We now can tell you that every word is true and that ‘More for Less’ are exceptional and really provided a better value for our money.We had offers from 3 different companies. Not only that the offer from ‘More for less’ was by far the cheapest one (60% of the highest bid), but the communication with Chris was way better than with the other 2 companies. Chris did not ask for any payment for giving the offer itself (what other reputable companies do). Despite that the offer that ‘More for Less’ provided was way more detailed and with better images, compared to the other 2 companies.From the moment we signed on the contract things went smoothly.Working with Angela was super easy. MakinH8: Called to see if I could get a free estimate on a small wall I need torn down in my kitchen. They took 2 days to call me back and when they did the lady told me “Well we just took a wall out recently and that was $9,000”. Which is fine I know my wall isn’t gonna take 10 grand to do so I asked when they could come out for the free estimate, which the lady told me they do. She then proceeded to ask me if I could afford 10 grand. When I said no she said “Well I don’t think we need to come out then”. If that’s how you want to run your company then I’ll take my 5 grand somewhere else. Don’t bother calling them unless you wanna spend more than 10 grand.

Elissa Heinzel: Joe is a wonderful man, he is a joy to work with, he takes great pride in his work, he thinks of things that other contractors don''t think of, i.e. cleaning out air ducts when job is completed, and if something isn't right he will make it right even if it's much later after the completion of the project. We have used other contractors in the past and after the work is completed my husband and I look at each other and say we miss Joe! He might be a little more expensive then someone else but you know the job will be done right and all paperwork and billing is done in a timely manner.

There wasn't a straight post, railing or floor board on the deck. They wrapped treated wood with aluminum. Incompetence at its finest from both STL Design and Build and their subcontractor. John Messmer: Walking into Henry Kitchen and Bath was a big mistake. My wife and I went to them for what should have been a small project: bathroom sink, vanity, and cabinetry. They told us it would probably take a few months to get everything ordered, scheduled, and completed. Almost a year later and the project is still not completed.It was a comedy of errors from the start. First, they forgot to order the sink/counter. Then they ordered, delivered, and installed the wrong sink/counter. Then they forgot to order the handles/knobs for the cabinetry. Then they ordered the wrong handles and knobs. Promises were always made and most of the time they were broken. Excuses and delays. Excuses and delays. Making matters worse, communication was abysmal.But here is what my wife and I found most unforgiveable: at no time in this entire ordeal were we ever provided an apology; no recognition of how outrageous it was that a project that was originally expected to be completed in May 2022 was still unfinished in January 2023; no acknowledgement that the inconvenience that we were going through wasn’t normal. Is this business as usual for them? Maybe.Henry Kitchen and Bath made it crystal clear that they didn’t care and that they weren’t willing to take any responsibility for their mistakes. They were very adamant about us paying upfront. But not so adamant about doing the job correctly or in a reasonable amount of time.Run – don’t walk – away from Henry Kitchen and Bath. It was a horrendous experience.

Jennifer Brown: Recap: I recommend going into the Henry showroom to look at things in person but never to purchase from here.I work as a designer/GC coordinator and had a client who had purchased all of her plumbing fixtures for a large bathroom at Henry, which the plumber had recommended. A couple weeks after obtaining the fixtures, she decided to go with a different color scheme. We went through her receipts to find the return policy and there was nothing that was clear in the paperwork, so I had her call Henry. When she asked if there would be any issue returning the items, the sales associate said a cheerful, "No! Not at all." (I know this because I was present when the call was made on speaker phone). This was not the case. She was able to return the items that Henry had in stock for a full refund but anything that they had ordered through the supplier was subject to a 60 percent restocking fee, which applied to over $2000 worth of items. It would be one thing if the employee had told her that over the phone, and though it still would have been outrageous in my opinion, at least we would have known before purchasing the new fixtures. My client spoke to various Henry employees over the next week explaining the miscommunication but Henry never made it right. I have spoken with the plumber that we used and told him that any future job he does with us would not use Henry and suggested he not use them for other jobs as well.Overall, I recommend going to Henry to see fixtures in person but never to buy from them. The same exact items are available at Amazon and Wayfair and their customer service is exponentially better, with no restocking fees and often free return shipping. Also, Kohler, Moen, Delta, etc will still honor any lifetime warranties if you purchase from Amazon or Wayfair. There's really no reason to purchase from Henry. I hope this saves someone else from losing a lot of money like my client did!Service:Remodeling

Robert Kittner: Buyer beware- Mosby takes advantage of consumers who don't know what things should cost, and in my experience attempted to charge more than double all other contractors for the same bathroom remodel. And this after I showed him the exact tub, shower tile, vanity, and I am using a granite vendor so they didn't have to include that. I laughed this guy out of my house. Anyone using them has not checked with other options or you just don't care if you overpay.

In addition, their attention to quality and value was evident in all aspects of the project from selecting fixtures to suggesting modifications during the construction process.While my kitchen update was not a significant project by any means, the team at Mosby treated it as so. Their attention to customer — most notably their immaculate cleaning process — shouldn’t go unnoticed. I will consider Mosby for additional home improvement projects in the future. There’s no doubt about that.

Donna Rapisardo: I recommend the fantastic personnel and the quality of the work that was performed by Mosby Building Arts. We hired Mosby Building Arts to do a front porch remodel which included adding an overhang, a new roof and a new front door. It was a pleasure to work with them from the initial call to the meetings with our coordinator Jody Hall and designer Amy Shaw to all the artisans who worked on our house. They listened to what we wanted and worked with us to make sure our porch remodel and other work were done to our requirements. The lead carpenter Amer was fantastic. He did quality work and he made sure to double-check the design at each step before moving on, saving rework. We also had Mosby do additional work while they were on-site - new insulation in the attic and repair of cracks in our foundation. All the work they did was very good. The material used was also good quality, will be low maintenance and should last a long time. And if there are issues there is a warranty. We are Very Happy with the final results. Jenn Johnson: Poor install to fix shower. Started process in September and still waiting for project to be done. Original onyx system ordered was wrong size, they are not picking up it is still in basement. Finishing was not completed, shower doors are not measured or ordered. No one will answer when the onyx that is being stored in The basement will be picked up or when we can expect the shower doors. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

L Clark: 🚫BEWARE - This company is harsh and unfair toward new hires - particularly a woman of color in the design industry. After two mistakes, they "reserve the at-will right" to fire you. They hide behind Missouri's at-will status to justify harsh and unfair treatment then simultaneously gas-light women of color in the design industry after two mistakes with contradictions that go-against the company's seemingly fair policies. The fair policies are a hoax and don't apply to everyone. Companies like this abuse the state's at-will status to justify both harsh and unfair treatment toward certain people. Companies like this make the state look stupid and humiliate people of color from the design industry, safely behind their Employee Handbooks (that they do not apply to everyone) and At-Will Law (to justify oppression). At-Will Employment Law is a legacy of slavery and is a "black code" to opress the people in this state through unfairness and harsh treatment. This abuse negatively impacts the employment rate in this state and undermines economic growth of this state.🚫 BEWARE of companies like this, they are everywhere in this state! Missouri is one of the final few states having un-just cause, At-Will Employment Laws ☠️👎.

Yelena Shull: Ha, it was a joke. My husband and I got there today about 20 min before closing. Store closes at 4pm on Saturday. Asked the lady upfront where we would find shower doors and she directed us towards the back of the show room. We found only 2 (!!) sliding doors and asked another lady at the desk closer to the bathroom showrooms if there were anymore to which she answered that those were it, but we can look around and see if we can find others on display models. Well, we didn't and promptly left. That was the extend of their customer service. We will not be back!
