Todd Hintz: Plenty of supplies and resources, helpful staff. Only problem is that I have to travel over 2hrs to get there and it's the closest one
Maxx Waterkotte: I stopped by the other day for some suede dye to customize shoes and was asked if I needed assistance right away. The worker helped me locate what I needed and answered any of my questions. I'm glad I went in.

Timothy Crowson: I've been there many times in the past 6 months restocking my tools and supplies never once did any of the staff be courteous or friendly, if you don't fit into their lifestyle and ideologies they really don't want to bother with you. Apparently they can "express" theirselves but you're not allowed too. Not really the kind of people I would think would work in a leather store. I definitely won't be back and I'm sure they would be happy to hear that beings i don't have pink hair and guy nail polish.
Henry Lucero: Asked for two bottles of Dr. Jackson's Leather Conditioner. Got one Conditioner and one Leather Cleaner in early December 2021. On January 13th 2022 I tried to exchange it. Tandy had changed systems and my customer information was deleted or at least not transferred to the new system. Since I didn't have a receipt I was refused an exchange. I was willing to pay a difference if there was one. How many people have receipts especially around Christmas time? I will not shop there again.
Tim Norris: I enjoy coming here. The smell of leather is a dear memory for me. The people are knowledgeable and friendly.

Big C: This is only the third time I've been to this location. But Tandy leather needs to have a sit down with these folks. Talk to them about having some common curitousy towards people and customers. I get that they want to be able to express themselves in their own personal way. But dont talk down and make fun of others for expressing THEMSELVES in their own way. I think I'll stick to ordering online and having it shipped to my house.

Carl Johnson: I have been in this store 3x in the last year when I have been in St. Louis. The service was consistently bad. I have never been greeted, when I ask a question I always get a vague answer, and always feel like my shopping there is inconvenient to the people working there. My family actually walked out and sat in the car while I shopped this time, and I was told in no uncertain terms when I got in the car not to bring them there again.

Staff here so does management need a propertraining how to be a sales associate at luxury store like Louis Vuitton.I will remain to shop online. Steven Bott: Excellent Customer Service!Due to a illness in the family, I was not able to do my annual holiday shopping at LV. After the first of the year, I made my pilgrimage to obtain my inserts for my daily planner.As I entered the store, I was promptly greeted by multiple staff members and one stepped out from behind the counter to assist me. I told her, I'd be a quick and easy sale, I showed her my planner and requested the daily insert.They were sold out. I wasn't surprised, since it was after the first of the year and most by them at year end. She did show me the weekly insert, but I'm a daily organizer. She offered to order me one and asked if I wanted to pick it up at the store or have it shipped to me home. I opted for my home, since I live an hour away. She quickly processed the sale and thanked me for my business.The shipping was as quick as a shipment from Amazon Prime. My purchase made at 10:46AM and I was notified that it had been shipped at 11:36AM on the same day. To my surprise, the package arrived at 1:35PM the very next afternoon. When I opened the shipping box, my purchase was presented as if I bought it in the store. That is, Excellent Customer Service

Shaheen Dhillon: Let me start with "WORST STORE,WORST EMPLOYEES AND WORST MANAGEMENT" Purchased a $800 Mens Shawl on December 23rd at this store. Went home and found several threads popping out. I took It back to store and sales person named Justin exchanged it for a new one. Few days later when I took it out of the box and wore it first time I found several threads coming out. Took the defective product to the store on 01/9/23 approximatly 3:15 Pm to return the defective garbage product. The sales man said they have to have manager look at it. "DeAndre" the store manager comes out he was very rude and arrogant. His partner was very rude and racist white man. Him and his partner who was with him lied first by saying that it is normal for threads to come out (so basically Louis Vuitton sells garbage). Then he refused to return it. I told them this is very unfair that they have sold me a defective piece. He told me that I can call Louis Vuitton customer service all I want and smiled and said they will not do anything for you.I was hoping they would offer to repair the defective piece or send it back for quality control issue but they decided to be sleazy commission hungry failed sales people with no regards to customer service. Horrible experience at this store. Unprofessional lying employees like DeAndre and his partner and the rest of the staff makes you never want to buy anything of this brand. What a shame!

I stopped in the store to exchange a Christmas gift (I had the gift receipt) purchased online by my husband and she informed me that I would not be able to make the exchange unless they called the gift giver and received permission to exchange it. This is absolutely ridiculous, I had everything I needed to make the exchange. She said it was too bad, it’s policy. This is completely unacceptable customer service for any brand let alone luxury brand.

Francesco Cappai: Let me preface by saying this is not about the store but about the brand. Two years after purchasing a $600 watch case, the side unglued itself. They wanted to charge me for the repair because there were 4 watches in the case instead of 3 (these were very small watches and the case was in no way over stuffed). Also the case was barely used in its 2 years of life. Why spending so much money when on a brand that clearly builds its products to be so cheap?

Even though i purchase online I am impressed with how well they present my items. One associate struggled to slow down and act interested in me as a customer so i left without looking at other things i wanted.

My husband purchased the ONTHEGO GM for me forChristmas from STL and then in January purchased the Felicie Pochette for my birthday at the Naples, FL store. By Easter I notice the Pochette had the leather edging coming off. Most of the time it was in my ONTHEGO as my wallet. The edging was very noticeably coming off which my friends noticed. My large bag also had definite worn patches on the four bottom corners of it. I was shocked at such a luxury brand! I took them back to the St. Louis LV and inquired about what could be done. I was told this was normal wear and tear. Ridiculous! My friends could not believe that they would even allow for edging to be noticeably coming off of their luxury product! I’ve owned them for 4 months! I took my purse to the Naples, FL LV, where my husband purchased the smaller purse. They were so professional. Immediately they said this is NOT normal wear and tear. This was a defect and they replaced my purse for me.I will be coming back to the Naples LV. I will NEVER step foot back in the St. Louis LV. You should be ashamed of your customer service!
