When I called support and they told me that I need to use Google Chrome in order for the button to work. I recommended that they add a line below the button to at least notify users that they should be using Google Chrome as to save them the frustration and extra step of calling or emailing their support center. The agent responded that it wasn't her department.Fine, but what really upsets me is that there is no reason they can't hard code that button differently to make it work for Safari or other non-Chrome browsers.
