bill slayton: Went to get a deadbolt what they had was one I was told I'd have take it apart to lengthen and I said I wasn't buying something new and have to work on it. Thing of it is I didn't know if it was so that it could be lengthened said I didn't wanna buy something new I had to work on just to fit my door. He got all mad and slung the whole box with part across the room. A real business man. I guess the owner approves of his employees doing as such.

They also have central units, thermostats, caulking, sealants, doors, seems everything you need for a mobile home.We've found a local treasure and will be bringing much more business. Their store is clean and tidy as well!

L Harbaugh: I have been using Pallardy (now with Arco) for over 20 years. Today, my tech was Chris W, and he was amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable and very well trained. He explained everything he was doing. He showed me all the test results, along with explaining the ranges they should fall within. This allowed me to be informed about what condition all of my components are in, as of today. I would welcome him back into my home any time. If anyone at Arco/Pallardy reads this...you have an amazing asset in this young man. Please treat him well, he is guaranteeing you return customers. I will be one of them!

Deborah Roll: UPDATE:The field manager Steve contacted us after our complaint and personally came out and did the 5 minute test it took to find the Freon leak. Wish it would have been done first so this all could have been avoided. The techs (thanks Nate and Jack!!!)came out even during our area’s flooding and fixed the leak and I am assured that my blind mother is able to be comfortable. Thank you Arco for backing up your customer service and being willing to correct the real problem.!!!!We called because my 88year old blind mother had a Freon leak in her mobile home. The tech was polite and anxious to get my mother comfortable on a 100 degree day. He charged $300 for a pound of Freon and suggested a tube of fix it ($175) to seal the leak. My mistake was thinking he had taken the time to FIND the leak. I agreed to the charges and in less than 24 hours, my mother’s AC was no longer working once again. When I called I was told the fix it didn’t always work and they would charge me for more Freon and another visit. I asked why they hadn’t taken the time to find the leak- I assumed they did this since they were offering a solution. Was told it was $200 more to use the equipment to find the link. The manager I spoke with seemed to not understand that my mother shouldn’t have had to pay for Freon the tech put in knowing there was a leak and she would be throwing $300 dollars away on Freon. Why would you charge a customer to put freon in when you knew it was leaking??? Be aware that you are not getting the full story before you are asked to make repair decisions. The company should use the money we paid toward the repairs they should have done the first time they came. They have given us an emergency visit to put more freon in - even when they knew it would only last a day. Disabled senior citizens shouldn’t have to argue for fair business practices- especially when resources are limited. My mother spent $584 and still doesn’t have a working AC unit.

A person at arco told me they wouldn't send one of their guys out it was to far that they would pay for another company to come out and would pay for whatever needed to be done that includes a new unit. However after 2 company's came out and said the unit arco put in was to small and needed to be bigger and it needs more cross overs. Now arco won't answer our calls or call us back.

Whendy Hageman: My husband and I were exploring campers at several RV centers, and we were pleasantly surprised to see the amount of inventory on the lot at Midwest RV. Jason Zeman approached us and gave us the run down on their Memorial Day sale that weekend. Jason was very knowledgeable about the particular camper we were interested in. He was pleasant and very easy to talk to. He showed us various options on other trailers, but we had already fell in love with the Cougar Keystone 22RBS trailer. Jason was great throughout our entire visit and was very patient with all of our questions. It was a hot day, and they were offering soft drinks, burgers & hot dogs, and to my surprise, cold beer! So we had a burger and a beer while Jason was taking care of our paperwork, it was great! Dealership was inviting.However, the RV I purchased is very poorly constructed and was lacking some features you would have thought were standard plus it was rusty underneath. All I can fix, but still one would think quality control was non existent.Surprised that a dealership this large would not have some consciousness about the product they represent.
PVI Imprints: My first impression was not good when I attempted to purchase a pop up camper last year. They out did themselves this time with the purchase of my new Clipper 12.0 Max. It is so much easier to pull with my small pick up. They also went out of their way to correct a few issues both prior to and after the sale. Mark Ives: Do not buy used, I purchased 07 coachman motorhome about 8 or 9 months ago, has been nothing but a disaster since day 1, I feel it should have never been sold off of there lot, can't really go into details because there is not enough time or space here, salesman great guy, midwest rv not so much, long story short my $60,000 rv that apparently 8 months later is worth $20,000 to them is still parked, they will brag about there 650 5 star reviews but don't tell you they offer 25.00 or 50.00 for any accessories if you give them a review so in other words they paid for them 650 5 star reviews, they want the review as soon as possible before your headaches starts
