Unqualified leads, junk leads, cancelled appointments and a lack of ambition to even attempt to credit any bad leads back. The only thing this partnership did was kill my will to get out and try selling anything. :(

There's a future, but you must truly apply yourself to the development. If you don't, it will be a learning experience only. The guys and gals that apply themselves will end up with skills well beyond their peers who took different paths. I will strongly encourage my kids to do it when the time comes. Some things can't be learned in a classroom.
