I reached out multiple times to have the order corrected, and only after 5 days and physically appearing at the shop was my issue even acknowledged. That said, I can’t speak to the jewelry but the customer service is wanting.

Mahnal's brass jewelry cleaner and cloth works so well to keep it shiny. I ordered the paddle bracelets and rings for my daughter for her birthday, and she absolutely loves them. They are adjustable, so she has enjoyed wearing the rings one at a time on different fingers or all together for a beautiful look. She also loves the brass jewelry cleaner and cloth. A representative from the company as well as Shay herself reached out to me to make sure that I was satisfied. Shay even called to follow up! She is an extremely talented creative artist and I enjoy wearing her quality pieces of Jewelry.

From the first meeting to picking up the finished product was such a wonderful and smooth process. She really took my vision and made a masterpiece! The ring is made with my mother's diamonds and my father's sapphire. I couldn't be happier. We are also having her do a pendant for my mother in the near future. She is so great at her craft and I would recommend her to anyone.
