Prinzessin19 WIH: Drivers go to the wrong place, then blame you for missing your ride, and won't provide an alternative ride, although their dispatch will claim the driver was in your drive way during the very same time you were on the phone with the driver. Then they hang up the phone when you ask them to describe your house - considering they were supposedly just there.Worst experience ever.

Pat Bozovich: Horrible. Absolutely the worst. I make my pick up time for 6:30 because my son has a Soccor game at 10:30. All I have to do is pick up my meds, usually takes 5 min, but on Saturdays the only day this company takes me sometimes can take 15 to 30 min . Last Saturday the first Saturday they took me I did not get picked up till 8:00 an hour n half later. They picked 3 other people up before taking me to my appointment, they took them first to their appointments I didn't get to mine till 9:00 almost didn't make it in time to get my meds witch without I'm sick. And on Sunday they are closed so I'd be really sick without it for two days. Then they left me there, after I asked them not to because my son was going to miss his game he's four years old and was with me, they did anyway Nd took everyone else home at least 30 min away, I did not make it home till almost 11!!! His game started at 10:15! And now again it's Saturday they were supposed to be here at 6:30 And it's 7:30 they have not showed up or answered the phone. This company should be shut down. I am fileing the biggest complaint!!!

Although all of the drivers I have had so far have been excellent, I wanted to share about my experiences with a driver that always goes above and beyond her job and is always extremely courteous. I would like to thank Pam, Driver 16, for her all of her help. I have a 1 year old daughter that I bring with me on these trips and Pam is just absolutely wonderful with her. Pam always helps carry my bags and always gets us where we are going safely and in a very timely manner. I think great work should be recognized and Pam is definitely a star driver!!
