Angie JUDD GRECO: They were given an itinerary with confirmation prior to the event.Dispatch seemed very nice and coordinated well.They showed up on time and were very kind.The problem started after the wedding ceremony was complete.The driver left with people that weren't part of the wedding party.People that wanted to take a ride in the limo and left the Bride, Groom, flower girl, ring bearer, best man, and maid of honor.The whole wedding party was looking for their limo.We contracted this limo service to take the bridal party from the ceremony to the reception.Never did we say that the limo was to run people back to their cars. The riders were indicated on the itinerary. None of them had their ride.The limo driver should have communicated that to us & asked permission.He instead communicated with my father that I looked pretty upset with him!You think?When you're hired to drive the Bride and Groom but instead you leave them at the park waiting for 30 minutes stranded yes, that possibly can make someone very upset with you.I will NEVER hire this company again!!!Needles to say they didn't get a dime of gratuity from us!

Jamie Nicolas: I've used FunTyme Limo twice now. Once for a 40th birthday bash and once for a Thrift store birthday day. Both experiences were incredible. Both drivers were so much fun but very professional. Jim was so patient and all around a very nice guy. I had to switch our pick up location very last minute and it was not a problem for them at all. The Bluetooth worked on both busses and the speakers were awesome! We brought our own food and adult beverages on the bus. It was such a great experience, both times, that I'll always use them. Very affordable too!

Our driver, Ralph, was so friendly and professional, and got us exactly where we wanted to go on time. Jamie Mueller: Wonderful! Jason was our driver for the night in the stretch escalade. My brother surprised his wife for her 30th birthday and had me help book things. We had intended on going to some winery's however dinner took longer than expected. Jason was very thorough and looked at closing times before we headed to places so that we would know how long we would have before they closed. He was easy to work with and very adaptable. Meghan was the person I dealt with for the booking, she was amazing as well! She Made sure I had all the information I needed when pricing. I had never booked a limousine service before so I didn't know exactly what to ask but she was a wealth of information. She also made sure to keep in contact through email and sent all of the detailed booking information, contracts, pictures of the car and receipts in a very timely manner. She made sure that any questions I had were answered and would include additional information if she thought that it would help with our decision making. HIGHLY recommend!

Kathleen Schaller Butkovich: Amazing experience. I had my wedding on March 12, 2022 in downtown STL. Of course that was the same time as the St. Patty's day downtown parade. Our limo driver worked magic. It took 40 mins for Team Groom to get from Live by Lowes to Shrine of St Joseph (which should be an easy 10 minutes.) Because of that, she managed to get a police escort to get back to the hotel and for Team Bride to the church in 10 minutes... making me right on time for my ceremony. Amazing work! The driver was very flexible and easy to work with. Being the bride, she made me feel very comfortable and she was able to get us to all the photography locations as expected and to our reception on time. I cannot say enough. The driver needs a 10 star for exceeding my expectations! (Which is hard to do because I have high expectations.)

From the initial rental inquiry, to being dropped off at the end of the night, the entire process was flawless.Karen, our chauffeur for the evening was wonderful. She communicated with us early in the day, confirming the details of our evening. She arrived a few minutes early, just to make sure we could depart on schedule. The limo was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Karen was very accommodating, and even offered some helpful suggestions, based on all of her experience.We’ll gladly use Fun Tyme again in the future, and recommend others do as well.

Haley Elkins: Long story short: don’t waste your time or money. They put a damper on my wedding day and have been very rude to deal without during wedding and after. Provided no remedy.Long story:Had a shuttle booked from 2:15-10:45PM 8/28 for my wedding, I had worked with Megan and given a detailed schedule. Prior to the day of, anytime she called she was rude and when I would need to call back since she called during work hours she would be very short and frustrated. Then comes the day of and our driver showed up at 1:45 and wanted us to get on early. As the bride I was still getting ready, and we did not get on until 2:15 as scheduled. All the stops throughout the afternoon the driver went to early and tried to leave without members of my family and wedding party. My father in law called the company and dealt with this the day of the wedding.At 8:55 PM the driver told us he was done driving at 9:00 PM I had to stop dancing at my wedding to pull up emails to show the driver he was schedule until 10:45 PM. He was rude and unprofessional this whole time. He finally agreed to stay until 10:45.At the final venue pick up at 10:00PM there was not enough room for everyone, this is why I had the shuttle until 10:45 in case this happened. The shuttle was already full, without the bride and groom along with 15 more wedding party members and the driver was refusing to come back for us. After I told him once again we had him until 10:45, he finally agreed to. He was back by 10:20 to pick us up.This was the most stressful and unprofessional party of my whole wedding, I had to miss part of my big day dealing with this horrible company. They called the Monday after my wedding as well to collect the time overage fees as well (since the shuttle did the last drop off at 11:15). I told them this could have been an email then waited 8 days for an email response from them. I told them my concerns, then they said sorry and tried to blame the issue on the schedule I provided and the last pick up time being at 10 and it not being their problem there wasn’t enough room. Don’t waste your time or money. Everyone I dealt with was beyond rude.

Emina Hasanovic: Booked for our wedding. Party bus was great. Driver was rude and made us get off the bus at 6:40pm or he was going to charge us extra even though we had it until 7pm.

Kelsey Eirvin: We booked fun tyme limousines for our wedding last month. Lisa was amazing to work with and quick to respond to any and all of my request/questions. We were able to tour the different types of buses they had to offer prior to booking. The guy that assisted us had really useful information about each bus. Our driver was super sweet and even helped hold my dress and an umbrella every time i got off of the bus since it was raining. The one criticism I have is that she only followed GPS and started taking us to the church on the side streets instead of the highway. This cut us really close on time getting down to the church before our guest got there. Although we made it to every destination she seemed to get turned around a few times. The destinations were given to the company a few weeks before the wedding so our only suggestion is to research possible routes so the driver has the best route to take on the day. With that being said we couldn't have asked for a more outgoing and kind driver, She really did go above and beyond.
