Christina Kennedy: The Done Depot saved my wedding! Long story short, I worked with another print shop for part of my wedding suite, and out of nowhere they informed me they would not be able to print on my deckle edge paper. I was left scrambling to find a print shop who could quickly print my wedding programs, signage, table numbers, etc. on the deckle edge paper I was determined to use, with enough time for me to wrap up the final details after the print job was completed. The Done Dept. STEPPED UP. They quickly got me a reasonable quote, helped me fine tune the .pdf files so that everything was as crisp as could be, and printed my complex order on a rush. Everything turned out beautifully and honestly I think those touches MADE the wedding decor. I am so, so grateful for The Done Dept.'s help executing my vision, especially under the circumstances. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Greg then spent several days and dozens of emails worth of correspondences helping me get to where I need to be. He understood my budget and the need to balance everything. He put me as the customer, first, and I could tell he was genuinely excited to work on this project with me.The price was exceptional and the product, from what I can see from pictures, is also fantastic.Best part? The final email stating it was done and Greg telling me, "It’s jobs like this that I started this business for."

Andy Critchell: As a groom-to-be with little sense of design style, walking into Tori's Paperkeet shop for wedding invitations was a little intimidating. Luckily for me, I am marrying a woman with great style and Tori is a total pro when it comes to translating a vision into reality. Tori helped us to create wedding invitations that are unique, stylish, and of the highest quality. Needless to say, we could not be happier with the way they turned out and somehow the word "perfect" seems inadequate.
Paul Kuthe: They are AMAZING. I worked with Tori for our family's 2016 Christmas cards. She did our wedding invitations and EVERYONE couldn't stop complimenting us on them. It was a no brainer to come back for cards too. Not only did she walk us through the design process making it easy and fun, but she was able to produce something that truly matched our unusual family and fit the spirit of who we were while keeping us within our budget. I had considered ordering my invitations through Minted because it seemed pretty simple, but I could never find any thing that I really loved. I happened upon Paperkeet one day and I'm so glad I did. Either it was cliche crap taken out of a catalog, or something misspelled that was clearly printed off of a website, or handmade garbage made by someone's "artsy" aunt.Your wedding invitations are how you announce to the world what kind of wedding yours is going to be- traditional? There were a few small hiccups (from both parties,) but they worked with me to make sure the final product is what I wanted. They look amazing! Can I also say everyone was very quick to respond to questions? I prefer working locally, which paid off. These guys are very professional and friendly! Not to mention quick! I got 150 booklets in less than a week. And Rose is a peach! She didn't talk down to me when I was asking a few questions about the layout she needed: she was very respectful, as was Mike (who explained the margins I needed.) All other staff I encountered was professional and kind, as well (I think it was Mark working on the actual plates.)Highly recommended if you want quality.

Like all of these stores, everything is very expensive but this location has a great selection and wonderful staff. it is also open until 9pm, which is later than everything else in this shopping center.This is a great place for last minute gifting supplies!

Kate Monroe: Do not shop at this location. Do not place orders online for "curbside pickup."I placed an order online a week ago for a puzzle that was listed as "available for curb-side pickup." When I never got a follow-up from the store, I tried calling. No one answered either of my two calls -- which were placed during store hours as listed on the website (further, there's no message on the answering machine or anything to even indicate that I had actually reached the store). I still left a message though, and no one called me back.Finally this morning, the store manager (apparently) answered the phone. She was extremely rude during the course of the whole conversation. She asked me what I had ordered, and then summarily just said -- no, we don't have that in stock. She didn't even ask for my order number. When I expressed confusion, she just said that my order had been "cancelled" and that they must have forgotten to call me. That's terrible service, and disappointing with Christmas now just a few days away.To make matters significantly worse, when I was trying to ask if I could receive a confirmation of any kind that I will not be charged for the order (because I had not received any official word that the order was cancelled), she literally hung up on me!This store has no business being open. Your website has no business taking orders and credit card information for orders that you apparently have no intention of legitimately attempting to fulfill.Will not be shopping at Paper Source again.

I was calling to see if they had a phone case before I drove To their store and she keep asking if I had the SKU number?? She wanted me to get a SKU number first? All I wanted to know is if they had cases!! I have recently located here from another state and was a frequent customer of Paper source in that state. I will not ever shop in this store after this experience!! This employee does not need to be working at this type of store!
Benjamin Powell: We used Paper Source for our wedding invitation suite. The in-store experience from start to finish was wonderful. Sasha was always available to answer our questions, provide feedback, and talk us through the process. We spent quite some time over a few visits looking at all of the options. The store has books upon books of their available options, so it was really easy to conceptualize what our product would look like. While we had some trouble with the corporate side of Paper Source after our order was paid for and sent to print, this has nothing to do with our experience at this store. Our suite was beautiful and exactly what we wanted.
