother-in-law resting place. In response, the sales manager, Jonathan Usprich, slammed the door in my wife’s face today when she attempted to resolve the matter. Heartless, insensitive and evil are a few words I can think of to describe this company and their employee, Jonathan Usprich. They are 3 months late in producing my mother-in-law headstone; however, the one placed on her resting spot in the cemetery was of an individual who passed months after my mother-in-law. Imagine our surprise, going to the cemetery to find someone else's headstone over my mother-in-law resting place, and then receiving such a cruel response from Rosenbloom and their sales manager, Jonathan Usprich. Do business elsewhere!
Donald Meissner: Rosenbloom does excellent work with practically any kind of monument you can imagine. They also know the rules for all the various cemeteries, and can make the emotional task of picking out a monument much easier.

Judy Martin: I wanted to get a stone for my grandparents who died in 1934 and 1952. They were not buried very close to each other. I called Pohl and King and told the young lady what I needed. She went outside in the snow and took pictures of stones for me and I was able to choose one. I told her what I wanted on it and paid for it over the phone. I couldn't be happier with it. I needed a stone large enough for two names but small enough for one grave. They engraved the stone, placed it at the cemetery and then sent me a picture of it set. I live two hours away but went in to see it and it is perfect. I was doing this myself so couldn't afford thousands of dollars but they did this all for a very affordable price.
Judith Bitzer: All I get are lies from these people. I paid in full last May and have been told several times the headstone will be mounted in two weeks time. The last time I called the woman who answered at first said the headstone probably wasn’t in. They lie just to get you to leave them alone for the time being. I’m throughly disgusted by the horrible customer service I’ve received.****update. The owner called and left a message and said it would be in within two weeks and he made good on his promise. The headstone turned out beautiful.

glazermt: I was VERY impressed with Pohl & King Monument Company. After checking out several other companies in town (most of which are owned by the same corporation), I selected locally owned P&K. Mr. King helped me out personally. I liked the fact that they do all of their work on site. He gave me a tour of their facilities, and showed me the various stages that they go through to produce a finished product. Having never purchased a tombstone before, he guided me step-by-step through the process. In addition, to price, which they were significantly lower than everyone else in town , their customer service was excellent. I had some specific artwork that I wanted on my father's tombstone, and P&K was able to handle it flawlessly. I was so pleased with my father's tombstone - it was absolutely PERFECT - that I teared up (which I hadn't done in a while), and I didn't want to leave the cemetery after seeing it.

Cori Williams: This is a good company. The owner is sympathatic for your loss, as a customer. He tries to assist you in every way that he can. I was paying on a headstone, living in another state, had to leave town, gone for three years, had no contact with him as far as payments, never called. When I returned, everything was still in tact. I picked right-up where I left off, no questions asked. The owner still assisted me in every way, as a customer. I was so happy that her headstone was still there.
Mel Griffin: I would not recommend this company to anyone. We called them and placed an order for a monument, they were paid, then they ordered the stone. We were never notified of when the stone arrived, we finally called and was told yes, it has been here for a month. We then gave instructions of what was to go on it. They were suppose to send an email for approval of what it would look like it, never came, again we had to call. We then approved the photo of what it should look like. They never called to say it was done, when we checked back we were told yes it has been done for a week. Then it was just at matter of it being delivered, it took another month, of weekly phone calls, employees we were talking with leaving and more frustration, for it to finally be delivered. It was such a headache for this process that I would never call this company again. The last time we talked to them, we were told yes, it is finally in, we started to tell them that the experience, wasn't a pleasant one with them and then they hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

James Simokaitis: I wasn't sure what to do about the surface-level headstone at my parents' gravesite which had been sinking slowly into the ground during the past 10 years, so I called Joyce at Rosebrough Monuments for some advice. We discussed several options including relocating the graves and buying a new upright headstone (most pricey), but in the end she recommended the least expensive and best option which was resetting and leveling the existing headstone. Joyce handled all the coordination for this job with the cemetery, and all I had to do was wait for an email from the head groundskeeper when the work was complete. The entire process beginning with the initial phone call with Joyce took about a week. I visited the gravesite a few days later and it looks fantastic. Thanks so much to Joyce and Rosebrough Monuments for their sensitivity and help with securing my parents' resting place. I recommend them highly.
Jennifer Elking: I have had to deal with Rosebrough for the death of my parents and Joyce has been exceptionally understanding and very thorough when explaining the process of having a stone etched. Joyce has also been very prompt on replying by email and giving guidance on how to handle work order requests with the cemetery itself to have the ground cleaned up and seeded.

Andrew Theising: I have used Rosebrough Monument for multiple jobs. I was pleased with all work. In one case, they etched a death date on an old existing stone and matched the lettering perfectly. In another case, we had to remove an ancient 100+ year old stone and create a new one that was consistent with the remaining old stones around it--which they did very well. In two other cases, they created and installed new matching stones on the family lot. They were familiar with cemetery regulations and had all the right contacts. Price was reasonable and service was fast.
Bill Gunn: We had an unusual request. We needed to place a small monument for our sister between two existing monuments of our parents. Angie Spangler was so attentive to our needs. She understood immediately what we wanted and never tried to up-sell us in any way. That had been a big fear of mine. I did visit and price other companies but returned to Rosebrough because of Angie. She felt like part of our family and spent a lot of time on a small purchase. I'm so glad she was the only one in the office when I went there. I can't imagine anyone else treating us so wonderfully. I would have rated Rosebrough five stars but originally was not happy with the mounting of our monument at the gravesite. After sending pictures and talking with the owner, things were corrected to our satisfaction.

Jacquelyn Hibbler: Life and money had prevented our family from ever getting the names of our loved ones engraved… until this year. My mother and I are the last living relatives (locally) that have any life connection with the loved ones buried here. This is her mom, aunt and grandparents’ final resting place. My mom is 86 now and she was determined to get this done before she left this earth. I contacted Kim at Monumental Finishers and she patiently walked me through the whole process. They were backlogged, so we had to wait a few months, but the finished product was worth the wait!! It looks phenomenal! We are so pleased!
