L Wang: horrible billing and office service. I have full in-network insurance coverage. They messed up the bill, and make it not covered by the insurance. called tens of times. every time, they just promised to review it, but never did. just keep sending us bills with different amounts to pay. every bill is different from others. not even know which to pay. eventually they ask debt collector to threaten to hurt our credit. such horrible service. avoid here if you donnot want headache for year just after a simple office visit!!!!!

Em M: This place has become a joke. It makes the folks at urgent care seem really on the ball.This SSM has a revolving door of doctors. I've lost two doctors, including Dr. Ichoku, since I started coming here some two or three years ago. It isn't a real group practice where you can see a doctor who is still there. You have to fill out a form and wait, sometimes months, to see your new doctor.My biggest complaint is that they suddenly no longer take my insurance. I found out this morning when I opened my EOB from my visit to a nurse practitioner.The receptionist mumbles. This is more a problem in person than on the phone. I wish she'd let me know that they weren't part of Anthem anymore! She asked for my insurance over the phone when I made the appointment.I'll update this after I speak to billing or whoever I need to speak with about the bill and may adjust my rating based on that conversation.Obviously I'm never going here again.
