The car in front of us left with nothing which we found odd, but it made sense as we came up to the window. We were informed that they were out of both Extra crispy chicken and Mac and Cheese. Whoch if it had JUST happened we would understand but given the car ahead of us also leaving empty handed we are left to assume that they had been out the entire time and had hoped we would make a change to fit their inventory since we had already been waiting for a half hour. Of course, we just went on our way and made food at home. But whoever made that decision to waste our time has guaranteed that we will never return to this location again.
nick secker: Came in to get dinner, this has got to be the most cluttered and unclean kfc I’ve visited. Trash literally all over the store kitchen and lobby , appeared to not have been mopped in a month of Tuesdays. I was going to dine in but honestly after seeing the store I almost didn’t even order here…. The biscuits were extremely hard and old, the French fry’s were old and cold, the chicken was hot though, the cashier was super nice though.

There some opportunity for training here or they know what goes on the sandwich and they choose not to put it on. Plus there was a dude talking to the cashier eating fries. I'm sure he doesn't know about cross contamination and food needs to be eaten in the breakroom. $17 and change is a bit much when you don't get what you pay for.

I came in today to pick up my order for 11:00 a.m. They told me it was going to take another 12 minutes for my order and to pull around. (I came at 11:05 to give some grace period for the pickup). I waited while seeing others receive their orders. so my order was late by over 45 minutes, all while looking at the online ordering system saying food would be ready in the next 5 if I were to place it.

I ordered my food online at 12:01 PM and told me if you’re ready for quick pick up at 12:16 PM when I got in the store there was no one at the register along with another lady that was complaining about her food in the drive-through. They gave her her money back and her food for messing up her order and there’s another guy waiting to order the one manager help that girl, but didn’t bother to ask me or the other guy if we needed help with anything so after I stood there for another 10 minutes until I finally asked for someone else helping and finally a woman came up there and helped us, well helped him and I told her that I was waiting to get my order through quick pick up and she waited on six other people and they all got their food before I got my food at 12:42 and when they handed me my food didn’t tell me sorry or anything just handed me my food and turn around and walk off. I mean they could’ve said I’m sorry or anything I’m very understanding because I’ve worked for the food business myself but to not even acknowledge that I’ve been standing there watching employees going back-and-forth to the bathroom and no one speaking to me at all. That’s crazy. I would not recommend this store at all and I hate that because I love KFC. I just wish someone would acknowledge what I went through the other day. I’m just floored with the running of that store. And I know that I’m not the only person that this has happened to or has had a bad experience there because the customers were complaining when I walked in the door about the service upfront but I ordered my food online and didn’t know about it until I walked in. Please do better.

Tried to get a refund and was given the run around. Contacted corporate and never heard back. As we pulled up you could see employees sitting on the counter also while trying to communicate over the intercom they had their screaming crying baby in the back ground with them at work. Erin Hazelip: This place has gone down hill. A couple if weeks ago I doordashed KFC and my dasher called me to tell me that KFC ran out of chicken and there was all other sorts of problems there. Then yesterday I drove there to get dinner for my family and 3 employees were sitting on the curb out back by drive thru, smoking and said they were closed. It was 5:30pm. I don't know if they are under new management but from a year ago this place has gone down hill tremendously. It's a shame, my family loves KFC and now we're left with driving further to another location or stop eating KFC permanently.

Donna Yakel: I went to the Florissant restaurant to order an12 piece mixed chicken meal the signs that were up in the drive thru and menu stated 3 sides. I went to tell them what 3 sides I wanted the person taking the order said that it was only 2 sides.I will not be going to this one again.
