As a small business owner this was great for me. my business is expanding and I need the extra quipment until I can move. Unfortunate Dropping off my equipment my experience was a different thing I was shorted 4 pans in which I needed for service, which hurt me in my buffet service incredibly hard but I assumed it was my mistake and I misunderstood the lady on how many pans come with each chaffing dish.They claim that I did receive them and I never return them even. They have cameras in inventory they could have taken to see that I in fact did not get these pans but instead they chose to ignore me and charge my card anyway. They didnt even want to take the time to look for them. I can see now this is how they make their money. I would highly recommend using another reputable company who is willing to work with the customer

cedria jones: I called to ask questions about the process because I needed to reserve cocktail tables for an event. I spoke with an older lady, and I have never called a business that was so insistent on me going somewhere else. Everything I asked she had a suggestion of somewhere else I could go, after telling at the beginning of the call that they had a full supply of cocktail tables. I was taught to never make someone take your money, and I won't be starting now.

No complaints about any linens (friends of ours have received linens that were wrinkled and required dry cleaning). The farm tables we used were beautiful. Great dinnerware, too. Would gladly use them again!

I talked with Paul multiple times before the wedding that I needed rentals for and he took care of me. It was easy for me to order and very fairly priced. The payment option was so easy. There wasn’t the hassle of multiple deposits and loops to jump through.There was a small hiccup with delivery time- not Belmont’s fault as the venue asked for some last minute requests. Belmont did their best to accommodate this and I appreciate that.I ordered linens, flatware, and plates. Jamie Bronder: Weinhardt Party Rentals is the best in town! Not only were they super helpful in organizing a plan to order items for my wedding, they were the most affordable too! Plus they were on time with their delivery! Upon returning the inventory, I was missing some items and Weinhardt was extremely flexible with the returns. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will absolutely continue to use them for future events.
Brittany Brands: *DONT RENT THEIR LINENS*-- I'm really sad to write this poor review. Weinhardt is "THE place" for rentals in stl, I know my family has used them for decades. However, I have to share my bad experience. I used Weinhardt for tables, chairs, and table linens for my wedding. Because my wedding was on a Saturday, we picked up all the items on Friday. I did not even think to take all of the linens out of the bags to check them, but I should have. Saturday morning, while we were setting up for the wedding, we unpacked all the linens to find the MOST HORRIBLE looking linens I have ever seen in my life. I wish I would have taken pictures. (if our photographer captured any, I will come back and add them). I could've cried. My mom and aunt were beyond mad. Made for a really fun morning of the wedding. The table linens were various shades of white/off-white, all various sizes and shapes, some went all the way to the floor and some didn't. The worst part was a few of the linens have big seams running down the center of them. Knowing they are closed on Saturdays, there was nothing we could do. There was also a short set-up window we had so we didn't have time to call have them make it right. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. Luckily we had beautiful flowers that could distract from the horrible linens. If you are considering renting linens from Weinhardt, go somewhere else. I wouldn't have even used these linens for a low-key birthday party or family reunion. They were that bad. Weinhardt- I think it's time you purchased new inventory. Oh, and there was also a dead mouse in the bags for chairs. Extremely disappointed.

Wendy Lawrence: We recently used Weinhardt Party Rentals for a graduation party. They are the BEST. I had never rented from a party rental supplier, and they were very helpful and patient with me. I called several times to make minor adjustments, and they quickly sent me an updated email estimate detailing my changes/order. The delivery was great ~ very polite leader. And, they refunded our deposit immediately! I highly recommend, and we will use them again.

I could have bought them three times over for that amount except I didn't want to have to iron the ones that came in the mail. Also, when returning the linens, I called to say I was on the way at 4:20 and she said four times---"We lock the door at 4:30 mam" really snotty. She kept saying it even as I was in their parking lot at 4:28. They wanted to charge me an additional $280 for being late. Word of advice- buy your linens and iron yourself or go elsewhere.
Derek Ward: They have everything that you need for a party! Get it delivered if you our have the the time. The only bad thing that I can think of is that the storage conditions for their items are a bit suspect. It seems that this used to be an old house that they converted to a business and they store everything in the lower garage.

Judging from the markings the company put on each chair I'd say they were 11 years old. Maybe spend some money and keep your equipment up to date...

BHive Events: Will never rent here again. Drove from Columbia 110 miles one way to rent 6 chairs, for a styled shoot, hoping to show a different style not available in our area. We have brides that rent from St. Louis all the time so our goal was to send business your way. Picked up the French Connection chairs and was immediately displease with the wear and tear on the chairs I even asked the dock worker if they all looked like this or if there was some better quality chairs. Nope but I figured since it wasn't a real event we could hide or edit out the quality. Then I drop the chairs off first and foremost no one was available and I had to call to be let in for the return, then the lady doing the return was so rude and hateful and accused me of damaging your already terrible looking chairs. Clearly your dock workers don't pay attention to the returned items because the gentleman unloading didn't even look at any of the chairs till she started barking orders. Then the lady who decided to respond to my complaint blamed the damage on the style of chair, rain, and them being hauled around in an open truck bed and being rained on. Once again a testament to how they clearly do not pay attention, because I have a COVERED truck bed, in fact I opened and closed it right in front of the workers. "The Frenchwood chairs are raw wood and designed with imperfections" Imperfections I understand, scratches, plastered joints, missing footpads, reinforced seats, and obvious nicks do not qualify as "designed with imperfections" "Sometimes items look different in person then in pictures" Funny the chairs in the showroom don't have these "imperfections" Worst customer service I have ever received in my 5 years of event planning and dealing with rental companies, if I could rate a zero then I would, but I am happy to know that the little "water damage" caused from me hauling the chairs around in my "open truck bed" is "easily repairable."

Dr. Ronda Wallace: -In response: No one threatened her. She’s a liar. She is arrogant and does not want to admit her mistake. We did have a beautiful event because of me. As I said, she’s unprofessional and refused to admit her lack of communication and wrong doing. Then she apologized for stating that I threatened her because she knew that I didn’t. Again, very unprofessional. And to put my the numbers of the address of our place of residence is even more professional as it’s a personal residence. This lady needs to stop. She plays victim when she was dead wrong. There was no refusal to pay a deposit. It was her lack of communication and professionalism that led us here. If I was a threat to get, she picked up the tables and chairs by herself from the residence. This is nothing short of game playing by this business. I have never!-Dr. WallaceHorrible horrible unprofessional business. We paid them them in full to be at my event with tables and chairs. They confirmed to be here between 10-11 am today. They did not show up. My guests arrived and they still didn’t show up. No communication was made from this company. I called the number, spoke with the owner Arinola who gave me an excuse about someone calling to cancel my order. That information was untrue. She then demanded $150 from us after we paid in full. She became confrontational and lied stating the tables and chairs were on the truck ready to be delivered. When I questioned her honesty she became tongue tied and called me Sis. Very unprofessional. I sent her the information stating that $150 is more than 40% which is documented. She then became more confrontational stating that she does not like confrontation. I said the word “Chile” and she became angry staying that I called her a child. She then cancelled my order stating that she didn’t want confrontation when they arrived. She was deflecting because of a mistake that she made. We ONLY patronized her because we believe in supporting small black businesses and she had good reviews. She messed up and instead of admitting that she messed up, she turned on me calling me confrontational. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from an owner of a company. She knows that she messed up however I’m sure because she was embarrassed and didn’t record vital information she left us high and dry with our guests without tables or seating. Very wrong! She never called to verify anything. I received a text message with a confirmation number. Arinola should be ashamed of herself. Now she has ruined my sister’s Gender Reveal. My guests have no where to sit or eat appropriately. Arinola is the most unprofessional business owner that I have ever dealt with. She knew she made a mistake and instead of fixing it she made it out problem. That is complete arrogance. I’m ashamed that I even patronized this business.

I was told that there was a delay due to the rain but I should have been notified about the delay without calling to check on the status. I paid $70 for the delivery and it was Curbside. I feel that for that amount of money it should be setup in the location of the event. The lady that delivered was kind and helped me take them inside my building but not to the clubhouse where the event was actually going to be held. Other than that the equipment was as expected and I was happy with the look of everything. The lady I worked with seemed very busy so I had to call a few times to try to pay her but other than that this was a good experience
