Patrick J Sullivan: I travelled nearly an hour to this location because they answered the phone and had the parts I needed in stock for my 20+ year old John Deere riding mower. When I got home, I thought that I may have gotten one part wrong. So, I called the store and spoke to a very knowledgeable man. He was able to see that the part was in fact the right one and explained to me that there was a "cap" that I already had that covered the bezel I purchased. I actually texted him a picture of my existing part next to the new one which is how we were able to determine that all was well. Good job SN Partners. I'll know who to call next time.

James Wilson: Worst place ever....do not do business with these people!
Mike Carney: Solid workmanship offset by poor customer service and misquotes. An initial estimate of a 1-1.5 hr fix on my lawn tractor took 2 days longer than told and cost ~$100 more based on an actual 3-hr job at $58/hr. No discount offered from counter despite three prompts on status and the misquoted labor charge. Funny thing, I actually played the quote from my messages to the front desk and still no apologies or refund...shameless.
