John Williams: The old owners (Boatmans) used to overcharge there customers for water and sewer. New owners took over and started raising lot rent progressively. Lot rent went up twice since 2022. Was $335 now $390. Next year $420. 2025 will be $450. And so on.I wouldn't recommend living there. They overcharged a disabled person $300 on rent and they refused to refund her. New owner are just about the money. Also. If you own trailer here and want to sell it, they want you to pay them $30 or $60 for sale permit that last 90 days. Then you would have to buy another permit. Also. Before you can sell your home there, they have to inspect your home.Stay away from this place.

Fefe Davis: This place has changed completely have a family member live there.They don't keep there word on fixing things but want you to be responsible for everything as if you are buying the place from them you just living in it don't care at all paid your on rent time and still don't get the service you deserve... When I initially contacted him about our unit there were no pics yet. They had just recently received it. He went out and took two separate videos and sent them to my cell phone. From meeting Meg at an RV show months ago and not being pushy or completely just walk away from us as other companies at the show did when we told them we wasn't going to buy for a few months. Meg took her time to show us campers knowing we had no intention on buying that day. So we heard they had an open house and we knew we wanted to do business with people like that. The open house was a bit wet but that didn't stop them from finding our future home! Needless to say our roof doesn't leak!!. We found the one we wanted online, when we got there he showed us that one, no pressure to look at anything else or pressure to go out of our price range. We had bought our travel trailer from one of the big sales lots and hated every second of our experience with them. Jon made everything very easy, including a fair trade in!! Mick handled our financing and went above and beyond to make sure it was right for us. We had a small issue about a week after our purchase, they fixed it fast without any hassles!

I met Ken Meyer and he took my sister and I around the lot and showed us the campers that we were interested in looking at! Ken was so helpful and was able to answer all the questions that I had! He wasn’t pushy at all and gave me the time I needed to think things over! I also met Jon Link when 2 of my family members went with me to look at the campers I was interested in. Jon is also a super nice guy and was very helpful! Thanks to Ken and Jon, they were able to make the deal happen and I walked away with a brand new camper!! Everyone at Apache is so nice and they made me feel so welcome! I was all smiles and have ZERO complaints!! Be safe: We had been looking for over a year for a Jayco bunk trailer. We went to the RV show and fell for the 264BH we contacted Apache Village in Hazelwood. Our Salesperson was Tom. He got us a great deal on a slightly used 264. Tom was awesome throughout the entire process. As well as Mick in F&I. We are now the proud owners of our 264BH. Highly recommend these guys
