Rylie Gruendler: Horrible place to work with little to no management in a lot of area. All the delivery vehicles are broken down and completely falling apart and are not safe to drive. You think they care tho? No. As long as their work is getting done by someone other than them, they don't care. They have horrible customer relations and their assistant supervisor has no idea what he's doing. Over all, I would never work their, or get any services from there. They are cheap for a reason. You get what you pay for. Except when they feel like being skeet. Which is always. A company perfectly capable of taking care of their problems, just too greedy and money hungry to do it. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

Dani Cochran: I had a wonderful experience using BBJ Linen as our vendor for our wedding! I requested some samples to help in making decisions and was mailed the swatches I requested so quickly. It made it so much easier to make decisions when shopping online. I was able to put in my order, request a drop off date, drop off/pick up address, and plan a return date. They were so accommodating as I had to later change the address but it was so easy to do with no hassle. The BBJ Linen team was very responsive and easy to get ahold of via e-mail or phone if I ever needed help with anything. The table cloths, napkins, napkin rings, and chargers were absolutely gorgeous and made our reception a dream! The return process was so easy. We highly recommend BBJ and would use them again if given the chance.

Betsy Brandt: BEWARE!! Absolutely abysmal company. Called me the Monday before my wedding to tell me that my linen order would not be fulfilled. To be clear, I booked these and paid the deposit months ago.They will talk a big game about being a "big and established business," but clearly they are unable to perform the simplest of vendor tasks - providing what you contractually ordered when you ordered it.
