April Johnson: This business and his work he delivered made me feel safe!! I was recently robbed at my home and wanted to move, I looked up this business and used him. He came and installed bars all around my home he measured the bars and made me a door where I felt safe again. His prices were also reasonable
kimberly fleming: Looking at the past reviews I was a little skeptical in the beginning. But , after speaking with James by phone I decided to give Signature Iron Works a try and I’m so happy I did ! He was very professional , prompt and honest.
Jermell Shavers: The owner is rude and not customer service oriented. I needed 3 A/C cages installed and he told me I had to measure myself I said isn’t that what I come to your business for ? He said measuring takes to much time if you’re running a business you should come out and measure and make sure it’s accurate for your customer to avoid issues because if I would have had to measure myself most likelyIt would be off just being honest and then I wouldn’t pay. So I’m sure he wouldn’t have an issue. I got them installed by another company guy came out and measured all I had to do was pay.. The WAY it should be... I’ve never experienced that in my life smh..
Anthony Raineri: This guy is an absolute con-artist. We had him fabricate and install 2 AC condenser cages for us. He gave us a song and dance about how he was a small business and did not have any money to buy the materials to fabricate the cages. We paid him for the materials up front and he vanished, never to be seen again. He will not respond and never seems to be around his shop when any of us show up.

Michael Beary: I have the greatest admiration for these people, they looked like coal miners in there working in no air conditioning with a forge running. They were very friendly, let me bang on their anvils and showed me how their power hammers work. Beautiful people.

Sandra Cornell: I contacted Superior Security Iron Co. because I needed help fast! A metal handrail on a house that I'm selling was loose and needed to be secured before the closing date. Gary gave me a spot-on estimate over the phone. He came by the next day and took the railing to his shop. He repaired, painted and added feet to it. He brought it back the next day and screwed it down into the concrete steps. All of this was done within 24 hours. Other reviewers have mentioned that the customer service over the phone is not so great with this company. Well, if you're looking for quick, professional service done the right way, sometimes you have to overlook perceptions and invest in quality workmanship. I'm very pleased with the service I received and will be using this company again for other projects.
Cat Robert: The owner very bad customer service very rude. Gave 2 stars because he was prompt with His turn around to meet install schedule and his labor worker seemed good... but the owner not so much . Had to request to fix misdrilled holes. Asked for a warranty on materials and workmanship. Initially he said No he reluctantly agteed to 30 days One window guard warped and the cost was over priced but I can say the guy that did the physical labor was good. I was referred by a previous customer but years back maybe this was a new owner. Live and learn.. wont go back.
